Although not the least expensive auto body shop in the area, our experience with several repairs on our vehicles has always been positive. Super friendly staff, courteous and prompt as possible given how busy they are. Lyssa and Josh at the auto body service desk and Eric our auto body service manager were great. Very pleased with the repair work so far! If you have a vehicle from Bergstrom Automotive no matter the make or model, I would recommend you using their body shop.

They fixed my vehicle after I had been rear ended. It took a while to get in, but that was because of my insurance agency. Once it was there the service was friendly and prompt. Car looks great after pickup!

Kudos to Steve Willer and the crew at Bergstrom Auto Body on Victory Lane. They fit me in during a busy time of the year on my day off. They welcomed my dog Luka, and while I was filling out paper work; Steve Willer went and got a tech who fixed the problem with the molding in seconds and then Steve told me no charge. Great service by everyone at the shop. 5 STARS for everyone!

Kudos to Steve Willer and Mark Mueller at Bergstrom Victory Lane for the repair work they have done to my 2011 Ford F-150 truck. They stood behind their original repair work to fix an additional corrosion issue that popped up stemming from a poor Ford design on their truck beds (using expanding foam along the interior fender seams that ultimately leads to corrosion from the inside out). It's always great to know your vehicle is being properly cared for and fixed by true professionals! Bergstrom service definitely sets the bar high separates them from everyone else....Thank You once again!!

As a very happy customer, I am pleased to provide a wonderful recommendation for this business. The five stars I give them represents their professionalism, customer service, perfection in repair, very responsive, and trustworthy. From day one of having my vehicle towed into this shop due to an accident, Julie Jenett made me feel welcomed and at ease. Never once did I ever wonder what stage of repair my vehicle was in because she always kept me up to date. This was so extremely helpful especially dealing with a car rental and insurance. Her professionalism and customer service goes beyond what I have ever experienced. As for the repair of my vehicle, Bergstrom has the best technicians. You can trust that your vehicle in the best hands for repair. As the pictures prove below, this shop really knows what they are doing. I had a great vehicle repair experience at Bergstrom Body Shop, Victory Lane Appleton. Great customer service from Jake Bauer and team. From start to finish, Jake was very helpful and engaged by carefully listening and following up on all our repair needs, and then keeping us informed and updated during the repair process. When finished all requests were completed and the vehicle looked great. Going forward I will be utilizing Bergstrom Body Shop, Victory Lane, Appleton, for my vehicle repair needs.

I had a recent experience in the body shop with my new VW Atlas and the rep, Tyler, should be recognized by the organization! Don't let this employee slip out of your hands. He greeted me by name and was 100% organized and on top of things. I was NOT annoyed by no one knowing what was going on! He had this finesse about him and his attention to all the details was impeccable. I am highly impressed. While in body shop, I then purchased a new Atlas.This dealership is worth a drive. I honestly am still sort of surprised at how uncomplicated my experience was and that it was actually impressive. Way to go Bergstrom leadership for hiring the right employees and training them well! I will definitely recommend and refer to Bergstrom VW!

Do NOT bring your vehicle here! Very poor customer service and even worse overall communication! From the time I dropped the vehicle off the experience was so bizarre. I was told at the front desk that "we only deal with insurance companies not customers". What? My Hyundai had been stolen and then recovered so there was some damage. I wasn't sure if the damage was cosmetic or more internal. The worker went around my car and circled any marks on the car. I said numerous times which small marks were already there and not from the theft. I was more concerned about the engine and transmission not small marks. I'm not confident on the work that was done at all. There was a lot of insurance issues to where I had to get on the phone with my agent and do a 3 way call. I emailed John B several times with no reply. Bergstrom Hyundai said they would be happy to get the car after the body shop fixed it(to do the security recall). John B tried to tell me I would have to pay for the free Hyundai security software recall update.Hid attitude was awful. Tying to get an itemized bill from the front desk was impossible. So when I was asked about my experience per a survey I wasn't really expecting much. And that's exactly what happened. Basically the Body Shop manager threatened me by telling me that his last job was a police officer and that I was committing insurance fraud. All I wanted was an itemized bill before I paid. The front desk ladies demanded I give them the insurance check plus my $1000 deductible but they would not give me a BILL. The insurance check was made out to me not Bergstrom. I have bought 2 cars from Bergstrom Hyundai. This is the last one. I will take my repairs and maintenance to Green Bay Hyundai. Run! There is something very wrong here!

We have utilized this body shop twice, and both times we received excellent service and care. We were treated like family. We were kept in the loop of what was happening with our vehicle, the repairs were timely (as promised) and beautiful. John Bourassa and team are awesome and second to none. I brought my New VW to this body shop after it was riddled with hail. They were able to quickly get the car in and get a good look at it. After that they replaced everything that was damaged that needed it, or they popped out the dents and made it took great again! The whole process only took a day and I had hundreds of dents and a whole fin that needed to be fixed!Service: Body & Trim

I took my vehicle here for service after hail damage destroyed my hood and dented other panels. The body shop was able to order a new hood and fix all the other dents back to brand new. Once the parts came in and my appointment was set they fixed the vehicle in less than a week (insurance initially estimated up to 14 days for this kind of repair!)What impressed me about Bergstrom Body shop was the tight integration they have with my insurance and help with the rental company. I didn't have to hassle with too much paperwork or confusion since they worked with my insurance company on the claim process without me being a middle-man. It was also nice that they frequently have customers using Enterprise rental car because Enterprise knew right where to drop off the car and keys. After the repair I could just drive to the shop with my rental, leave it at the body shop with keys, and Bergstrom held on to the keys and called Enterprise for me to come pick up the rental.Neutral feedback: I will be unable to comment on the cost of service compared to other shops, because I was fortunate that my insurance covered the bill and I did not need to price-shop.The only watch-out to inform others was the total length of time for the entire process - starting with the first phone call to get an estimate until the car was finally fixed was a 2 month process (April 13 to June 13). However I still think this warrants a 5 star review for two reasons. 1 The actual fix took less than 1 week (mentioned earlier). And 2- We had a massive hail-storm in our community and the body shop had a huge surge of customers like myself, in addition to their own car fleet damaged. So I would imagine any body shop in the area was backlogged during this time.For the people side of things- Everyone I worked with through phone calls or in-person questions was incredibly helpful and the process went really smooth. I attribute that to a great branch manager, Dave Jakubek, for running a great team.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

This place has the worst communication and response skills I have ever seen. Never got a call back from leaving a message. I would honestly say for every 10 calls I made to the body shop, I would talk to somebody 1 time if I was lucky. Nobody would ever pick up. I could tell the receptionist was getting sick of me too. We picked up our vehicle 4 times when it was complete , just to find flaws everywhere in the paint. After 4 months they finally finished our vehicle the way it should have been done the first time. Will never return and will steer everyone I know away from here.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The experience I had with them was great. From the moment I drove in to get my estimate I met with Dave Jakubek. From getting the estimate to insurance and the car rental he took care of all of it. When I got the vehicle back you couldn't even tell there was damage. Then I had a small issue with some of the financial part of it. My car was hit at the grocery store about a week ago and the person ran. Unfortunately cameras weren t able to see my car so I brought it in for a quote and chose to run it through my insurance. They worked seamlessly with my insurance to get everything scheduled and taken care of quickly and efficiently. My car was supposed to be in the shop for about a week and instead it only took 3 days! They did great work and you can t even tell my car was hit! I received multiple calls during the process with updates on my car and the work being done. I also received a call today to make sure everything was good with the work completed. The follow up through out the process and after was extremely appreciated. They helped make a stressful situation much easier. I couldn t recommend them more! Everyone was friendly, professional and timely in helping me get my car back! They even returned my rental to enterprise so I didn t have to take the extra time to!Service: Body & Trim

I gave this review middle of the road. I found personnel pleasant & easy to work with. However, my car was in the body shop for an extraordinarily long length of time.The entire world is using Covid as a crutch for all things delayed. And doubtless that played into this delay. However, it was not until I raised the flag up to Bergstrom Auto Body management that my car repair problem was resolved. Someone finally put on their problem-solving hat and decided that a part from 1-yr earlier model could/would work. And it did.The supply problem then turned out to be rather easily solved.My car was in their shop from January 12 to March 31.What are used Bergstrom again? Yes.However, I would be much more proactive in following my automobile through to completion

Brought my car to the Bergstrom body shop for some accident damage. Clint E. immediately got an estimate squared away and had everything rolling by the time my insurance got back to me. The Bergstrom team had everything set up from start to finish to make this a super simple process. I was absolutely worried about dealing with insurance but the way to team got my car repaired was so seamless. Even got her all cleaned up and detailed for pickup! Repair time was great! And most importantly the communication every step of the process was hands down one of the best I ve had! Highly recommend for your body shop repairs!Service: Painting

If you do not want to read everything, they will take your car apart during an estimate and force you into a repair especially if you have Geico or Progressive beg your claims representative to book you an appointment at a different shop, you have that option.Let me start off by saying that I am still waiting on a return phone call from John B from May 24th.We dropped our perfectly drivable car off on May 24th for an estimate that was supposed to take 30 min. Not wanting to wait around we decided to leave our car there for the day. We received a very nicely formatted email with a track status button that was quite impressive. Expecting to pick our car up later that afternoon we called multiple times with no response as to when we could pick it up. Finally, we had to call our insurance claim representative who must have been able to get a hold of someone because about 15min later I received a rather lengthy text message explaining that the car would not be ready to be picked up. The text message explained that the car was in a state of disrepair and would not be able to be put back together until they received the parts to fix it.Hold on, the car came there for an estimate, I never said that I was going to have Bergstrom s fix it. It was then further explained in a text message (still no phone call) again that I had already authorized the repairs by signing your check in sheet. I will take the blame for this as my lack of understanding of what was actually going to happen. However, it was not even remotely mentioned as a possibility either. In addition, there were two things missing from the estimate: the damaged wheel and the check engine light that was on. So reluctantly, I agreed to have the repairs completed with an estimated completion day of 8 days.May 24th Car dropped off customer portal started, unnecessary rental car charge of $50 because the car was drivable.May25th-June 3rd (7 working days from May 24th) June 3rd repeated requests for an update go unanswered from John and Karren customer portal says the same thing as when it was dropped off. Finally contacted my insurance claims representative 15 min later I got a text again saying they are waiting on parts. 10 more days with an unnecessary rental car $500. June 3rd to June 9th. No updates, nothing updated on customer portal. $300 in unnecessary rental car cost.Friday June 10th I received a text message saying the car is done but waiting to be washed should be ready Monday. I was a little shocked this was an unsolicited update.Monday June 13th Received another unsolicited text update. The car will not be ready today and needs to go to service for the check engine light.Tuesday June 14th finally received a text that the car can be picked up.22 days later and $900 of unnecessary rental car costs (because I will give you 4 days that car was actually worked on). We were able to pickup the car. Unfortunately, the repairs were subpar with misaligned parts and trim pieces not even clipped on. Again, multiple calls and requests from our insurance claim representative go unanswered as to when we can get these items addressed. So much so the claims representative was going to make an appointment with another body shop until they finally agreed to make the repairs.In all, I understand that you have limited control over supply chain issues and can only complete repairs when the parts are received. I also understand that you are busy, maybe a little under staffed and are often dealing with uneducated customers (unfortunately, it is your job to educate them).However, that does not relieve you from your duty to keep your customer informed. Trying to get information out of the body shop is next to impossible and actually became comical at our dinner table and all the people we talked with as it was unbelievably bad.

I've been meaning to write this for a while but time got away from me. Earlier this year when we had those severe icy roads, my son was driving my Pathfinder and at an intersection, slid while turning, bounced off the median curb and ended up with a busted front suspension. Luckily no one was hurt and no other vehicles were involved. Clinton and his crew were amazing to say the least. Due to the insurance company, bad weather holding up parts on the east coast, and the time it took to actually fix my vehicle-my vehicle was at their shop longer than any of us had hoped for. Clinton and the folks at Bergstrom kept me updated every step of the way. I was never left wondering what was going on. On top of that, a week after getting my vehicle back, a service manager and a technician stopped by my home to make sure everything was going good with my vehicle. My vehicle was clean and looked brand new inside and out when I picked it up. That's service! I'm a long time Bergstrom customer and the great service is one of the main reasons why.Service: Steering & suspension repair

So far everything went really well! I stopped in to get my appraisal done through an insurance claim and only one guy was working. He was multitasking on hold with one company, entering in data on other customers, and then started on mine. It was quick and he explained the process well and answered all questions. Now just waiting for them to approve work and order parts. If this is how smooth the entire process goes, Ill be coming back for any body work time and again!

I got into my 1st accident and I wasn t really sure of the process to get my vehicle repaired. The Bergstrom body shop was amazing to work with. They took care of everything and made it so easy! From getting me in for my estimate the day of the accident -to the day I picked my vehicle up I felt the customer service was top notch. Thank you to Robbie and your team for a job well done! I got my oil changed there. I always wait for my car. I was warned it is taking longer because of COVID & their cleaning protocols. It took more of an extended period of time. My serviceman compted my oil change. I was blown away with this kind gesture. Thank you Bergstrom for practicing safe protocols & being aware of customers' time. Great service, quality and timing. They were able to service damage parts while I was able to still utilize vehicle. Truck actually looked better than when brought it in. Zack C sold me a bogus vehicle. Of course at the time I wasn t aware of the issues wrong with the vehicle I trusted him and the company that they were selling me a reliable vehicle. 30 days after purchase, the muffler and catalytic converter needed to be replaced. I assumed because it was 30 days old it would be covered, but being the swindlers they are the bill was $1500. I was told by the service lady, Megan, that I wouldn t have to pay a cent. Mike H, the manager told me that wasn t the case. He told me I needed to have common sense to buy a vehicle??? Never was treated so poorly by any manager or staff. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
