I highly recommend Mathew s tire. I ve been driving less than reliable vehicles since I could drive and have been to many different shops/service centers. Mathew s is by far the best. Super helpful and friendly folks. This one and the one on Van Roy rd. I won t be taking my beaters to anyone else.

I was able to use a loaner car and get stuff done while they had my vehicle. I was not even home for an hour after that and got a call my car was done. It was fast and easy. Thank you Matthews Tire.

Such a great Matthews experience!! Took our 2007 Santa Fe in for various reasons, but our biggest concern was bad headlights. The lenses were cloudy and lights were dim. Driving in the rain from Milwaukee to Appleton at night was horrible. They did a super job, polished clear the lenses and put in brighter bulbs. It is fantastic. The thing I love most about the college ave location is the people, they really care and do the best job resolving issues. Thank you all!!

Based on not receiving the best customer service from a local dealership, I reached out to Matthews Tire. From the moment Amy answered my call, I knew I was in good hands. Upon entering the facility, I was warmly greeted and prompt action was put into play to address getting new tires as well as having my vehicle serviced. Kevin offered to shuttle service me home while the service was completed. I appreciated his causal conversation and sincere concern with assuring I could get back into my home upon arriving home. Amy and Kevin are most definitely a valuable asset to the Matthew Tire team, and I truly appreciated the stellar service delivered. Thank you!

Another excellent tire swapping experience. The fact that they store tires for a small fee, makes the process of staying safer with Dedicated snow tires during the winter a simple reality. A simple 1 hour appointment in October or November and you can improve your stopping distance on the slick winter roads. Another 2 hour stop around March to switch your tires back to your all season tires so you don't ruin your softer winter tires during the warm weather. The employees at Matthew's are also very friendly, they take appointments and are very prompt. Highly recommend Matthew's for your tire needs.

I never leave reviews but I felt I needed to shout out Drew Romnek. Drew went above and beyond in helping me today (01/02/2024). I came in with a check engine light, and I wanted to see the code for why the light was on. When Drew returned, he explained everything very well in a easy way for me to understand. He even drew a picture out of what is going on, so I could understand. This is the first time someone has taken the time to describe what's wrong with my car where I actually understood it. Then he explained what the best next steps were etc. He was kind, honest, and overall a great person who deserves a raise! I really appreciate the time he took, and I knew he wasn't just trying to upcharge me like many have before or fear monger, etc. Thank you Drew.

They were super helpful and flexible. I was able to squeeze in my appointment for an alignment by just dropping my car off and picking it up later that same day. Great Service and a Great Price! Matthew's Tire in Appleton on College Ave is head & shoulders above Matthew's Tire in Ashwaubenon. My drive from Howard to Appleton is much better for me and my vehicle. They take care of business right the first time.

had a flat tire over the Labor Day weekend. Came in to see if it was repairable or what my options were. All info was clearly explained and the final option was cost effective. No upsell or pressure to spend more than needed. Requested my suspension system to be checked. Honest answer regarding whether it was safe as is (it was) and a quote for what it would be in the future. I feel that the advice provided was trustworthy and not just someone trying to make an extra buck.Service: Tires

Dave and the rest of the crew at Matthew's Tire West in Appleton were amazing. We had an urgent stressful situation happen to us..we were in a different city with a tire that blew on a major highway. We had important appointments to get to. They came to where we were to put air in the spare, took our car back to the shop, left us their car so we could still make our appointnents. Put our nerves at ease! Although we ended up with 3 new tires and a damaged tie rod repair... Dave was very honest and up front with what needed to be done. They really saved the day for us. Everyone we dealt with was so kind and helpful... Matthew's tire will definitely be our go to place !!

I had a flat tire I aired it at home then drove to Matthews tire.They were fit me in sooner than I was told. Every time I have a problem with my tires or when i need new tires I always go to. Matthews Tire.

These guys have helped me out on more than one occasion, whether it be for a simple oil change all the way up to extensive diagnostic services. They are very timely and will strive to get you back on the road as soon as possible. I highly recommend the whole team for any service or repairs that need to be addressed. They even have a service vehicle that can take you home on days you may need more extensive repairs or upgrades. I will continue to go here for as long as I need anything for the foreseeable future.

They replaced my ABS computer module at a cost of almost $900.00. It took a week to get me in. I brought it in at 7 :30 on a Thursday and they didn t work on it until later in the afternoon. They told me there was another problem which I decided not to get repaired at that time. (That part plus labor would be over $200.00. My son looked it up online at the part was $38.00. He actually unplugged the old part and plugged in the new one in 10 minutes). They did not finish my car until 1pm the next day. I did not feel valued as a Customer.

My first experience with Matthew's Tire was good but not excellent. I called in for a quote on the phone while they were running their buy 3 get the 4th free tire sale. There was a miscommunication over the phone where I was told that a certain service was included in the price they quoted me, and it actually was not supposed to be included. I called in and spoke on the phone with Jason who made the situation right. He honored what I had understood over the phone, even though it wasn't supposed to be included. This is the type of service that makes one location stand out from other service shops. Good job, Jason! The customer service from Amy was not great , but I still will be a returning customer.
