Guys if you are looking for a place to buy your next vehicle look no further. I had an absolute blast working with my guy Justin. Guest satisfaction isn't just a company phrase for these guys it's the real deal. Everything was just awesome I couldn't have had better fortune than to stumble across my new ride searching on google. Everything from the first handshake to the last was perfect. When it's time to upgrade my significant others vehicle Bergstrom is going to be my only stop. Thank you everyone I guarantee it won't be the last time you see or hear from me.

Helped my granddaughter get her first financed car. Tony, Adam and Brady were awesome. Highly recommend this dealership if you are looking for a car. We are very pleased and the staff was amazing!

Justin Richter is always great to work with. He goes above and beyond to make sure the parts needed are available. He is very honest, trustworthy and knowledgeable. I am very comfortable leaving my vehicle under his supervision for the service that is needed

Had an issue on a Cadillac we purchased. Jacob and Patrick handled the repairs with complete class. The repairs were done at no additional cost even though we had past the used car warranty. Would highly recommend Bergstrom Used Cars.

I drove all the way from Madison to purchase this beauty! I'm incredibly satisfied with the car & the service I received. Nick B & Justin H were the absolute BEST! This was my first experience buying a car from a dealer & they made it painless & seamless for me to drive away with a reliable vehicle; leaving behind my junker that was about to fail me. It was ABSOLUTELY worth the drive! I would return in a heartbeat, but I know this vehicle will last me a long time. They explained everything with courtesy & respect, & never tried to sell me more than I needed. Highly recommend working with these fellas! I took several business cards to share with friends who are looking for vehicles, who had terrible experiences elsewhere.

Evan helped me purchase my first car, he made it very easy for me to understand everything about the car and he helped me along the way. I feel like Evan went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase of my 2013 ford focus. He even bought a pizza and shared some of it with me and another customer. Great dude!

I just, and I mean "just" as I just got home from purchasing my vehicle 2021 Hyundai Kona from Bergstrom. I can not tell you enough how amazing it was to work through the whole process with Justin Miner. I would HIGHLY recommend working with him for your used car purchase. His response time to questions during the process was wonderful at minutes rather than hours or days. He is very personable and knowledgeable and there was no high pressure selling, just friendly and relaxed. This is my second purchase from Bergstrom and both Bergstrom and both have been great. I highly recommend Bergstrom and Justin Miner for your used car needs.

Have to give a Great big shout out and thank you to sale advisor Nicholas B! He was very patient and helpful with everything I have asked. He found me the perfect car for me of what I was looking for. My anxiety was over the top when I started searching and once I got in contact with him my level dropped and i felt really comfortable working with him! Thank you for the help and making the process goes smoothly!!

I worked with Tony to trade in and buy a new car from Bergstrom! The service was amazing and the process was made painless by Tony and his coworkers! My trade in offer was great, and everything was processed quickly. Tony knew what kind of car I was looking for and had several cars already in mind and pulled up! I would 11/10 recommend that you let Tony help you with your next car purchase!

My wife i and I had been looking for a newer vehicle for a while now and spotted one we were interested in at this location. This was a completely pressure free environment which is exactly what I was looking for. I had a beyond terrible experience at Broadway automotive in GB so I was really hoping this would be a better experience and it completely was. We have had the vehicle for a week now and absolutely love the VW Tiguan R line we purchased.The sales associate that worked with us was Nicholas B. Wonderful service throughout the purchasing experience, like I said before, no pressure whatsoever! That s exactly what I think everyone is looking for when they are making a big financial decision. My wife purchased her vehicle through them a handful of years ago and she enjoyed her vehicle from them.Highly highly recommend stopping in to see Nicholas or the rest of their staff for your new vehicle, we ll be back in a couple years when it s time to upgrade the Malibu!

I purchased a vehicle from Justin M and the experience was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. The car I received wasn t supposed to be ready until a few days as it needed to be detailed. He pushed and was able to get it detailed so I could have it early! So glad i bought a car from him and will go back to him again when i m in need of another car

Purchased a vehicle from Lucas M about a week ago, and it was a fantastic experience. Lucas really listened to what my concerns were, helped me sort through a few vehicles I was considering to find the best option for me, and really kept my budget in mind throughout the entire process. He never once pressured me to upgrade or add on anything I wasn't comfortable with, or that was out of what I was looking to spend. I really appreciated his transparency in every aspect of the financing process, and explaining my trade in value.

My car buying experience was the best I've ever had. I'm older and felt overwhelmed having to shop for a car. I first spoke with Marcia Dalton over the phone and she asked some questions about what I was looking for, so we set up an appointment. The car she chose for me was better than I even imagined. Turned out to be my car. She was able to answer all my questions got everything all set up it was all done in a very patient and efficient manner. questions if I had them. I would recommend Bergstrom and Marsha Dalton to anyone looking for a new or used car. And she really is the best.

My husband and I have purchased two other vehicles from Bergstrom and had an okay experience so we decided to trade in our SUV for lower miles as we do a ton of traveling. The man helping us was nice, but the process - nearly two hours, was a tad chaotic, especially with a tired kiddo with us. Just as we were about to discuss payment options, hoping to bring the vehicle home that day, he told us we had to come back on Tuesday for another appointment to finish (this was a Friday). Some other customer came in and he left to go speak with them, leaving us hanging. We felt like we wasted our time and just ended up going elsewhere. Disappointing experience to say the least, especially after being a repeat customer.

We worked with Justin M and it was amazing. He was super helpful and answered all our questions helped us find something in our budget that could still handle all 3 dogs and our massive camper. We are super happy with our purchase and will likely go back to them with our next purchase also.

I just bought my very first car ever. Nick and Kim at Used are EXTREMELY HELPFUL. They want you in a safe reliable car, they want YOU to be happy with what you re spending your hard earned money on. They exceeded my expectations with amazing service as well as just being such easy people to work with. They re passionate about their job, and they really do care about the customers that walk in that front door. Overall an amazing experience and SUCH AN EASY PROCESS!

Hear me out-I m giving 5 stars for the sales advisor I worked with through my process, Lucas Ufi. He was amazing and understanding of my situation as it was a longer buying process due to insurance. He answered all my questions and made sure I was happy and confident the entire process.Now the day of purchase which was yesterday. Lucas was great!! He had everything ready to go when we got there and paper work was ready to be signed! Lucas was amazing!!! But, when it came to taking down payment the issue came about because they can t take checks over $10,000. Understandable! BUT the new manager was a complete jerk ( in nice words). This man didn t care about customer service he came in on a high horse in the situation and wasn t willing to help out me and my step dad as customers at first. It took my step dad getting upset for them to okay the transactions. And told my step dad to go speak to the person who made the decision to change the payment policy. That man should NOT be in a management position if all he wants to do is sit and cause customers a big headache! To make matters worse, after the payment was finally taken detail managed to lock the only set of keys in the car because the car came from another location. So myself and my two kids sat at this location from 9:45am-1pm waiting on a set of keys to get the vehicle unlocked. The manager was less than worried, Lucas was nice and offered my kids and myself some lunch that was bought for the dealership that day. (Thank you again to all who helped!) long story short someone should be looking into the circus that s being ran because from a customers point of view it was a mess when it comes to the managers who should be setting a good example.****Star wise for managers is a fat zero.****

I recently purchased a vehicle from Marcia at this location and it was a great experience! It was my first time purchasing a vehicle on my own and Marcia was very patient with answering all of my questions and being available over the phone. I got a great deal on my new vehicle as well as for my trade in. I never felt pressured and it was a smooth process from finding the car online to driving it home. I drove almost two hours to work with this specific dealership, and I m so glad I did. Couldn t be happier!

He had vehicles pulled up ready for us to drive, answered all our questions and then some. He was very quick to get me the information I was looking for! Everyone else was also incredibly friendly! Would recommend.

Recently pondered a vehicle from them and, by all means know I am not a wealthy person and have struggled with financial avenues in life, but I can admit that. I was in a severe accident and needed a car, so I thought used would be a reasonable response. I first didn t get helped as I walked in the door as everyone just looked at me, went back to their phones, convos with each other among associates, or just ignored me . I guess i don t fit the build of their typical consumer? I finally was able to get help and test drove a car , I started to talk about pricing and finances and the sales rep needed to go check some things , I had to go to the restroom and went down looking for it and overhead the same sales rep laughing, literally laughing about my situation to another member of their team, so I grabbed my things and walked out. Seems quite unprofessional in my opinion, and I have car shopped for over 40 years. Way to drive a sale! Will never be back and will tell every single person in the area or not that these guys are rude unprofessional and don t know how to treat humans as humans, terrible service!
