I had a great buying experience with my 2022 Shelby GT500 from Erik Wright and Zach. They did a good job of staying in contact with me through the whole process. Both kept there promises both in buying and selling(Thank you Erik and Zach). Comming from California they had someone come pick me up from the airport. Never had to wait. I wanna give a shout out to Cody who helped map out my drive home to miss the winter storm comming in (Thanks Cody) I also worked with megahn S. She was very pleasant and helpful through the process as I was an out of state buyer.

Tonya always goes the extra mile & is very knowledgeable about her craft and the Products as well as Super personable! When it comes to cars pretty much the best!I've purchased numerous vehicles from Bergstrom through the years for various reasons and she's helped me for at least 5 of them.35 years I have been a valued customer and Bergstrom Buick GMC and Tonya are my only place when deciding on a vehicle option for friends and family!Thank you!

I brought my vehicle to the dealership to address a warranty concern. I noticed the rear speakers were not working when the fade was set to the back. I also requested an oil change. The person who assisted me checked the radio settings to ensure the issue was not due to operator error. Which, he confirmed he did not believe the speakers were functioning correctly.Two hours later, I received a call informing me that the speakers were operating as designed. I picked up my vehicle after the oil change but was threatened by the dealership. They told me that if I brought my vehicle in for bumper-to-bumper warranty work and the dealer could not replicate the error, I would owe them about $70.I asked what would happen if it was a safety concern, but they reiterated the same policy. I was shocked by this policy despite purchasing three vehicles from this dealership, all with bumper-to-bumper warranties. I have only had three or four warranty issues in ten years - Bergstrom sells good vehicles.Although, to make matters worse, the oil level reading was just below the hash marks. While Bergstrom charged me for enough oil to service the vehicle's minimum fluid requirements, I had to add � and a quart to meet the manufacturer's recommendations. I even brought it to a local mechanic to verify that I had checked the oil correctly.The dealership's policies deter customers from ensuring that their vehicle is operating safely and correctly under warranty and from doing routine maintenance that, when incorrectly performed, may cause premature engine wear. If a technician cannot do the small things right, how can I trust them to conduct potential major maintenance?This is in no way the service writer or technician's fault.Bergstrom Management should look at their policies and ask themselves if experiences like mine will make customers interested in buying a vehicle from them in the future. They should provide better training for their technicians, employ some quality controls, and do something to prevent these types of mistakes from happening again.

Normally service is great and the customer service was this time as well. However, I received a call that my recall was ready and the part was in (heating steering wheel) nearly 1.5 years since I got truck. Took truck in early and left. 4 hours later, I was informed they got the wrong part and could not do the exchange. Top it off, they have NO idea when my steering wheel will arrive. Most of this is on GMC but quickly verifying a part when it arrives would have been nice.

I went in for an oil change & tire rotation. At check out I was told that my tires didn't need it. I was so pleased that I not only saved money, but my service persons were honest. I appreciate that.

My sales rep Eric was awesome. He found my vehicle within a day of talking. We couldn't be more pleased with our purchase. He has great customer service skills and made us feel at ease with our purchase and signing of papers.

I originally brought my vehicle in the night before my scheduled service, but as I was dropping off my keys, they offered to do my oil change then! Saved my a lot of time and troubles trying to figure out transportation. I was very grateful!

Poo service department, tech was not interested in hearing what I found wrong with my vehicle, service manager blew me off and couldn't have cared less that I was unhappy. I took my 2 month old very expensive truck to the only other gm dealership in the area, and couldn't have felt more welcomed and that they cared . And my vehicles issue is clear and definitely in need of repair. It's a shame that bergstrom is becoming one of the only dealerships in the valley for most brands. There arrogance and take it or leave it attitude is piss poor. I will drive to California to buy a vehicle before I spend another penny at any bergstrom. It wasn't always this way.

The oil change and tire rotation was done so fast, I questioned if it was even done. I didn t even have a chance to finish my complimentary beverage. Great team at the Bergstrom Express Lube!!!

Bergstrom Appleton is amazing! I got a great vehicle, great price and great customer service. Bailey my sales advisor was incredibly helpful as well as all the other staff there. They went above and beyond to make my car buying experience as easy as possible. I would definitely recommend!

Signed up for service appointment online, asked for synthetic oil change, tire rotation, and to get a squeak checked out. At check in again specified synthetic oil, did not receive it. Even leaving, asked if the price was correct because it was too low if I received synthetic oil, assured it was synthetic. Rep made my tire rotation out to be a big deal(I will have to see if I have a lift available), rotated my tires but didn't check pressures. On my drive home OnStar alarm, truck computer, all went off saying rear tire pressures were off. Had to stop in the pouring rain at a gas station to fix. Will not be going back to this dealership for maintenance or to buy my next vehicle. Incompetent people should not be working on $95,000 vehicles.

Tonya at the Nicolet Rd Appleton dealership was amazing. She was very hospitable, offered me a drink, and was just amazing. A mix up happened at the bank and I wasn't able to bring the check until the next day so she met me have the car the day before even when not everything was fully signed yet. I would recommend her any day. Very sweet lady for sure. I'm kinda an introvert and sometimes it's hard for me to open up and talk to sales people but she is definitely an exception!

We drove 2.5 hours to purchase our vehicle from Bergstrom, as we've previously purchased three other vehicles from them. Steven Jacobsen was great to work with and he provided excellent customer support after the sale. We love their no-pressure customer service and clean dealerships. Highly recommend!!

Not the best communication- I called in the morning to let them know the tow truck was on the way, to busy to take phone call- was told someone would call me back- didn t happen. I called on my lunch break-I was able to talk to person working on my car- they were charging battery and it takes a while. Called back at 5:30 to find out if they could pick me up-was told the guy went home that was working on my vehicle. I told the person I was talking to that I would have appreciated a phone call since I needed to make arrangements to get me home and back to work in the morning. Anyway, like I said not good communication

Bobbie did an outstanding job taking care of my warranty return issue with antilock brakes. Parts were available and I could have it serviced immediately. Very happy with the outcome. Shoutout to the curtesy driver as well, he was extremely friendly and thanked me a couple times for doing my business with Bergstrom.

My wife took my truck to service at this time. Service was good but the vehicle health report they gave to her showed that transmission is leaking or is about to leak soon. And they recommend parts back ordered right way. ETA of costs is $895 !! . Problem is that there is no a single word what parts are required and zero details of the issue on the health report!!

Very fast and courteous. Only dislikes were the tech forgetting to check my brakes and then only checking brakes on one side of my vehicle and proceeding to tell me all brake pads wear evenly when they don t.

I will definitely be going back to Bergstrom specifically because of the customer service I received from Tonya and Tim. Tonya followed up with every detail throughout the purchasing process and even after the sale. I'm very impressed with the cleanliness of the building and all the people that I had interactions with.

Tonya and Pierce were absolutely amazing!! They did everything in their power to make sure that I walked out with my new car that day! Then, when the price was reduced later that day, Pierce called me and had me come back to sign new papers for the lower price!!! I would for sure go back to them to buy another vehicle!

Bailey was super helpful & not pushy at all. We kind of got "stood up" at another location & we're not updated on a vehicle we were interested in, so we stopped by to see what there was. I didn't know what GMC's full size 1/2 ton trucks had to offer but told Bailey what we were looking for in a truck & it was quickly narrowed down. The only hard choice was, which to pick.

Bergstrom GMC of Appleton is a quality dealer offering new and used vehicles in addition to the servicing of those vehicles. This is one location you can expect your vehicle to get the attention it needs and not worry about corners being cut. Outside of covid there is always free cold/hot drinks and fresh cookies (YUM). Purchasing new vehicles you will find they are one of the lowest cost dealers in the valley. Make sure you get trade-in quotes from multiple dealers. I have found most of the time Bergstrom will exceed expectations. Used vehicles is always prudent to shop around as every dealership can vary depending on type. When concerns have arose management has gone above and beyond to ensure the customer is satisfied. I truly believe Bergstrom is a company that has built a culture focused on "customer first". I highly recommend...

Was only greeted, or acknowleged by 1 of the 4 employees, Gabe. He asked me to sign his phone for permission to work on my car. That has never happened but I know things change. Per the bill, which I should have reviewed there, my bad, I was charged $85.95 for 7500K vehicle inspection..REALLY...The one female had her feet up on the desk. Walked past 2 on the way to the waiting room. No hi. No welcome. Very cold. Waiting room had minimal lighting which was very cold. No cookies ( Ive always enjoyed a cookie with my coffee while waiting at the W College location). No bottled water. Not going back to that location. Second time is my last time. I know Berstrom locations are beyter and more professional than this one. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!
