I am super greatful for the time they took to help me get what I needed done when at least 8+ other shops refused to do the service. I had been trying to get new tires on my car for almost 2 months. I got referred by a employee at advanced auto to come over to Baumgat. I called and was able to get my car in for service the next day. They busted my lugs free and spent well over an hour calling all the parts stores in the area trying to find new replacement lug nuts for my aftermarket rims. They had them delivered within 45 mins and I am finally safe to drive again. Again it was amazing friendly and quick service!

Great establishment! Benny is extremely helpful and understanding. I had Baumgarts install new tires and brakes on my truck about 10k miles ago. Everything turned out great and I was extremely satisfied. Will continue to bring my vehicles here. Check them out!

This is a small business privately owned- not some big dealership. Very friendly people and they do good work. They have been very helpful to me when I had a persistant tire leak and got me into the schedule right away. It's nice to give a smaller place your business!!

Truly Baumgart Tire & Wheel is the best place to take your car for any maintenance including a simple oil change! They are pleasant they care very much about all their customers! I started going to them a few years ago fed up with other places! They landed me hook line & sinker I ll NEVER go anywhere else!!!!

I ve brought my 68 Chevy in twice; once for new tires and once for an alignment. The staff was very professional, friendly, and timely. I really appreciated that they took the time to work on the specialty rims I have on there. Wouldn t hesitate to go back!

Moved to Appleton upon getting out of the military and needed to find a place that I could trust to take care of my vehicle the way I would and to do what's in my best interest for the vehicle as well. Mike the owner came out and looked at my vehicle (69 Ford Bronco) and he gave me sound advice on what would be best for reliability, safety, and ride quality. Wouldn't go anywhere else. I can't thank him enough for the incredible customer service which is so rare to find today. If you're looking to do business and support a small business that truly cares about you and your vehicle, THIS IS THE PLACE!! Thank you so much all at Baumgart Tire! I truly appreciate the help and love how it looks and drives!

I showed up with my tire that had a slow leak. Unfortunately their systems were down, however, one of the workers took about 4 minutes out of his projects to fix my tire leak for free! I will definitely be going back to this place for more business! It meant more to me than you know in these hard times, Thank you :)

I am always very pleased when I bring my vehicles to them. Recently brought my Kia in for a front and rear alignment. My daughter needed to be to work before they would be finished with the vehicle so one of their employees drove her to work. When picking up the vehicle they told me the rear didn't actually need to be aligned. I was very impressed with them being so honest. They could have not said anything like most other places and just charged me for both. The staff was very friendly and helpful through the whole process. I will definitely be returning. I highly recommend this place!

I could not have been happier with my experience. Was greeted by owner Mike at the front desk. Super nice guy! Helped me unload my aftermarket 20" wheels and tires, which were scheduled to get mounted and balanced. Told me they would call when done. So I left to do some errands. It was less than 40min and I was already getting called that they were done. Came back to pick them up and they looked perfect. Was a little worried being lower profile tires. Not a mark on the wheels. Plus they balanced out so good there is hardly any weights. Great team!! Highly recommend!!!

Have had thousands worth of work done here over the years with multiple vehicles. Have to edit my review due to my most recent experience. New struts and axles on my CUV and told at pick up not to come back with my vehicle. It was returned to me inoperable a month ago, and still sitting at another shop because these guys won't/cant even tell me where my parts came from for warranty purpose. In fact theyve provided incorrect information and made changes to invoices. All of this after i just paid them to go behind and re-do recent work from other shops.Now all of those warranties are void as well. Consumers BEWARE. Things have taken a turn for the worst here. Very disappointed in a once great family business. Only come here for a flat tire.

I had a great experience the first time I used Baumgart's. They're always polite, responsive, and fair priced. Today I took my wife's car and a very friendly young man named Ben encouraged me to stick around when I was ready to take off, he came back in less than 10 minutes telling me the problem was minor and had been fixed for free. I can't recommend them enough!

Baumgart Tire and Wheel made me a priority when I had an unexpected flat tire. I called several places and was running out of hope.... Called Baumgart and they were so friendly and said they would squeeze me in and patch my tire. 30 min and $30 later I was on my way. Thanks for making something that could have ruined my day, so much smoother for myself!
