Gustman Honda in Appleton is AWESOME! I received exceptional service from the most perceptive salesman ever. Alan listened to what I was looking for in a new Honda, made intelligent suggestions and answered all of my questions. I settled on wonderful HR-V and am 100% satisfied with my purchase experience and with my new vehicle. Thank you Alan and Gustman Honda!

I serviced my car here.Called to schedule a service that included everything that was specified in the user manual for the mileage on my car.They said they would just do "regular service" on it. I asked for just an oil change instead.I dropped the car off overnight and waited to get called. The next day comes around and no call.I ended up calling them the next day asking if the car was ready and the service representative said that it was ready yesterday...They couldn't have bothered to call I guess...When I went to pick up the car I was told that they did the oil change and rotated the tires which was an extra $20.I didn't ask for a tire rotation; I was just about to put my winter tires on...The only good part of the experience was the guy at the desk in the service department. He knew exactly what was going on and helped me quickly.

Incredible service. I was in town for my son s tournament, and my check engine light came on. They were willing to take a look on a Saturday a 1/2 hour before they closed. Not many places are willing to do that anymore. They solved the problem quickly, and I was able to confidently drive my car back home. A huge THANK YOU to the service advisor that was willing to help me out last minute!

My experience with the service department was great. I worked with Bob, and he was awesome! He was very honest, and didn't try to push a bunch of unnecessary services like some other shops do. Their prices are comparable with all the other local shops, but you have someone who specializes in your vehicle, and uses genuine Honda parts, can't beat that!I will definitely use Gustman Honda's service department in the future for my Honda's needs.

Called them about two recalls on my Honda Ridgeline. They looked up my vin and said, oh we see them right here. Let's get you scheduled and take care of them for you. I brought it in and they did just that. Plus they plugged the hole in my tire. They also found another item that was covered under recall. Probably the best experience I've ever had at a dealer

I just went in to have my transmission fluid changed. My low air tire light was on, and they found that one of my tires had picked up a teeny tiny piece of grey steel. They took it out, and plugged my tire at n/c. They went the extra mile, and made my day, and they washed my car as well for me! Wonderful, friendly, nice staff. God bless you all!

I was looking for assistance with getting a key for my vintage vehicle and they refused to help me. Taking account it s branded under Isuzu it was made by Honda. This information was giving to me by Isuzu (whom directed me to Honda). The guy who answered the phone was not trying to give any assistance.

Went in to look at leases and walked out with the exact kind of car we wanted. We worked with Nathan and he was very good, not pushy and very informative and when the car we test drove had actually been sold and shouldn t have been in the front he was honest and apologetic but we understood as it is weird times right now trying to get a new car. He showed us options to buy and lease and listened to why we needed at the time. It was a very easy place to do business with and I d go there again for my next vehicle!

After going here for years I no longer will. Terrible customer service experience with last time in there. Had an appointment and asked for feedback on Check Engine Light. Appointment was for 1030 and I arrived early at 8am just in case I could get the scan done quickly and be out. I was the first customer in. Service person told me to go wait inside. Two plus hours nothing to say what status was. At 1045 still zero feedback from service rep so I go to back to ask what s going on. I stand there and while he appears busy I can tell he senses my presence. Coworker tells him you have a guest and he yells at coworker.I ve been coming here for years and my previous review was a very positive one but I ll never give my time or money to this dealer again after this. Never a bad experience with the two other senior reps.Add insult to injury the car was parked out back and Rep was like go get your car. I suspect the car had been sitting there for a while and he just had we waiting. Typically they deliver the car to the bay area in service and come up and get you. All in all a very unpleasant experience. I ve dealt with this rep before and not sure if it was a personal item that bled into work but regardless poor display of the level of service I d come to expect from this place.

Other than having to wait 3 months for my vehicle the service that I received at Gustman s was very good. Once my car came in they were able to get it ready and put the door in a short time. I would recommend them to all my friends. I particularly liked not being pushed into buying a vehicle.

Our experience with Gustman Honda and the purchase of our 2021 Civic was fantastic! I can't say enough great things about Tony Nagel and Nicholas Schmit, they were both informative and helpful and made the whole process very smooth and fun. We highly recommend this group and would absolutely buy from them again.

My 2002 Van was in need of 2 recalls. Very easy to schedule and drop off. when they completed the recalls they noticed a third and took care of it . Very positive experience with Lucas !

After a rough round 1 at other Honda dealerships in the area, I was relieved to meet Chad Gehr at Gustman's. Surprisingly he made me feel comfortable and able to focus my energy and attention on the car that would be perfect for me. I am so happy with my 5 star safety rated 2018 CRV EX with an added tow package! If car shopping makes your hands sweat, check out the crew at Gustman's. If they can take good care of me they certainly can take care of you! This isn't a 5 star review because the coffee and cookies were all gone and didn't get refilled the whole time I was there. I am a huge foodie - things like that matter. Thanks for helping me accomplish my mission and bring home a safe-beautiful-reliable vehicle Chad Gehr! I named her Foxy.

We saw Dan Schell to work on ending our lease. We chose to buy out our lease and Dan helped us every step of the way. He was trustworthy, helpful, and kind throughout the process. We will definitely be back for our next car purchase/lease!

I m so glad I came to Gustman Honda! They have the best cars and prices on cars. Tony was great no pressure at all. They worked with me on getting exactly what I wanted and warranty was exceptional. I m so happy with my Toyota Highlander!

Had an appointment for 2:30 for a Trans fluid change that was made 2 weeks prior. I show up and the honda service department sent me to the Subaru side after they said no one in here can work on a hyundai. When I get to the Subaru side I stand there for 5 minutes in silence as this guy types on his computer and pretends not to see me. After someone else walks in they then tell me the same thing and also that there is no record of my appointment.My frustration is compounded with me buying the car from them and having a drive train warranty I now have to wonder if something goes wrong who is fixing my car?I have little confidence in this place at this point and won't be returning and will tell others the same.

I was treated very well at this dealership. Tony did not try any high-pressure sales or up selling with me. It was very reassuring. The sale went very smoothly and the finance manager did not try any high-pressure sales with warranties either. I would definitely buy another vehicle from them and recommend other people to this dealership as well

Not happy with my experiences in the service end of the dealer. I have no experience with the sales end.They had me rebuild my ac compressor last summer when the clutch went out. This summer the entire compressor went and I had to replace it. Cost me $1000 to rebuild and now it cost me $1200 to replace (no I didn't take it here I wasn't doing that again). According to my mechanic it is not standard practice to rebuild clutches on these because they go out so often.When I tried to email them about this I got no response. I don't have much time during their hours to call.Absolutely would not have service done here again. Take it to Green Bay or Oshkosh if you have to go to a Honda dealer.

Taking My Biz elsewhereThis review is for the service center, not sales. I made an appointment over the phone for my CRV. The guy on the phone was very nice. The man who spoke with me at the desk, however, was extremely **condescending** --treating me like a "dumb female" who surely doesn't know her car. Also, as I waited in the lounge for my car, I saw him treat an elderly couple the same way. He was extremely rude to customers. I wonder if he really wants his job. As a result, I took my business elsewhere.

They repaired my tire at 4:50 PM on a Friday without an appointment. I was getting a low tire pressure warning. The tire had a nail in it. It put me at ease greatly for safe travels before the weekend. So many thanks from me.

I would give them ZERO star if that was an option. Very unorganized group in the parts department. Tell lies and has nothing to prove. My friends and families are now customers of bergstrom instead of gutsman honda!

Not impressed with my first ever transaction at this company. Details not followed thru upon purchase and the service department is completely disrespectful and slow to respond of they every do. Bought a car here and 4000 miles later (still 600 miles from needing an oil change) the dipstick was BONE dry. Was told by the service team it s my responsibility to check the oil more - because a new to me car would burn a whole tank of oil in 4000 miles? What a joke. And then the sales rep did nothing to mitigate my problems, concerns, or attempt to keep me as a customer. Go elsewhere!

First time Honda owner, I was very surprised of the value and sharpness of their vehicles. Great experience, very friendly environment. Helped me find the perfect fit for my family and budget. I worked with Alan, very knowledgeable about the vehicles, pricing, and leasing. Also, always available and willing to help with questions and getting them answered in a timely manner. I was very impressed, vehicles are outstanding, all the bells and whistles, especially safety features, for a reasonable price. I'd definitely recommend to family and friends. Thank you!

Dan Schell provided an excellent purchasing experience. He was extremely responsive to my calls and emails, coordinated with finance and had the vehicle ready to go when we requested, sparkling clean and full. Calls after the purchase were also promptly returned. The finance manager was well organized and extremely knowledgeable on all options available, handling all our questions immediately.This is our second Honda from Gustman. If we ever need a third, we'll be back!!!

I had an excellent experience from the time I entered the dealership to purchase an SUV. I was greeted immediately upon arrival, and began to work with Nathan in sales. He took a lot of time getting to know what kind of vehicle would fit my needs and found me a certified pre-owned Honda HR-V that I love! I also got an outstanding price for my trade in. The staff here is friendly and professional, they all went above and beyond, working quickly to get everything done for me. Nathan has been in touch since my purchase, letting me know I can come in or call anytime and he will help with questions or concerns. Thank you!

This review has a lot to do with Scott. I assume he is one of the managers in the service department. I came in wanting transmission fluid and oil change and for them to inspect the entire vehicle because I felt like there was something wrong. He and his team went above and beyond and found a little debris in my vehicle cleaned it up without charging me. They were even nice enough to put my battery in that I brought with. I will be coming back for future repairs and upgrades. Scott was so friendly and dealt with my bold personality and personally called me to make sure that I was included in every step of the process. Fantastic customer service. Thank you.
