Probably the easiest car buying experience I ve had from start to finish. Finding a car right now in stock and readily available is hard and still waiting a year for another car to come in I decided to look elsewhere. So glad I did. Inquired on a Sunday night and had a message from Andy first thing the next morning. Went in to look at the car I wanted (they had 2 so it was just picking the colors really). They gladly brought both up for me to see and eased my concerns about ruining the interior by letting me know about the warranty that covers it. I maybe spent an hour in there, including a quick drive, and will be picking my car up tomorrow. Andy was nice, knowledgeable and professional. 10/10 will probably return when it s time to upgrade again.

I have been a Lexus customer since the purchase of my RX 350 last year. Yesterday was the first time I stayed at the dealership while my car was serviced. From the very start, I was welcomed and brought right into Stu s office where Stu explained exactly what they had planned to do and how long it was going to take. He made sure I had everything I needed, and got me refreshments before I even got to the very comfortable waiting room. While waiting, Rick was walking through the waiting room, stopped, and introduced himself to me while thanking me for my business. I can honestly say it was the best, most comfortable, and easiest service visit ever. The service appointment took exactly the length of time Stu quoted. I was on the road with a fresh, clean, serviced car in no time. I m a beyond happy with my choice on buying a Lexus, and ecstatic I chose Bergstrom as a dealer!

Bergstrom Lexus, the most incredible car buying experience you have not had an opportunity to experience. I have purchased 7 vehicles over 3 years, I was dismayed and disappointed by dealership s response to an independent business woman s request for transparency, accountability, and fairness. I have been truly overwhelmed and impressed with my amazing experience at Bergstrom Lexus. Rick Bergstrom, along with Al and Eric have completely changed my perception of what a vehicle buying experience should be. They treated me with professionalism, kindness, and respected and applauded my ability as an independent woman to make an informed decision. They have my business, respect, and my many referrals!! You will never find a more pleasant vehicle buying experience than you will at Bergstrom Lexus. Thank you Bergstrom, you have a lifetime client.

This was my first time buying a vehicle without my parents and Al made it into the most stress free experience ever. I was nervous about the entire process but everyone went above and beyond to make sure I knew exactly what was happening and had all of the information I needed! I even was able to docusign my paperwork due to being out of town so I could pick it up straight from the airport. I went in for my first service today and Stewart explained everything so well and even put me in a private office area so I could do some work while my vehicle was being serviced. This was my first Lexus purchase and will for sure not be my last!

Had my daughter's 2006 Lexus towed to Bergstrom Lexus of Appleton as it would not start and the P/S and VSC lights were on. They told us it was the spark plugs. Bergstrom replaced them and said the car was ready.Less than 24 hours later - same issue. Chad, the service manager, said to have it towed back, have the tow company come inside, and they would issue a check for the tow. We did. Tow company was told by Bergstrom they were "not in the system" and would need to email for the payment. Tow company emailed twice. The first time there was no response. The second time they were told it was not Bergstrom's problem and they were not going to pay the bill.In the interim, Bergstrom diagnosed a different issue and said it would cost $3k to repair, but also said more likely $5-6k as they would find other things once they started.AT OUR EXPENSE we had it towed back to a local shop who fixed the issue for $800. While fixing the issue, the mechanic discovered that when Bergstrom "put the car back together" to be towed back home, they failed to tighten or reattach parts properly, forcing the mechanic to find all the disconnected parts and reattach them. Thankfully, the car has been running great ever since - NO thanks to Bergstrom.Bergstrom failed to fix the issue, then failed to cover a tow THAT THEY SAID THEY WOULD COVER from their failure to fix the issue the first time. They lied outright. They cannot be trusted to stand behind their word.On a related note, this issue was a safety recall years earlier and Lexus failed to stand behind the safety recall as it had "already been fixed." Clearly this part is an issue if it is recurring.I will avoid Bergstrom facilities in the future. If there were zero stars, I'd give them that.UPDATE: Bergstrom DID call later and pay for the tow they promised.

Very friendly welcoming environment from check in to the end.My Service Advisor was Chad. From the time I met with him he walked me through the process and explained everything to me. I was a waiter for my vehicle. Once service was completed he explained what was done and went over the report with me. Excellent service .

I finally bought my dream car after wanting a Lexus for 20+ years. My sales associate was Joe Braun who made it a fantastic experience!! He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, informative and had a great sense of humor as well. If you re looking for a great vehicle and a wonderful purchasing experience look no further!!

Have had five Lexus ES. Best cars ever. The RX is beautiful, but the two & three tone interior color schemes are a turn off. Ar ogance abounds !

I cannot even begin to express my gratitude towards an employee of Bergstrom Appleton Lexus. I was worried when a beeping noise occurred randomly after I started my car so I called Bergstrom Lexus of Appleton and a kind man, Jacob Jarosh, answered. He not only tried to give me guidance of fixing the issue but he came to my place of employment and helped me address the problem. The kindness and care he showed me went above and beyond. Thank you for the help!

I had a minor glitch when purching my Lexus.On their follow up of " how was our service" I explained the minor problem. The next day I received a call from Rick Bergstrom asking how he could correct. He gave me more than I requested.I have been very pleased with there conceire service. I live 40 miles from there store.

2005 Lexus LS430 took my car in because of a harsh downshift from 2nd to 1st. They said i needed a new transmission and gave me an estimate of 12k+. Found out it was a bad ECU (which is what I told the service manager). Fix elsewhere for $350 Cars runs perfect. What a racket these people are running.

I have purchased a lot of cars in my years and this was the best sales experience so far. The price on their used Lexus was very fair and their offer on my trade-in was more than fair. I have been a professional mechanic for over 50 years. I am particular about the cars I buy. I buy used cars to avoid the financial hit you experience in new car depreciation and as a mechanic I feel comfortable analyzing what ever used car I m looking to purchase. Everybody is not a professional mechanic so what are they supposed to do to keep from buying a problem child/ money pit/ junkyard on wheels ? My suggestion is buy your used car from Bergstrom Lexus of Appleton. Let me explain. I know Corvettes. My old 2006 had 247,000 miles on it and I decided to start shopping for a replacement. Bergstrom Lexus had the ideal car. Another 2006 Corvette with 31,000 miles on it. My wife and I drove up there to find this one owner car sitting in a beautiful heated showroom all ready for a test drive. We jumped in, took it for a spin and I felt like I was in a brand new car. After looking at numerous cars at numerous dealerships (and numerous disappointments), We knew we found our next car.They have a no haggle type price structure which actually worked well. Their posted price was the same at the dealership as it was online and after months of research found the pricing very fair.I dealt with Rick Bergstrom and Jacob and Andrew. They were all very professional and willing to sit down and chat. No high pressure here. They truly are nice people.I m now driving my like new Corvette and really enjoying it.If you are looking to buy a car I would strongly suggest you give Bergstrom Lexus of Appleton a visit.

Had the best car service experience at Lexus Bergstrom! I am from Atlanta, Ga here with my fianc� in a nursing contract and needed a service done to my car before hitting the road to travel all the way back home. Stewart Wong and his took excellent care of my and my car! Treated like royalty! Stewart was the absolute model of perfect customer service! Can't recommend enough! I've got a 2017 nx200t up here from Texas for the summer/fall and my power trunk stopped working. It would not close and my car is no longer under warranty. Called Bergstrom service dept. on a Monday morning and they called me back a couple hours later. A knowledgeable gentleman - didn't catch his name - patiently walked me through how to fix it. Less than 10min on the phone later and it was fixed. Very grateful for Bergstrom Lexus of Appleton!

Not helpful at all if you have car from. Canada what happened to nationwide or even north american service I'm sorry but Canada is north America also ???? We took our Lexus 300h here yesterday. From the genuine greet, to the above-and-beyond service, to accomidating our two kiddos in the play area. Everyone was kind and professional. We have worked with several Lexus service centers and this location, which is 2 hours away from where we live, is by far the best. Definitely a first-class experience! We will be back for our next service!

O had purchased a Lexus recently and was having a problem with a couple of systems. I went to the Bergstrom Lexis garage in Appleton. They directed me into the dhow room with my car. A greater asked me about my problems and he made a phone call . Immediately 4 technicians came to the car and went to work on my problems. Everything was explained and some electronic adjustments were made. Just 10 minutes later i was ready to leave. In my entire life and a dozen cars i had purchased and serviced i never had this kind of attention. What a wonderful organization.

I just wanna tell everyone about my experience with Bergstrom Lexus. I came in a few weeks ago wanting to buy a used 2008 Lexus LS 460. All of the staff was very nice and professional. I worked directly with Eric the financial manager, and Andy the car salesman. Let me tell you; these guys are literally great people. With a far-from perfect credit score they were able to get me going in a beautiful car. When I arrived the first time I wanted the 2008 Lexus, but ended up driving away in a 2015. I had no clue that someone would approve me for such a car because of my credit history back in my early years. I can recall Eric the financial manager making calls all through the day for about 2-3 days just to get me going. Several banks put up walls, but Eric and Andy got the job done with a decent APR. I've worked in dealerships in the past, but I've never seen such a hard working group of people like the guys at Bergstrom Lexus in Appleton. I highly recommend this dealership. If you're thinking of getting a new car, check these guys out. I wanna thank you all again.

I am a customer service manager so I tend to be a little judgmental when it comes to good customer service. I have owned my Lexus now for 2 years and have been in and out of the dealership and have spoken to or worked with a good majority of the people there. I own two Lexus cars a SC430 and RX which I bought here. I have never gotten better service anywhere else. Stewart has taken care of me for eight years now. He is the best, always takes care of my car needs. He is very attentive and makes sure I m happy when I leave.
