My go to place for regular oil changes. Very fast and more so convenient. Oil changes take no more than 15 mins and you stay in your vehicle the whole time. The techs also inspect other aspects of your car as well.Had a battery drainage issue. Called Steve and brought it in since it was still under warranty. He charged it over a weekend and now battery is good and back to working order.

It was awesome.. The crew was efficient. They suggested that they check my internal air filter. They did and it was filthy so it was replaced.. I can tell the difference with the cleaner air in my truck cab. Thank you again .....

I started coming to this location this year. It's super convenient that I can just show up without an appointment. They do a look over all the needed places. They also check tires and fill if needed. Workers are all pleasant

The guys here did a excellent job on my oil change and checked all my fluid levels and lights also told me about worn out belt that really becomes in handy so I can get it replaced before it goes out. Thank you guys!!!

This was my first visit to this establishment. (I usually use a full service garage for routine maintenance because I want the same individuals to work on my car every time and I am very picky about service.) The staff at Auto Select Express were very professional, efficient, and thorough. Plus, I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Didn't even have to get out of my car! I will definitely be going there for future oil changes.Service: General repairs & maintenance

First time going here for an oil change and the team was GREAT!! Service was fast, no wait and they helped with anything I asked. even walked me through resetting the oil light, its a new car to me:) I defiantly will be back !! thank you guys for everything

Last oil change for my car the guy didn't even wait for the car to shut off completely and he checked my oil and told me my oil was low. My daughter just had an oil change there 4 days ago and she has no antifreeze leak, but yet today her antifreeze was low so they obviously didn't check it.

Initially I would have given them a 5 star rating.I went on Christmas Eve to get my oil changedThey took me immediately and had it all done super fast.They were rather expensive and didnt take the discount that I had. What upset me more was my car is leaking oil since I got the oil change.I called them and haven't gotten a response.Aren't they supposed to check all of this? Make sure of no leaks after they do change? It wasn't leaking prior to my taking my vehicle in there.No military discount given either.

First time I went to Auto Select, I was on my way out of town & needed to get my oil changed quickly. Very pleased with the service I received. I also liked that they checked the pressure on my tires

They did a great job. We did notice some oil leaking from the bottom of the car the next day. Called the facility and they said to come back in asap. We came and they saw us right away. There was a loose oil filter. The crew replaced it right away and everything checked out perfect. Thanks for the great work. We will definitely come back.Service: Oil change

Great customer service! It was a pretty busy time, but they kept things moving smoothly. I also liked the fact that they didn t make me feel dumb or stupid because I am a younger woman who very much so did not stay on top of my oil changes and was a tab bit over. And by tab bit I mean there was no oil on the dipstick when they checked it instead they focused on the fact that I was getting it done now and all is well. It s very refreshing going to a male dominantly ran business and not being disrespected because I m a woman. This is the place I always go to. I don t have to get out of my car and staff is friendly and very helpful. The manager (I think that s his position) showed me how to reset my car s computer so I know when an oil change is needed. Very nice guy. They were all nice.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

A friendly, polite and professional crew. It was busy, but I didn't feel rushed at all. They were clearly knowledgeable. I liked how the crew worked together. Great fast service Auto select on Richmond. my Dad recommended me to start coming here so now me and my husband will continue to come. People are nice and friendly and there on top of what our vehicles need since it s saved in their system. :)

They were fast and professional. There were three people working on my car at the same time and they seem to do their work thoroughly. The same service manager has been there for several years now, and it's nice to see that continuity of service.

My last oil change was done here. I obviously don t go under my hood and look after because you trust you re getting the service you pay for, correct? Well today I went to a different place to get an oil change because it s a weekend and my car was due for an oil change. My oil, (from then until today), 3 quarts OVER on oil. My oil filter was never tightened and now I have an oil leak which has never been present. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!
