I had Brit. Dude was awesome. She was so eager to help me out as I know nothing about vehicles. She installed my battery a few weeks ago. Perfection. She did it so fast and it seemed super easy. She even told me what she was doing so I could learn how to do it myself. Will always use this Autozone. Hope to get Brit again. Thank u!

They were extremely knowledgeable and helpful with myheadlight and taillight replacements. They couldn t actually replace the headlight in my car because something was blocking it, so they called a place down the road and got me in there right away. Very grateful and excellent customer service!

10 out of 10! James specifically voluntarily took the time to come out and look at my headlight situation and made a simple suggestion that helped everything. Then, while I was reassembling the headlight assembly another gentleman took the time to come out and ask if I needed any help. Excellent, excellent service all around. Thanks guys! I went to AutoZone on Calumet St. And a gentleman there said he could not change my break light, so I went to the AutoZone on Richmond St and Brandon was more that happy to change my break light. Guess where I'll be taking my business.

Website says hours are 7-30-8. I walked in at 7:45 and was told they weren't open. The guy seemed very annoyed I was there to buy oil. Terrible customer service. If you don't open until 8, update the online hours or at least post them on your doors.

The service was pretty good. I had to have a new battery installed on my Honda Odyssey. It took about 30 minutes from start to finish. The only downside was how expensive it was. $214 for an AGM battery with a 3-year warranty.UPDATE: Almost 2 weeks after install, the battery wasn't even attached and I couldn't start my van. See (somewhat blurry) picture. This should've NEVER happended had it been installed correctly.

Super helpful sales associate greeted me at the door. Very friendly. I wish I could remember his name but all I know is that he has an RX8. Show genuine concern when I couldn't find what I wanted.

Helpful gentlemen with my wiper blade for 2012 Ford Focus Hatchback. Needed right adapters for the Focus. Purchased Bosch Envision EN280E had $15 Autozone rebate gift card you can have mailed or e-card online register when purchasing two wipers at same time.

Very cold January day and my car battery gave up completely.While charging it, I called Steve at AutoZone and was delightedto hear Steve had seven batteries to fit my car. I was successfulin getting there so within a few minutes Steve had Brendan removethe old battery and install the new one while I was in their parkinglot. Brendan was very good at installing the new battery and didn'tmind me watching his work. Brendan was very respectful andhelpful, he mentioned that my antifreeze looked a little low andshould be topped off. (This is a reoccurring problem.) Both menwere most kind and helpful, making it almost fun to have a batteryreplaced! I will be glad to visit them again. I recommend them.

This is MY HAPPY PLACE!!! My story - I needed a back light replaced and I called my local AutoZone, of course! Brandon answered the phone and told me to get right over and he'd replace it. When I arrived he had screwdrivers IN HAND and WAS READY TO GO!!! UPBEAT IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT WHEN DESCRIBING HIS ENGAGING PERSONALITY (and I noticed with every person that arrived and talked to him - THAT UPBEAT ENERGY WAS CONSISTENT!!!) The whole visit was SO FAST and I was SAD to go! THE WHOLE STAFF was so UP and the whole time we laughed and joked - PURE FUN!! It has been a hard, difficult year, and it was so much fun being with the staff - I REALLY DIDN'T WANT TO LEAVE! THANKS, GUYS, FOR MAKING MY DAY AND BRINGING A LOT OF "SUNSHINE"!!! (Smiles and Laughs and Fantastic Service - THANKS ESPECIALLY TO BRANDON FOR LOVING HIS JOB AND PEOPLE THAT ONE CAN'T HELP BUT APPRECIATE THAT ENGAGING ATTITUDE!

I needed some help comma with automatic transmission fluid. The worker was quite helpful in letting me know, that the fluid was low. He also then provided a funnel for me to add fluid to it. Great customer service! Too often that is lacking in the general retail environment!

The guy at the counter was unbelievable. He was on his own while I was in there. Greeted me and everyone else with a great attitude, answered everyone's questions, answered phones and stayed calm and collected. His name is Waylon. Head in there for a visit!

Stopped in for a battery at calumet st autozone. Had talked to Steve on the phone earlier and figured out what battery I needed, was great on the phone. Got there and Steve and Andrew got me to the battery got everything rang up and then went out and changed the battery out for me! These two men were friendly, helpful and a credit to their store. Absolutely my auto parts store from now on. Thanks guys

Laurie is the main reason for this review. I enjoy giving large tips when served with a smile, giving credit where due and, letting people know to steer clear when a business is less than acceptable.I returned a few items but couldn't find my receipt. Got an in store gift card. Perfectly fine... Went to the store a few days later to grab some unexpected supplies - forgot gift card - asked if I could purchase then later come back to "return" then "pay" with some of the gift card balance - no problem I was told.When I came back a few days later to do so, Laurie accused me of "playing the system" several times.When she finally grasped the memory of being the one who gave me the gift card - It magically didn't work! Then the best part; I had to repay for the parts! Seriously? There was nothing that could have been done? Nothing at all?I've been to this location 3 times while Laurie was there. Every time I've heard her cuss, and present a very negative attitude. After my "gift card" that has been prepaid for is gone, I will not be returning.

#6340 I believe it was Joe that helped me out today. I had a dead battery, this morning and needed to replace it. After calling the store on Richmond, who said they weren't putting in batteries today, because Wisconsin had a wind chill advisory. I asked if it was all stores, or just that one. The male on the phone said just that AutoZone. I then called store #6340 on Calumet. They were more than happy to help me out today. PEOPLE IF YOU NEED HELP WITH YOUR CAR, GO TO THE AUTOZONE ON CALUMET!!! Wonderful, happy employees, willing to help you out!!

I ve always been a fan of autozone but it was my first time going to the one on Calumet. It was totally convenient. The man asked me what I was looking for which was red tape for my tail light and he brought me right to it and even put it on for me! These guys are the shiz.

A big shout out to Steve T for excellent customer service! He went above and beyond when the computer system wouldn't allow for a battery warranty replacement. He called his manager at home and had to persuade her also that I indeed was entitled to a free replacement! Thanks, Steve P.

Ordered online and picked up items in store. Fast and easy process. Friendly sales staff. Had to return for a different filter wrench. Couldn't match online but sales rep Stephanie fixed me right up in store.
