FIRST A COMPARISON:I had gone to another place for engine replacement or rebuild. They kept my Blazer for 6-months and complained about the bill. Yet did next to nothing for what I requested (see my other review about Auto Select).NOW WITH MIDAS:At Midas and Emily Thornton's staff, I've had everything priced upfront, on time, and stood by all warranties. No issues whatsoever!They are very down to earth and treat you like a neighbor. What more could you reasonably ask for?Highly recommend.Remains excellent as always!

Emily and Khi were so helpful. My car s oil light started flashing and I was 2 hours away from home and I have no knowledge of cars or motors. They were able to quickly look at my car and were able to fix my issue so I could get home safely! Many thanks to the very nice people who work here!!

Brought my car in to Midas for a possible muffler issue. Don just took care of everything and made it super easy. Was impressed with the friendly service and the turnaround time was amazing. Very competitive rate for the service, so glad I made the choice to come in. (This happened in a Saturday, awesome!)

Last Saturday i went to Midas on 1050 mutual way appleton, i asked the lady for tire mounting she replied we don t have opening right now so come Monday. I asked about the mounting cost she said it s just $25 flat rate per tire. When i call Monday morning the gentleman told me no need of appointment just walk in. When i get there the gentleman said we don t have any appointments available come tomorrow morning. I drop off my vehicle next morning when i was picking it up the gentleman told me to pay $142. When i asked him that your manager told $25 per tire he replied rudely that we charge this amount. I paid it but it s not a good customer service so take a written quote before going there. Not satisfied.

Don went above and beyond to diagnose and fix my vehicle - and it was quick! He was super nice and most importantly he was honest! Had he not had the correct scanning tool, it wouldn t have been diagnosed correctly and could ve cost me a lot more with everyone thinking it was the computer system instead of a blown fuse! Thank you so much Don! You re amazing!! Appreciate you and Midas so much!!

Don and the team are great, only place in Appleton that hasn t broken my mini. Super honest with pricing and will go the extra mile to make sure things are right. Don stayed 30 minutes after close to make I got my car back in time, you ve gotta appreciate that

Good, friendly, and fast customer service! Always available to see my car when it s in trouble. I ve been going here for about 7 years and never had a problem. They re more up front about things that can wait to repair and things that can t. I trust them better than others that rip you off, they have good quotes and discounts. I thought they went over and beyond by showing me the problem with my muffler, they give me options to help save money, they sawed off a part of the muffler rather replace the whole thing. They can find a solution to help you get back on the road! Thank you for your help!

I almost never write reviews but these guys are fantastic and I just feel it s important to share this information. The crew here at the Midas in Appleton is just top notch. There s nothing they haven t been able to fix on my very elderly Toyota Sienna. And my vehicle has definitely challenged them! At 215,000 miles they have needed to get creative with welding in new parts at times but they always make it happen and with a smile and at a reasonable price every time! Emily is always available by phone or email to provide detailed estimates and plain English explanations and she even color codes the estimates with what should be done asap, what might be able to wait til next time and what I could consider if I wanted to do a little extra. I can t believe my luck at finally finding a great mechanic that I can trust!

Great Customer Service. ABS light came on while I was 2 hours from home. Walked in to Midas and based on the car shaking when accelerating, they were concerned for my safety and immediately looked at the car. Within 20 minutes, they had diagnostic codes and indicated it was an expensive repair regardless of where I took it. Appreciate their diligence and transparency!

Great experience with customer service that went the extra mile for my tire replacement. On top of that I thought I also needed brakes and was prepared to pay for them.They could have taken my money but instead they were honest and said I was good! Donnie was the best and I will be a repeat customer.

These folks were courteous, quick, & professional fixing up some creeking brakes and there was no charge since we had all the brakes and rotors replaced a week ago at another Midas. Kudos for this location fixing the oversight from the the previous location.Service: BrakesService: Brakes

I have been to this place to fix my car 3 times in 3 days, but the people do it very badly, I am very annoyed. They only know how to take very high money close to 1000. But I ran for 1 hour and then stopped. My car has only 67000 miles on it. They have no work ethic.They are not human.

I'm so disappointed with my experience. I took my truck in yesterday for a check engine light. I explained to 2 separate people that I needed my brakes and rear tires checked. After 4 hours, they changed a $9 part and never checked my brakes or tires. This morning my tire busted on the highway. Won't ever trust Midas again.

I made an appointment for a service which was never done and was charged went home thinking the work was done and I double check their work and it clearly wasn't and when I called and confunt them on it they played the stupid card and went for a refund they shorted me on that double to make sure these crooks did the work u suck

Emily was very helpful. Have an Old Ford truck n the exhaust fell apart. They did a great job replacing the muffler. Very fair on prices. If ya have a garden bring her in some fresh veggies when ya stop. Thank so much. Very efficient business.. clean restrooms too.

Where do I start I was having issues with my front brakes and steering wheel shaking really bad (2105 Jeep Cherokee) come to find out the pads and rotors need replacing I was quoted a bit higher (about 100.00) than other repair shops Emily is great she explained to me in detail what needed to be done and assured me it would be done right which it definitely was I value customer service and honesty over price in certain circumstances they had my brakes fixed in two hours And I will be bringing my vehicle back every time it needs service.

After talking to Don on Saturday, I made an appointment for Monday morning because he seemed to know the problem since he had the same one in his truck. I went in and Emily and Bill the master tech were honest and said it was either the purge or vent valve. They said to replace the cheaper one first so I did. It turns out they were right and now my car is perfect. These people are courteous, smart, and reasonable so if you have any car repairs needed then skip other shops and go directly to this Midas.

Great attention to detail Emily and her staff are above the dealership etiquette standard. Made sure I was informed gave me fair market labor and parts price and got me on the road quick. They also accept fleet services and keep Amazon going on the road quickly too.
