Had the pleasure of meeting the Production Manager - Steven Hankwitz - during my visit. Not only was he very knowledgeable within his skill-set he was super helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend this business and would not hesitate to return for any future body shop work.

Definitely would recommend this to anyone that needs any damage fixed on their vehicle. They replaced my front fender and hood and my car looked like new. The service was fast and we were provided with a very nice 2015 rental car. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Waiting room for estimates on car repair is modern, clean, comfortable and they provide cold drinks or coffee at no cost along with snacks. Overall, outstanding work done by them.

Brought it in for appraisal with no appointment required. They dealt directly with my insurance company and arranged for a rental when I dropped off my car the following week. My car was ready in three days as they promised. It looks new again! They handled everything completely and professionally. I am very pleased with the work they did. I would highly recommend Dreher Collision Center to anyone needing work on their vehicle.

Recommended by insurance company for repair after 2nd rear end collision. First time we took to dealer, took about a month to get back, and it was fine. Figured it was in an accident & will never be the same again. However, after 2nd rear end collision, went to Dreher. Super nice people to work with. Car was done in less than half the time, which made me very happy. More importantly, my husband felt it drove better than when we got it back after the 1st accident. That is high praise. This was such a wonderful experience. I had damage from an accident on the driver side front and rear.My insurance company was able to give the estimate right at the shop. I was told this was a two week job and I was shocked when it only took 5 days!!!My truck looks better than new and the work is seamless.The staff was so polite and friendly.I would recommend this shop/company to anyone that needed body work or detailing. I hope that I don't need repairs again, but I know where I will go if I do!!!

First of all I have to say that the directions I was given to write a review are not correct. There is no A or B and there is no place that says " write a review."I found that frustrating. That being said I thought the work done was good except that some white compound that I saw in several places on the replaced bumper. I was thrilled that a rental car was waiting for me when I got there. All the staff were very nice and professional. I would recommend dreher Collision to others. I would tell others that they will have to remove the white compound themselves. Dreher worked well with my insurance company and all the service was done quicker that I expected.

Progressive insurance had lined up for some body repair here after a fender bender. They handled it adequately, but when an issue arose later in the area where they performed the body repair, they went above and beyond and made good, covering the correction completely with no additional charge! Very pleased there are still companies out there that take pride in their work and stand behind it. Good people.

Fair customer service, practically begged for a 5 star review and provided a paper cutout on how to leave a Google review. Seemed overly desperate. After three weeks of repair, and two separate visits, the steering wheel still shook when going above 60 miles per hour. Eventually just gave up, because I cannot afford to be without a car. During the same visits, I had them replace a tire that had a cut on the side wall, and rotate the tires. They rotated the tires first, then replaced one of the newer tires that was up front, leaving the cut tire on the rear of the vehicle. The only reason I'm not giving them one star it's because they were unable to find my front fender spoiler which cost more than my deductible, thus Saving me the $500 deductible for the job.I wouldn't suggest sending any Mazdas to them. It's quite apparent that the cars are far too complex to be repaired properly by this crew.

Dreher did an amazing job on my vehicle. Very professional and kind people work there. They accommodated my schedule with working in the medical field and allowed me to pick up my car on my day off. Would deffently recommended them to my friends and family.

Unfortunately I have had to use their services several times for one car as well as other cars I own. Their work is great. My insurance company trusts their work as well. Don't think you can get higher praise than that! The people I have delt with at the East location are always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.

Huge thank you goes out to Dave and the team at Dreher Collision ! Went in with a bad oil leak and they sent someone out to be to help me get the crusted cap off to add oil as well as make sure I got there and home safe. Whenever I called for an update the team was very patient in explaining everything so I understood it. Very impressed at the customer service Dreher Collision gives out. They are not looking to swindle you into a boat load of service fees and charges. Make them your call if ANYTHING is wrong with your vehicle!

I made an appointment for an inspection and when I showed up the inspector was "on lunch" for an entire week apparently because it took so long for them to get back to me my insurance company closed the claim. When my estimate finally arrived the parts for the repair were reasonably priced but they wanted $650 for 5 hours of labor which conveniently placed it just below my deductible so as much money came out of my pocket without the insurance covering it. I understand businesses need to make money but this scam is laughable, it's like an 8th grader put the scheme together.

I was horrified with the end results... I struck a deer in Upper Michigan with my 2007 Corvette. I brought the car home after replacing the windshield. I had a good experience with their shop out of Brownsville when I lived in that area. I went out of my way to take my car to their Appleton East location because of this previous work.When I received the car for the first time the front bumper was rough to the touch with overspray. The front driver fender had a fish eye. The roof had polishing compound left on it and the scratches weren't even buffed out! They didn't even bother to wash the outside of the car. They fixed the aforementioned spots on my car the second time around. I tried to get my insurance company to take them off their preferred shops to no avail.Months later the clear coat cracked, and my insurance company said I couldn't prove it was improper mixing of the flex into the clear coat or improper surface preparation. You can guess what my assumption was.I will never go to any of the Dreher's again, and I have steered multiple friends, family, and coworkers away from this place. I would highly recommend you take your business elsewhere less you want the same experience I had.

I heard a lot of good things about this place but too bad that was not what I experienced...Brought my car in to get it fixed by them for the first time and they fixed all the heavy damage part and there was one area where replacing that part was necessary too. But instead, they thought by putting some pressure will fix the issue and it looked "okay" when I first went to get it and now a month later that part that they didn't replaced is starting to look off and not aligned anymore. Rain is starting to get inside the car little by little.It was not worth my time and money at all.

I'd like to give a balanced review, so first the positives; the staff was pleasant, the estimate was quick and they dealt with the insurance company just fine. Now here is why they get one star...My truck had a scratch down the passenger side, I was told to bring it in Monday and it would be done Thursday. Sounds good. I go to pick up the truck Thursday and they taped the window off poorly resulting in a very visible flaw in the paint. They told me to keep the loaner over the weekend and they would fix it. Ok. Go to pick it up monday, find a 2 inch long scratch next to the window trim (right where they repaired the mis-tape). Guy tells me "oh yeah I cringed when I saw him slide the trim on and scratch it". So they knew they scratched it and still had me pick the truck up. Once again, keep the loaner they'll fix it. I go to pick the truck up, don't even look at it because if they can't get it right after three times it'll never be right. So I get the truck home and look it over... here's what I find (and I'm probably forgetting things) they clear coated over tree sap. Painted over visible scratches that they put in, Tore the door weatherstripping. Weatherstripping on both doors wasn't even snapped back in. Overspray on roof trim, plastic bedside cap falling off because of broken tabs, overspray over the whole opposite side of the truck, never reinstalled the gravel guard on the bed, got payed to pull the bed and never did (bad taping/dry spray on back of cab) dust/handprints all over the interior, compound flung all over truck, dried compound on all the door seals and door handles... needless to say, took it somewhere else to have it fixed properly. I've got pictures if anybody would like to see. Needless to say, I would have Ray Charles paint my truck with fingernail polish before I ever let these guys lay a hand on it.

Took my Land Rover in to have the front bumper replaced, crew at the East location got it done & looks perfect. I'd recommend Drehers to anyone looking for a professional shop that does pristine work.

Great customer service. Would not consider going somewhere else. Could not tell the work was done looked like a brand new van. Very smooth transaction i never had to talk to insurance company they took the headache out of it for me.

Drehr is the only collision and repair shop I will do business with. Staff is friendly and work is well done. Overall, if your looking for the best possible experience when needing some collision repairs done, this is your place.

Not impressed at all. I did not feel welcome. Months after I got my repairs done I continuing to have problems with my vehicle. When I inform them of the problems they immediately try to place blame on me.

Friendly, fast, and professional. I have to admit, I was somewhat apprehensive since Dreher's quote was so much lower than the others but the results were outstanding. The service was friendly as well.

Dreher collision took care of the damage to my car very quickly! Everyone I interacted with was friendly and polite. I would go to them again!
