The buying experience was wonderful at Gustman Honda! Our salesman, Dan, was attentive and answered all of our questions. We got a fair price for our trade-in. Our paperwork was done by Nick, who was great as well. No one was pushy. We felt welcome. Thank you!

Go in ask them to inspect the vehicle all over and let me know why it is running poor. Hoping to get the dash lights to no longer be on and feel safe in my vehicle again I spent over $1800. Within an hour of driving all the lights are back on, I go back and ask what is going on? They say I need to get my o2 sensor fixed that would have been almost $400 more. Not going that route as at this point I was feeling uncomfortable but thinking I am fine to drive. The next day an orange wrench light comes on. I Bring it to bergstrom and explain the whole story. After a bit he comes back and lets me know my o2 sensor plug (car end) was badly melted but the o2 plug (sensor end) looked new. Upon unplugging he saw a bent pin and bent it back straight, then replugged it together. He said the plug looked bad but works fine and was able to clear the codes completely. That's right the o2 sensor was perfectly fine No problem at all. The orange wrench was the previous gustman mechanic who was to incompetent to reset the oil light. At this point it is obvious that they where just trying to steal my money at gustman and I hope anyone who reads this can avoid my headaches. Just go to bergstrom since they treated me great or someone else recommended by a friend.

Very good service department with surprisingly decent prices. Shuttle and rental car services available for longer service periods.
