What a friendly group of guys doing great work with awesome customer service! Went to get a tire puncture repaired after driving over the world's largest fish hook. The cost, only $25+tax plugged and reinstalled on your vehicle. Unfortunately the world's largest fish hook left too big a hole in my tire and it still leaked around the plug in which I was not charged for and he helped me put my tire back in the trunk of my vehicle. Service was fast and professional and what a HUGE selection of used as well as new tires in stock! Will definitely return if I need tire repair in the future!

They ve always treated my family and I good, had good prices and worked quick, until now. They don t check for cracks on rims, they lose your wheels and blame you, and they refuse to take responsibility for any of it. I brought a rim in for a new tire a couple months ago, they said they had 4 new tires at their oshkosh location and would have them the next day. They took my name and number and told me I could leave the rim there and they d put it on when the tires came in the next day. We never got a call from them, called MULTIPLE times, and forgot about the whole thing. Now I m calling and asking about my wheel that they were responsible for, and they re saying they scrapped it because they didn t know whose it was the manager was very rude to myself and my boyfriend when we talked to him on the phone. EXTREMELY unprofessional we called back and an employee answered and apologized for HIS BOSS behavior! The cheapskate owner also only pays his employees $13 an hour.Also, 2 weeks ago, my mom brought a rim there and asked them to check if it was cracked and if so, they not put a tire on it. They put a 10 year old tire on it (not legal), mentioned nothing about if it was cracked, and sent her on her way. The rim was VERY obviously cracked and the 10 year old tire blew up on the highway the SAME day! Shes lucky she wasn t seriously hurt. Wont be returning.

Super valuable pricing, nice customer service. They don t try to nickel and dime you. This is my favorite tire spot hands down

Stopped in the other day. Had a flat tire on my 1994 FORD f-350 1 ton dually. Crewcab. These guys sure gave it there best shot but trucks to Big and heavy for their floor jacks. I had to go somewhere else to have the flat tire repaired. Thank you guys for trying. Till next time.

Full stars for me! Iv had nothing but great experiences here. I come here quite often, management is great! Kaleb is the man. Professional and will even stay after hours to make sure your taken care of! Will continue coming back!

Sold my madr� a tire that went flat the next day.. but they replaced it and the rim promptly and free of further charge so thats whats up.. try em out if you need some rubber on your rims..

We are so thankful to Badgerland. We were passing through when a rubber bungee puncture our tire. We thought our trip for the weekend was going to be delayed for a day or more. Called Badgerland and the guy who helped us out was amazing, he stayed open 10 min late so we could slowly make our way there. He fixed our tire and got us back on the road.

We have done business with Badgerland since there was only one place! Never been disappointed! Prices are better than anywhere else and the people are friendly and professional. They will strive to make sure their customers needs are met.

These guys where professional, friendly, and fast. I was out of there in 30 minutes. It s also the cheapest!! I priced 5 places and they were the cheapest, I did get used tires, the tread looked bran new. Very impressive, thank you I highly recommend!

Great service. Good with people and gets the job done in a jiffy.Whenever I have issues with my lawn mowers, they will tube my tires up get them ready to roll again quickly so I can get back to cutting grass.I always leave them a $5 tip.Thanks!

Decent place to get tires to make the car go another 6 or 8 more months, at a good price. Don't be in a hurry, you gotta wait until they get to you.

Do not go. They broke my wheel and would not claim fault and put the fault on me. They were the only people who worked in my vehicle and no one else touched my truck. Buyer be aware, you get what you pay for.

This place is an absolute scam.I called for a tire with rim swap service. Was told on the phone $25 for the cost.The guy was lying to my face that the cost for one tire service and charge $120 total for this tire rotation service.He could not hardly look at me after that, keep telling that this is a small shop and that is HOW they make money.Never recommend anyone to visit.This shop needs to be shut down and go out of business immediately.DONOT VISIT HERE!

If I could give a negative 5 I would! I had tires put on my car by this business and the broke my lug nut key while putting the tires back on and then put other lug nuts on the rest of the tires and then never told us so now that I need my front brakes don t I can t get my front tire off and they refuse to take claim on it and help get the lug nut off! Unfortunately for them, I keep very detailed records of everything done to my car! So I ll be reporting them to better business bureau and contacting an attorney for all the money I m not going to have to put into my car seeing that my brake pads fell off due to this!

Absolutely the worst shop I've ever been to. The customer service is terrible. You feel like your walking into a dive bar. The first thing i heard when i entered was a bunch of foul language and very inappropriate talk. And come to find out one of them was the owner. They show the bare minimum professional and customer service, and its pretty clear they do not care about the customer at all. However Baumgart Tire and wheel was wonderful. I felt like I was actually walking into a business!

Son took his charger in got a used tire put on .cost was ok.. but after 40 days it was shot.. he had to go get another. No warranty after 30 days..of course Got a second one put on.. and 45 days later here the car sits again flat tire.. and no warranty. Won't recommend or even tell anyone to go here..

I have been to them a couple times. Never seen a dog any of those times so I can't speak on that. They gave me good service. It's casual and I like that. Once they had their cheapest single tire (my request) picked out for me, upon airing it up noticed a leak so they had given me a better tire for the same price.I really have no complaints about this business. I like that they don't wisk you off to a waiting room, like dealerships and bigger businesses. I want to see my car at all times. They have never had a problem with me standing there staring at their every move.

Didn't even have to wait 5 seconds before being greeted at have my car assessed. The single most polite humans I have ever met. Absolutely incredibly fast service, great selection, friendly employees. I honestly can't wait to give them more business.
