Purchased new tires and had them installed here. Driving down the highway my truck had sway while driving. My tires require 80 pounds of air pressure. One was 42# one was 56# one was 58# and the last one was 96#. That is ridiculous. Your job is dealing with tires and makingsure air pressure is correct. Horrible techs. A kid in high school could do a better job.

Scheduled a 4 wheel balance appointment over the phone. Showed up early and the first thing he said was it ll be $215.00 for the balance! Next thing you know he s outside telling me my tires are still good but I should just purchase new ones instead.Maybe it s a decent place to buy tires but NEVER go there for tire repair or maintenance!

Had my tires changed before winter, went to inflate all my tires to the correct pressure and one side of my car had the wheel covers put in wrong so I could not get tot he valve stem. Having to pull off two sets of lug nuts in 25 degrees wasn t pleasant.

Drew the Manager & Kewuwan, as well as the other employees were very kind, considerate, and helpful.Some of the best customer service I've seen in years. I would highly recommend Discount tire on Calumet!

Prompt, friendly, efficient, professional ... just a few words to describe the staff at the Calumet St Discount Tires store. Walked in expecting a tire consultation, need for new tires was emergent, walked out 45 minutes later ready for the winter season. Experience was wonderful from start to finish. Thank you!

Made an appointment today to have my tire looked at as it was going flat and I suspected a nail or something was in it. I was greeted at the front door and helped in a super friendly and quick manner, the issue was fixed and taken care of super quick and we loved our experience.

Fantastic service. Team is knowledgeable and friendly and does knockout work. Would highly recommend to anyone that needs tires. Will be using them as my sole tire service provider from here on out

I came in without an appointment and their staff were very friendly and able to help right away. Great experience and customer focus. They were able to replace all four tires for me. I m a discount tire customer for life. Thank you Calumet Store.

Went to Discount tire on Calumet st for new tires.The sales person asked what kind of was I thinking. I stated would like to stay with the Goodyear brand I currently have,they have served me well. He then says they are not going to be carrying those they are being discontinued and he continued to list which ones would be discontinued. I then said then you help me with kind to get you know tires, I do not. He is on the computer and just gives me a price. Wow wasn't expecting that price $1,100 something. He then says well that's the price for GoodYear. Ok you just said they are being discontinued. Should have left then and there,my own stupidity. Lesson learned. I asked if I could use Good Year card,no don't accept those. Fine. Then I said GoodYear has rebates out.He half a##looked in a file and says nope. So I payed. Then looking at my receipt I see things listed,not sure what it means. I call and get same sales person.I asked first he ask for my phone # I give it he says maybe you gave me a different # your not on file.He then finds me in the system.Proceeds to tell me I have warranty for tires,I said that was not discussed,he said sure I told you,I said no you didn't.He was all about sale not customer! I am very angry due to I could have and should have went else where for less for same tires and warranty included. Never will I recommend Discount Tire.Sales person was all for himself and not customer service!

i bought new tires from them 3 months ago and suddenly about 2 weeks ago the right rear tire was losing about 1� lb of air per day. so i took back and they found a piece of metal on the tire and fixed it for free. thanks guys!

Because my husband paid for the certificate on our new tires three years ago, I just had two tires and a rim replaced for $20! Everyone involved to was very polite and professionalKid friendly snack bar!!!

They inspected my tire for a leak for free! Cleaned it and put it back for me. Let me know to come back anytime I suspect something wrong with my tires.
