Ordered an ABS module on eBay for 2008 Porsche, the part was damaged when they pulled it, never informed me. Receive the part in a non-usable condition. Contacted them, sent photos and they asked me what is wrong with it?As you see they took a ripped box, taped it and shipped the broken ABS module.

Bought a vehicle from Brandon in the sales department. Communication was mediocre at best. There were issues with the car on the initial test drive which we brought up and he promised to fix them. Brandon told us that they put a new rack and pinion, new inner and outer tie rods and brought the car in for an alignment. Went to pick the car up and immediately noticed a clunk in the steering shaft. Drove 100 yards down the road and the power steering went out. A week and a half later they had it fixed . At this point we needed a vehicle and made the mistake of bringing it home. Now a month down the road the car started shaking above 55mph. Brought it to a trusted mechanic who told us that neither the rack and pinion or the tie rods had been replaced, and now on top of it the steering intermediate shaft needs to be replaced which is a $250 part. I tried calling, emailing, and messaging on Facebook to get Cousineau Auto to honor their work and 2 weeks later I can t get any sort of response. Would not recommend buying vehicles from them as they not only don t respond in any way but they also don t seem to know how to properly fix vehicles.

Horrible crooked business! I ordered an engine from here off ebay. The engine advertised said that it ran nice and they offer a 90 day money back guarantee. When the engine was installed it was immediately smoking and trying to overheat. Shop performed a combustion test and verified it had blown head gaskets, so I reached out to them. They denied my 90 day warranty because they said head gaskets are to be replaced before installation, yet that was no where in the listing! Also note, I have never been told that I am expected to replace head gaskets on an engine that is listed in good condition! They also said I received warranty instructions with the engine, however the only thing we received was the shipment receipt. They are false advertising their products and do not honor their own warranties!!!

These guys used to be really good. Now it's impossible to talk to a sales person, the phone lines route you to a voicemail. Their delivery as well as transport between their yards is not very good. I wish them well, but am going to wait for a string of good reviews before I try them again.

I had an issue with my parts not being delivered to the right location...and instead of leaving and coming back in an hour...the Manger had the part shipped from Oshkosh to Appleton in an hour...to my house..very impressive...he made the shipping issue right on the spot...very happy...2 thumbs-up...awesome customer service...I don't usually write reviews... but they deserve it...ty to everyone involved...loyal consumer..

I paid for a rear bumper from Zac in the (Appleton yard) told that it would be ready to pick up today (Thursday) and then today he calls and said it will not be here until Monday (after promised today). Paid for it Wednesday and Now he WILL not even return a phone call. I WILL NOT DEAL WITH THE APPLETON OFFICE. He charged me double the price for what I found 30 miles away for them in Appleton area.

Called ahead of time, they found my part and pulled it for me. Quick in and out. Friendly staff as well. Will definitely call them again if I need parts

Used to be really great for parts. Not so much now. They had a door listed on car-part for $95 in good shape. I called, she tells me $125, PLUS wanted at argue that she couldn't do $95. Even though I have an account there, she made me pay for it before it was pulled.Went to pick up the door, door had a dent / crease the size of a dollar bill, color keyed mirror was all beat up, and the weather stripping was torn off. Then they couldn't refund me because of a system conflict.Their sister store in Oshkosh (wallys) is the same $hit show. 5 people waiting in line, and the counter guy is sitting in the office laughing and joking with another employee. At that store I bought a "Grade A" fender, which turned out to have a door ding and the entire bottom was rusted.Have had problems with both places, but today took the cake. I'll get my parts elsewhere.

Cousineau Auto was awesome in helping me out.I have a 2002 Honda Civic and I needed a transmission.I have been looking and struck out on 3 transmissions at different places.The last place I dealt with called Cousineau in Appleton to let them know my situation on trying to find a transmission.Michelle called me from there shortly after and found me a transmission at there Schofield location.Michelle was a great help from when she first called me to help me find a transmission,setting it up for me to pick it up and just keeping in the loop till it was installed.I have the car back on the road again and the transmission seems to be working great.Thanks so much Michelle!!!GREAT WORK!!!

I placed an order on a transmission last Friday and was told it would be transferred to the closer location on Monday. I went there yesterday after calling and confirming it was ready for pickup and it was not there due to there phone line transferring to the main location at all times for no reason. So now I m out 800$ currently and still do not have a transmission. Do not recommend doing business here

I called to ask for parts on my 2010 Kia but got disconnected. So I called back but forgot the guys name I was talking to. The woman who answered the phone was a complete jerk. Cutting me off, defensively questioning why I'm calling back and being just plain rude. I don't know what she thinks I was calling for because, she was acting as if I'm just calling back over and over again. I've never called this place and I've never been treated so disrespectfully so quickly by any business. Take your business somewhere else, because I will be.

These guys were fantastic. Made it very easy for me to replace the hood on my Corolla. Had the part I was looking for in stock, right color and everything and then arranged to install it so I didn t have to tote it back home and do it myself. Very happy with the part and service.Phillip (GM) took care of me on the service side. Incredibly fast service. Got me on the road again quickly.Connor took care of me on the Sales side. Easy to work with, found the part, arranged for pick and move over to service, etc.

I've lived in area for 32 years. In the past 3 weeks, due to be ripped off by the shop that had been servicing our 2 vehicles I checked Cousineau Auto out. Most honest and friendly staff I ever dealt with. Fair pricing and outstanding workmanship

It was my first time purchasing parts from Cousineau Auto and I was very pleased with the experience. The alternator that I needed for my 2000 Jeep Cherokee Limited was delivered on time, in good condition, fit as it should and I saved quite a bit compared to a new part. Their website has an updated and extensive list of parts offered for several vehicles. I will definitely do business with them again in the future when needed.Update... I purchased another part (in-cabin fuse box) for this old Jeep and Michelle helped me get the exact part I needed with the wiring harnesses attached.

Impossible to get a person to speak to and customer service is offensive. Guy whom answered the phone(Zach) was rude and basically interrupted me mid-explaining my question. Then when I asked for copies of a past transaction for a class settlement for a vehicle transaction with them; they(Dawn) basically told me that they refuse to check the paper records in order to get us the documentation of the sale...Thanks a lot! This lack of cooperation will more then likely get our claim denied and cost us over $3,000!!!! AVOID THESE GUYS!!!!

Messed up an order. Drove to pick up the order and it was the wrong parts. Drove back again for the right parts a week later and they were damaged but listed as perfect condition. Asked for some sort of compensation or refund but they said either don't buy it or buy it and at that point I had no choice but to buy the damaged part.

Worst experience I've ever had with a shop. They messed up my son's car and then sent him away without fixing it. When I emailed them about it, he called my wife and yelled at her. So unprofessional and uncalled for. Now I have to bring the car to a reputable place to fix what they broke

Car still runs. Unfortunately over the years one by one I keep finding ways they cut corners to flip my car. Missing clips, epoxy as a replacement for seals in headlights on the dust covers, cracked paint that i pointed out after looking at the car and was told it happens but under the paint was bondo. Finding out alot of my car was filled with bondo not metal. Dashlights that started coming on a week after I bought it that wasn't "covered" under warranty like engine light for vvt senor. Over all the car still runs but lets try and take better care next time I get you guys need to make a quick buck but come on epoxy in the the dust covers of a headlight you woulda just quoted me for new assembly's at that point if I brought it in. When you replace appliences that broke by the way you should atleast get one of the same color. But like I said the car still runs but hasn't been taken back here for work since I got the run around now it goes somewhere else for maintenance and the majority is done by me now since you dont know what bolts mechanics are accidently loosening these days

I've been there several times and always been treated with the most respect and always given the price I was quoted over the phone. There trust worthy ill keep coming back. After having an accepted offer of $11,000 on a repairable vehicle several months back. I was told, by Brandon, I would be contacted to complete the sale when the title arrived.After making repeated visits to Weston Wisconsin (2-hour drive from my home) to inspect the vehicle and having Dawn assure me that I was #1 on the list to purchase it, I contacted my daughter to inform her the deal was done and we would have her a reliable car in the next couple of months. Did all the research and ordered parts so I would be fully prepared to turn the car around in a hurry for her. Well, guess what? After not hearing back from Brandon, as promised, I made a status call last week only to have him tell me he was running errands and would get back to me that afternoon - nope, no call back. Called again this morning only to have Brandon make a lame apology and blame his boss (a Cousineau family member) for selling the car out from underneath him. Also told me he tried calling calling me a while back to let me know - another lie!I am a forgiving person and would have continued to them my business (have purchased many parts and one repairable car) , but not any longer. This is unacceptable business practice. Cannot wait to tell all my car repair friends and family about this. Have defended them from criticism in the past, but now see the light.

I ve always had good experiences with them until recently! Purchased a new rear differential for a 2015 dodge truck gave them all the information including the gear ratio (3.55) picked it up all paperwork said 3.55 ratio after I installed it and put it in in 4wd realized it was not right pulled cover found it was a 3.92 ratio was told by sales I should have checked it first but they would get the right one long story short put #2 in hit 4wd on slippery road and almost ran into a oncoming car wrong one again wouldn t even compensate me for the fluid I got did finally get the right one now i need a transfer case wouldn t work with me wanted 500$ for a used one and was told it cracked because of my lift funny thing it didn t crack for over 100000 miles but yeah I believe it was the lifts fault not two different ratios going in to it spent 700 elsewhere on one will never spend a dime with them again.

I ordered struts for my 2018 Toyota Camry. But they sent me wrong part. They came for the part and refunded my money to me right away. Andy was very helpful and I really appreciate his service. Thank you so much Andy.

Don't know if there's been a change in management or what, I've gotten parts from these guys before, never had a problem with anything. Bought an engine this time and can't seem to get a hold of the guys at all. Leave messages or try calling them, and the phone just rings and rings and rings. There are plenty of other salvage yards out there that have better customer service.Updated...Andy personally reached out to me and he rectified the problem. Frustration is no reason to leave a bad review. I would definitely buy from them again.

Have dealt with Cousineau for several years and never had an issue until recently. Unfortunately due to lack of communication I am forced to put up this negative review in efforts to get some attention on a matter that they are very aware of. We received an Audi 3.2 engine that had a crack in the cam front cover, that we replaced on our dime. The bigger issue is the metal in oil, that leads us to believe this engine is very well on its way out. We are looking for resolutions for our customer and Cousineau management has been reluctant to call us back and seems to just be handing off the issue to workers between their facilities.
