The one shop I will always use. They don't nickel and dime me for stuff that doesn't need to be fixed right away. If the bill is worth more than the vehicle they tell me it's not worth it. When I needed one of my vehicles towed there they took care of everything and just added the tow bill to my final bill. Made everything stress free for me.

This place used to be good but now they aren't. I've been going there for 3 years and they've always done an amazing job until now. My most recent experience with them was awful. They charged me for something that didn't need to be fixed, then tried charging another $500 to fix it. They also didn't fix 2 of the issues I brought it in for which forced me to bring it back. They did eventually fix those 2 things but they claimed they were fixed the first time when they weren't. They also put 70 pounds of air into one of my tires. (35 is the suggested amount for my car)

The owners are the nicest people! They got to the bottom of the problem and efficiently took care of it! Prices are far and honest !! I will go to them for future car care!

DO NOT buy from this place. Bought a moped from them and I'm very unhappy. Originally they said the mopeds go up to 40 mph. I went past a speed trap the other day at full throttle. The moped Speedometer said I was going 47 MPH but the speed trap read 33. When I called and asked them about my moped only getting up to 33 MPH their answer was all the sudden 35 MPH tops on the moped. I called back later to bring up the issue about the speedometer being off. They told me "Yeah sometimes they are a little bit off but there's nothing we can really do about that." My response was "But by 14 MPH??" The lady gave me the same response pretty much. She said "Yeah that is a little high but there's still really nothing we can do about that." I asked about a refund and they said there was no warranties on the vehicles. How does a place NOT have a warranty on a $1,400 piece of equipment? That's absurd and downright poor business. All these people are is scam artists. Waiting for the day they drop and burn. I will NEVER buy anything from this place or give them my business again. They will answer for their crimes of all the people they have robbed someday.

Normally, I would just give my 5 stars and a short review, but AUTOTRUST earns more.Recently, my car stalled a few blocks from AUTOTRUST. The work they did was excellent and fast.What sets them apart is the people. They went above and beyond and I received excellent service from everyone there. AUTOTRUST will definitely be my first choice for any future auto repairs!

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Car repairs done with respect to the above care. Repairs done only what you asked for. Prices of the repairs vary depending on the situation and service needed. Staff will let you know if there are any additional information you need if service repairs are at attention to the car. Need a newer dependable car? There are options, just ask them if they have anything to suit your needs. Overall, you can relax and rely on the name that implies a great service, AutoTrust.

Had a Curt hitch installed on my 2014 Jeep Cherokee. Helpful staff that kept me informed of what was going on during the day when my car was in the shop. Looks awesome! I m very happy with their work, and the prices are the best in town.

These guys are great, they gave me the best price on tires and explained I didn't have to spend a lot of money to get good tires. They dropped me off at work and picked me up when I was done! So helpful especially for a girl who know needs all the help she can get when it comes to cars! I'll be back:-)

Love Autotrust, love Lisa, Rich and Jeremy and the crew that works on my cars. We bring all of our car repairs to Autotrust and we recommend friends to go there too. They let you know if something really needs to get done or not. Helpful and friendly and decent prices, total package. My family and I have gone to them for many years.

ABOVE AND BEYOND service!!! We have had bad electrical problems with our car, after a squirrel or mouse got under the hood and and went crazy chewing up wires, insulation, etc. Initially, we brought it to a different mechanic, who thought he fixed it, but the electrical problems remained. A friend recommended Autotrust, and we're so glad they did. They fixed the electrical issues at a reasonable cost. We also had them change the oil and filter. Another unrelated issue we had, was that our sunroof began to leak badly, before we had the chance to take the car in to get the electrical repaired. Mold had started to grow in the interior, and the carpet was wet. We were happy to find out that Autotrust has a detailer that comes in regularly. So while they had the car for repairs, we also had them detail it, and now the mold is gone! They worked very hard to dry out the carpet. They put a lot of extra time into the car, but still, the invoice was very reasonable. So we gave them a tip. I'm so glad to finally have my car fixed by someone who knew what they were doing, and took extra care to do it!Services: Electrical repair, Auto interior vacuuming, Oil change

Had a trailer hitch installed for a great price on my '14 Jeep Cherokee. Looks factory installed. They did a great job and in a timely manner. I couldn't be more pleased! Great job guys!

I had a great experience at AUTOTRUST. They were transparent about they were fixing, and it was fairly priced. The owner Lisa could not be friendlier. Our van broke down while we were in the Appleton area visiting family. Autotrust went the extra mile to see that the repairs were expedited and we were able to get back on the road without delay! This is a great family run business and Rich and Lisa made us feel we were part of their family too! The estimate was accurate and the pricing was great. We live two hours away and I would drive back to have Autotrust work on our vehicles, they are great honest shop.

They exaggerate the quality of their cars for sale. I don't know what they did, but my test drive in the car was perfect and a few days later I'm right back at the repair shop. They sold me a dangerous car. One of the four bolts holding on the subframe on were completely missing & there were a TON of issues in the front end. They may do good repairs, but do not buy cars here.

DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICIAL HERE!!!Took my car in to get 4 new tires put on. I already bought the tires so I just needed them mounted and balanced. I was quoted around $50 (figuring around $10 per tire) Thought it was a great thing cheapest price around the area considering EVERYWHERE else charges you PER TIRE!! to put new tires on. Got my bill and it was over $90!! When I asked why it was so much I was given 3 different reasons from the Jeremy the MANAGER!!! I was eventually given the reason that they charge around $80-90 an hr shop fee and I was being charged for the time spent on my car not PER TIRE!!! We had just taken our camper in there a few months earlier and had 6 tires put on our camper for less than it cost to put 4 tires on my car!!!! Not only that but I had damage done to the front of my passenger door!! When I took my car back for them to look at the damage the Manager and I started arguing! Some other nice guy came out and finally told the manager to take my car and get the scratches and paint buffed out. He was able to buff out the scratches and paint on my car but imagine that he couldn t BUFF out a DENT!!! I called the next day asking to talk with the owner. The owner was not at the shop currently but would be coming back. I left a message for the owner to call me back because I was stopping payment on my credit card for my tires until the damage to my car was fixed! I never got a call back the rest of the day. I guess they don t need the $90 they over charged me to put my tires on.

This is going to be a long review. We hadnt been to Autotrust in many years but went back recently to have our brakes and rotors done. Autotrust informed us we needed calipers as well. The very next day, we were driving 75 mph down I-41. Our van was vibrating badly. As we reached Milwaukee, there were two loud bangs that shook our van. We barely made it to the side of the interstate before all the dash lights came on and the van came to a complete stop. We immediately called Autotrust, knowing they d just done our brakes. Lisa said, it sounds like something was loose. We were stuck on I-41 for an hour. Our wheel was sheered in half. Autotrust had our van towed to Lake Ford in Milwaukee and gave us a rental car. We were under the impression Lake Ford would be repairing the van. The next morning we went to Lake Ford and the van was gone. No one informed us of this. Autotrust just took it (without our consent) back to their shop. I called immediately and repeatedly told them I didn t want them touching my van. We started back to Appleton right away. By the time we got to Autotrust, they already had my van jacked up behind the shop and were doing work on it, despite me telling them not to. I didn t feel comfortable with them doing the repair even if they were paying for it. When we went inside, Lisa said they d reimburse us for our hotel and dog boarding since our anniversary was a complete waste. It sounded good but she LIED and did not pay for the dog boarding. She claims now that she never said that. Even my two sons heard her say it. It s been an awful experience. Autotrust had the van inspected by a local shop they chose because they had a connection there. Despite the fact that the mechanic said he d absolutely replace the tire, Lisa refuses. And apparently the inside of the tire can t be inspected because it s a liability issue. If I could share photos here, I would. I am upset that I have to leave this review, but sadly, Autotrust, you ve earned it. I absolutely (!!!!) regret having my brakes done here. Not only were we given an unsafe vehicle, we were not listened to, and were lied to. I m sure Autotrust will have something to say back to this review. At the end of the day, this is my experience and I ll never ever go back.Service: Brakes

These guys are great! I've been going to them for years. They are the best. Ever since my first visit they have been awesome! They always let me know what I need done NOW and then tell me what is upcoming and should be expected down the road. Things like "tires are getting worn, you may need to replace those in the spring.", etc.

I'm not one to review on something unless I feel like I loved it or felt weird after all said and done. I think I've written three reviews in my adult life. October 2017 Saw a Pilot for sale. Online description said 100,000 miles, priced on point at $9,999. Said timing belt was done. (no sticker though) brakes were new. Tires were 90% life left. Test drove it. Liked it. Took it to my mechanic. No sticker on timing belt seemed fishy to him too. Mechanic said brake calibrations were not good. Brakes were new, yes, tire tread good, yes. Decent vehicle but feel like I wasted $80 on an inspection. They said gas was half full. After driving 6 miles, the light went on. Put three gallons of gas in. Glad I had the inspection done, but this is what I couldn't believe... I left my van there and thought, "eh, I'll have em put a new rear brake light in." After we didn't end up offering on the Pilot they wanted $34 for a lightbulb installed. No thanks. I told them to take it out, I was not going to pay that. My husband ended up paying :( Pretty nice people over all, just not a great experience. Really wanted to work with them. But something was off this time :( I will steer clear from them. Lesson learned, put my own light bulbs in.

I contacted "Autotrust" to see if I had any damage underneath my vehicle. I was told to bring in my vehicle the next day to have it looked at. The next day I dropped my vehicle off before heading into work. I was contacted by the owner's wife while at work and was informed that there wasn't any damage and all I needed was an alignment. Upon arrival to pick up my vehicle, there was damage to the front end of my vehicle on the driver's side...that damage was not there when I dropped the vehicle off. No one had an explanation as to what happened to my vehicle while at "Autotrust". I asked the owner if he had cameras on his property, he said yes. I then asked him to review the footage and then I was told that the cameras are only in use when the business is not operating! The owner's wife even admitted to taking my vehicle for a test drive and never once did she say that there was already damage to the vehicle before she got in it. The damage that "Autotrust" did to my vehicle is very noticeable, there is no way that the wife wouldn't have noticed that damage if it was dropped off like that! Could this damage have been done when she took it on a test drive? Was the damage done while in the shop? Going to have to go through my insurance company and have them go after this untrustworthy establishment!Service: Wheel alignment

Poor service and pricing. I had a boot and bearing done on my Tahoe and continued to have problems. Came back to ask about it and they said they did not have guarantee. For $90/Hr shop rate and a $1,300 bill you should give me something.

My car needed towing, Autotrust was the nearest shop, so I had them diagnose and repair what ended up being my starter motor, reasonable prices and flexible service, they kept me informed of what was needed. After the fact, had a check engine light pop on and they were honest enough to check their work and make it right with no extra charge, thankful for honesty like that!

My vehicle is no longer under warranty so my husband and I always bring our Tahoe and our plumbing vehicles to Autotrust. All my friends and family also bring their vehicles to this family owned and operated auto repair shop. They are the best and have the best mechanics! I would only trust my auto repairs and maintenance to this shop.

Not only did they beat my previous estimates by a significant amount (without even seeing them), but when all was said and done they went far above and beyond!! This is a place that 100% has the customer's best interests in mind. They definitely have a life long customer right here!!

Absolutely the best, I trust nobody else. Rich, Lisa, Brian and everyone there will go out of their way to get you back on the road quickly but most important CORRECTLY. Top notch service and fair prices.

Have been bringing our vehicles to Autortrust,for years, even when living in Fond du Lac. They have always bent over backwards to make sure my repairs and maintenance were done in a timely fashion. If I needed they would provide transportation for me to my office, and come back and pick me up. Jeremy always calls and lets me know if anything is needing attention, or repaired BEFORE it caused me to be broke down on the side of the road. Calling me ahead of time and letting me know how much it would cost, and letting me have options on what could wait and what could not. I attribute the fact that I have had vehicles getting over 250,000 miles to the care and maintenance received at Autotrust
