Normally I would have given five stars but Fleet Farm auto dept has completely changed. I went in yesterday for a simple tire rotation and alignment. I use my vehicle for work as well so it s important I get it back the same day. I was told it would be done by 4:30 and I would get a phone call. I never got a phone call. I called 5 times and never got a person. When I finally got a ride back to the store the auto service center was closed. Since my job requires the use of my vehicle, I took my vehicle using my spare key. The next day the auto service manager, Don, called me and lied to me saying that somebody did call me, (my phone was next to me the whole time and never rang) he didn t give me an apology for not calling me or for the inconvenience that I had to go through and instead he just threatened me that if I didn t come in today and pay that he would call the police . So that s really great Customer Service don t you think? They hold my van hostage, are a liar about calling me when it s done and then I have to come get my vehicle after hours always for the next day to be given nothing but threats. This is the last time I will ever go there and I do not recommend her if you want good quality Customer Service go anywhere else . Matthews tire is a good place and so is Wisconsin truck & auto. My son had an appointment for an alignment, after an hour they came to him & said they couldn't do it because there was Over $700 of repairs needed & our car needed 4 new tires before they would do the alignment. Funny thing..... my son bought 4 NEW tires not even 24 hours prior! Then they charge my son because he was a walk in.... sorry idiots he had an appointment! So we take the car to another place & what do you know NOTHING wrong with the car & was able to get the alignment. Oh and on the paperwork showing what they claim needed to be done they were trying to charge us twice for the alignment. This place is a complete joke. Save yourself the headache go somewhere else that's qualified to work on vehicles.

They are all very nice the team there. They explain things to you and even show you what to watch for on your tire wear. I do all my oil changes there and purchased tires there and get the free rotation.. I have been going there for years and never had an issue.

Like the prices, the desk staff are friendly, and if they order the correct tires on the first try the service is great. But, have been here three times in the last week for tire service and come out to my vehicle left unlocked in their parking lot I'm very annoyed. They leave vehicles, sometimes not going to be picked up for a day or more, unlocked parked with the trunk next to a sidewalk where anyone could walk up and go through your car. Luckily I've waited for my vehicle each time, but two of the three times my wait to get my keys back from the front desk was 15-20 minutes.It's a common courtesy service center, and a huge liability you're taking on by not locking the vehicles left in your possession.

I Went to get a tire repaired. Dropped the tire off and they said they would call when it was finished. I never received a call. Hours later I called and asked on the status and it was done. When I got there I asked if they could put the tire on the car for me and they said no. Apparently they didn t have any time. They informed me that they where swamped. There wasn t any cars in the parking lot for the center nor where there any cars on lifts inside.Service: Tires

Auto center does not answer phone calls or return voicemails. Finally went in person to schedule oil change and nothing was available except to go online and schedule. After scheduling appointment and dropping off truck Friday, vehicle was not serviced at scheduled time or even following morning when I went to pick it up. They had no idea why it wasn t done even with the large grace period between drop off and pick up. Do not waste your energy here, very unreliable and unprofessional.

Fleet farm is a nice store for a lot of items. I would never again take my vehicle to them. I bought Cooper tires once and normally do my own tire rotations. I let them rotate them once, and they broke a wheel stud. They wanted $85 to fix. I bought the stud for $2.85 and fixed it myself in less than 10 minutes. I don't trust them, plus their tires and batteries are cheap and don't last.

They straight up 100% lied to me trying to swindle me out of 4 new tires. Said my leak was a nail in side wall, unrepairable, .070" of tread all around, needed 4 new tires because AWD.There was no nail, side wall was perfectly fine, was a previous patch that blew out and needed to be plugged, and I have over .25" of tread....Dishonest thieves!!!

The people I normally associate with, reference this store as the mans store. My spouse and I decided to pursue some gardening tools. I often find myself distracted by my interests in all the great diversity inside. Things seem to fall in our cart and usually become a surprise to my wife at checkout.The employee's were polite and most we encountered were very busy restocking their areas. We like " The Man's store".

Your vehicle will be repaired here by high class professionals at a very reasonable price.(Plus, I like going in the store because I love the scent it has for some unknown reason.)

Wouldn t recommend this place to anyone. Had tires put on here two months ago and I ve been back three times with leaks due to the lazy mechanics who don t clean or install them properly and then try to charge you more money for their mistakes. Go to Bergstrom, they actually know what they re doing and don t look for ways to scam you.

This place is great fast reasonable and they work on your vehicle on Sundays too which is a plus. They building is clean and huge .I had my oil change here . No appointments needed first come first serve

Friendly service and they were able to mount and balance four truck tires that I'd procrastinated on doing: on Friday afternoon.... without an appointment. Kudos

I think that Fleet Farm has come a long way from where they used to be, I got a great deal on tires and the service was great and they actually went above and beyond what I thought that they would do so I was very happy.

I am going to give 1 star today. I waited today around 12.45 to purchase a fishing net. Fleet farm notes that they do price match but! They did not say anything about the store you're matching with has to be within 50 miles! Where do I find this information about 50 miles?

I'd avoid their auto department until those employees can get their communication skills figured out. Hopefully they don't waste your time and provide terrible customer service similar to my experience.

The manager said they were losing money if they took my old battery s been buying battery s there for more than 30 year's no more 10 charge for not having core and when you bring them the cores their loosing money ???**';!:'**�� �� �

This is my second trip to the store, not the auto center, in a weeks time. Both times there is not a single shopping cart at entrance. Limits what I will be purchasing.

Nice store. Don't always have what I am looking for but when they do it is cheaper than other stores
