So happy for all the hardworking team members. My truck was a mess and it turned out better than what I expected because I neglected my truck for months. With all these new places popping up in the valley but don t forget who actually does the best job and I didn t have to clean the inside myself.

I had an oil change last week but it was raining so I went back today drove a half hour because I really wanted the inside cleaned. I used the coupon for inside and out to be washed. Well I was watching them do the inside there were 4 people doing it. Well when I got home I was trying to figure out what they really did in the inside. At this time it was not even busy 1 other couple had their car there. Well I got my cleaning supplies out and did it myself. We have been going hear for a long time but thinking maybe we should just start doing it my our selves.

Despite looking closed from the outside the attention to detail and care was extreamly shocking... they spent ample time cleaning the hard frozen ice from the wheel wells on a sub zero day where most places would of let it go. Very satisfied and impressed. Great work clear water staff! First timer

Decided to try them because I haven t been happy with PDQ. I ll be going back to PDQ because they at least got the cup holders and center console. Back seat wasn t vacuumed either. It s a brand new vehicle. I ve only owned for a month so it wasn t very dirty just needed a light vac and windows etc and they failed miserably.

Very unhappy with service and customer service. Took my car for a oil change, 2 days later I took my car to a different auto body shop and they said it didn t look like they changed the oil, the oil was very dirty and the gasket was leaking and cracked in multiple spots. I contacted the manager of Clearwater, he was rude and said he had video of them working on my car. I asked if they check the gasket in a normal oil change and he said yes. Somehow they didn t notice my gasket being broken???? He refused to refund my money. Will not be going back there!!!!!

Had a full service carwash. they charge an extra dollar for a truck plus an extra 3 percent for using a credit card and most of the interior was missed and sections of the exterior were never wiped down at the end.i think the 10$ has station car wash would have been the better choice.

Went in to get half a gallon of spilled milk cleaned out of my carpeted trunk- I'd been driving all around Appleton to find a place that did detailing and finally found them. The service was very friendly and the waiting lobby was clean and pleasant. Free coffee and a television, too. The price was good and the employee even offered to touch it up for free if any lingering smells showed up! Thanks guys!

Just had my 2016 Subaru Forester work vehicle detailed inside and out. The results were unbelievable! It looks like a brand new car. I had spilled a cup of coffee with coconut oil on the passenger seat years ago and they got that stain out. My husband is a clean freak and even he was amazed by the results. I can not recommend Clearwater enough!

Do not get an unlimited monthly car wash from here. Despite asking to cancel three separate times, I am still being charged.

I used to come here all the time because they used to do an immaculate job, but I had stopped for awhile because I was no longer impressed when I got back in my car. I thought I d give them another chance after almost a year of not coming, and the WorksPlus car wash I received today was not impressive either. This is not something I expect to see when I pay that much for a full, inside and out car wash.

They take out my all weather mats to spray them - which I appreciate, however always put them back in my truck soaked. They don t dry them off when doing the inside. Girl left her rag in my backseat too.

I like this place. I found it this summer when I first moved up here and when looking to get my car cleaned inside and out. I saw they had a decent price for a full service clean. They have been very quick every time I have gone and with it being winter they actually will towel dry your car after they wash it with hot water. The staff is always friendly and the waiting area has TV and magazines although when I went it was so quick I didn't even really read or watch the TV. If you want a quick place to get your car washed (especially to get all that salt off your car in the winter) then this is the place to do it. I haven't used them for anything but car wash and I haven't used them for deep detailing but if those services are anything like their car washing it should be good as well.

THIEFS! Employee stole something from my vehicle.. when I went back to ask them about it. They pretended to not know anything and then magically came up with it saying it was in the trash.... what they stole was absolutely not garbage. And then to top it off actual garbage was sitting in the trunk.. not impressed at all.

This place..! Let me tell you..! First time customer and last time customer!! I usually have my oil change done with my mechanic but thought well Clearwater is open and my mechanic is closed Saturdays. No issues with the oil change end of it...but the full service cleaning I thought hey why not give it a go..! Never again....!!!! I wasn't expecting it looking like it's been detailed but apparently they truly didn't even do any part of there jobs...not even wiping down the dash to get rid of dust! Vacuum...nah we'll just skip that part too..maybe he won't notice! I paid for a service I didn't receive...! Spent an hour when I got home cleaning my vehicle they way it should have been!!! Clearwater has zero standards and nobody double checking the so called work performed..!!

Let me tell you about their amazing customer service and dedication to making it right! I went thru Clear Water Car Wash on Wed for the first time. I got home and was a little disappointed. Couple things were missed I felt should have been cleaned. I filled out a form on their website...and Kevin called me at 9am the next morning looking to make it right. Asked if I could bring it back in that day or the next so he could re-do it to my satisfaction or if not, sent me a coupon for another car wash. I took it back this morning and he did not disappoint! He ensured they got everything and I was happy!! Thank you so much!!

If you like the managers special at pdq , go to this place ... they actually clean your vehicle, unlike other car washes .

Great locally owned car wash. Staff is always courteous & prices are reasonable. Car washes are always well done in & out. Have had a few details done here as well & always impressed. Overall, the inside was pretty clean other than the cupholders and the spot right behind it. They did a good job vacuuming inside the vehicle. But when I got back home and opened the trunk, I was surprised to see it hadn't been vacuumed at all.

You have got to watch this place. Two different occasions they shuffled me through and not do a tire shine or half hazard job of wiping things down. When your paying $40 for a car wash it should be done right.When I showed the manager this last time my tires were not done he left me in the parking lot took my jeep to the front copped an attitude and put my jeep in 4WD LOW turned on my air conditioning put the air conditioning on and turned the knob to cold and put the jeep not on defrost but circulation. Fogged immediately on me once they released the jeep. This manager should be fired I called the owner and reported him. Owner didn't care. Definitely not a way to treat customers.

I used to love these guys. I even drive 30+ minutes to go there over some of their competitors. Until this last experience.I haven't been there in a while, so I decided to buy a 4-pack of their Royal Wash service. The first one was great. I decided to bring my other car in the next day. I drove 30+ minutes to get there only to be greeted by a Car wash Closed sign. So, I called and Rod answered. He told me the car wash is closed due to bad weather. It's not even sprinkling out. It's barely misting . I explained that I had just driven 30+ minutes and everywhere online still says they are open and nowhere on their site did it say they close whenever it's even misting outside. He didn't care one bit.I would have been frustrated, but would have taken it a little easier if his attitude was better. He didn't apologize, he had a yep, we're closed, deal with it attitude. Then he hung up on me. I called back and told him I didn't appreciate getting hung up on, and he continued with his attitude and kept repeating in a monotone/condescending voice, how can I help you, sir? .I will be contacting the owners to get a refund on these prepaid washes. What good are they if you can't use them? If they don't refund me, I'll have to submit a chargeback on my credit card. Unless they make things right with me, I will not be going back.Rod single-handedly killed a once loyal customer.---Update: Melissa, one of the owners of Clear Water called me and made everything right. She apologized and was open to other feedback. She also offered to send me a gift card for the troubles. Although it shouldn't have happened in the first place, they responded very professionally, and I will definitely be giving them another shot. Amazing service overall, Ron was super cool. The oil change service was fast and perfect (brought my own oil/filter -$10 only). Keep on them about the detailing, missed the driver-side tires, had to re-wash the windows, floor mats were not done very well, etc. The wash was backed up, only one lane open + Armor All extra, took almost 2 hours. I had my truck detailed here and what an amazing job! Everything was coated in dog hair when I dropped it off and it looked showroom clean when I picked it up! Their drive through car wash is excellent with the detailers wiping everything down on the way out. My favorite car wash in the area!

I discovered this place when I lived in the Valley but don't live there anymore. They do such a good job that I still go here when I'm back in town. Their process is efficient and their works plus detail package is a great value. I'm always pleased when I get in to my newly cleaned car!

my go-to car wash. I believe in the system as my 'vivian' always comes out like new. had an issue with the interior not being wiped down properly. went back to the entrance & asked Andy if he could give me a rag so I can clean the dash & console. he apologized, manager Kevin came over & they put 'vivian' thru the whole works again with manager overseeing & hands-on interior wipe-down. she sparkled. I was thankful for the superior customer service clear water they give.

Got an oil change I drove home and it started leaking oil in my driveway I check everything over and found out they never drained my oil when I drained it over 12 quarts came out and we tried calling to figure something out and they won t respond back to us. Ended up costing me $1800 In engine work including rear main seal and more. Wish I could give it a 0 star.

went here to get an oil change, they forgot to put the cap back on and my car was covered in oil. called and spoke to the manager who was so rude and degrading on the phone, i asked if he can fix the issue right away and he told me he has a game to attend , when i asked him don t customers come first, he proceeded to laugh at me on the phone and said i know where this conversation is going , never have i been treated like this in customer service. after arguing on the phone, they ended up coming to my car that night and the found my cap and offered to change the oil again the next day. when i returned to the shop, everyone was laughing at the situation and they all huddled around my car joking about it. no one here takes things seriously. kevin, the manager was the only professional and kind one. they offered my free detailing (which was a disaster, they are so unorganized they didn t know where my car was in the process when i called to check on it 5 hours later). i came here for AN OIL CHANGE which resulted in a week long hassle and being mocked by the owner when i reported this issue to him. i will never go here again, awful service and no one takes things seriously. owner is incredibly rude and unprofessional.

I have been going to this car wash since I moved to the area 6ish years ago. (And I m one of those people that keeps my truck clean so I have been a regular customer.I m thinking it s time to find a new place to take my business. The last 3 times I ve been in I ve been very disappointed with the quality of the wash and the service.I always get the Royal package so it s a $40 wash.I used to see what appeared to be be adult supervisors making sure all of the kids working there were focused and doing their jobs. Lately, the supervision is non existent, the kids are all more worried about social hour and goofing off so the quality and service are in the toiletWhen I have to remind them of the pieces of the package they didn t perform and then I have to take care of all the things they missed when I get home why would I keep going there.Services: Auto detailing, Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming
