Andrew and Kevin, at Auto Aces, are always friendly and honest! They get their clients in quickly, have quotes fast and won't take advantage. I'm never surprised when i pick up my car, the bill is usually about the same as quote or less. They work with their clients and I totally trust them!! They never steer me wrong. They are very thorough when checking out your vehicle and fast at getting your vehicle back to you. This is all done with smiles!! I love these guys!!

I really appreciated the time Andrew took to listen to my car, to let me know if I even needed an inspection or not. During that he gave great information on my vehicle and how to best take care of it going forward. Thank you so much!

Just like anyone else, needing a 'Qualified' and 'Trusted' service for vehicle repairs can be a chore at trying to find. I am quite lucky to have been able to find just that, and am honored to share with all, whom are either still looking, or whom are not satisfied with those service centers which they chose to use, service centers whom didn't go that extra mile at pleasing the customer.I would like for anyone checking the reviews of Auto Aces, that these are super qualified mechanics and very knowledgeable in the field, whom can all be trusted to perform quality work at great prices. Auto Aces became like family to me. They are friendly and will leave the customer feeling satisfied, knowing your vehicle will be given the best care a vehicle can be given. I've been going to Auto Aces since 2000 and and many of my friends and family members are now, also happy customers of Auto Aces. 'Auto Aces', you ar the best !

I have used Auto Aces for more than 10 years now. They've kept my vehicles on the road running smoothly. Bergstrom had replaced a water pump three times previously under warranty on a 2012 Chevy Cruze and it still leaked shortly after each replacement. Auto Aces replaced it and it worked flawlessly for 5 years before I upgraded to a different vehicle. I also brought in a 2020 Chevy Equinox that I recently purchased from an out-of-town dealership to look at a leak right before the Independence Day weekend. They were busy but still lifted it up to take a look at it. It turned out it was an axel seal leak. I called up the dealership and they couldn't get me in to service the vehicle until a week later. When Andrew and Kevin heard this they said they would rearrange their schedule to get this replaced that day and get me on my way. They went out of their way to get this all done. I will continue to work with Auto Aces because of their professionalism and customer service.Service: Auto maintenance

Car broke down in Oshkosh. I live in DePere. Had it towed there overnight. By 12 noon the next day, my car was ready for pick up! Great customer service and AWESOME STAFF AT ALL LOCATIONS.

I had a great experience,This is the onlyMechanic I ll be going to moving forward .MyTires were ordered and put on the same day and they were able to figure out issues that two other places could not seem to know what was going on. Everything was done right and I didn t have to bring my car back 6 times for the same issue. Absolutely hands down love this place! Kevin and his team are the most upfront and honest professionals, whose quality of work and prices can t be beat. Just had a full set of new Toyo Celcius all weather tires installed, then about a week later a new set of rims that I d been wanting for a while. The whole process was quite fast and very reasonable price wise. Just returned yesterday first thing to have them recheck the lug nuts on the rims. Will return for many years to come, thank you everyone at Auto Aces!! I do almost all our mechanic needs, however, we took my wife's Honda pilot there. It has pressed on wheel bearings, and I don't have a hydraulic press. Long story short, knowledgeable friendly staff, quick service, good prices

I have known the owner and staff for many years. They continually try to give me the best price, and admit when they cannot, when it is in my best interest. They explain everything thoroughly and give me all my options. They are friendly, and our current with what is best for my vehicle. If I need an original part, they recommend that, but if we can do an aftermarket, and that saves me money, that is also an option. They are friendly and work well to get me in quickly.Service: Brakes

Poor communication. Somehow my estimate of 400 for window and oil change and 800 for brakes turned into almost an 1800 bill. The second I tried to refute it, one of the main guys who gave me the estimates raised his voice at me like im delusional and don't know what I'm talking about. He claimed I never asked for the total. First of all, as the customer I shouldn't HAVE to ask. It should be their job to make sure I know whay I'm paying before any work is done on the car. If the only numbers i hear are 400 and 800. Why is my total 1730? Apparently I have new calipers/rotors/breakpads now because I was told they were almost non-existant and NEED new ones, but I still notice almost no difference between the new stuff and what I had. Also there is rattling in my door panel where the window track was worked on. Will not be going here again. Also, I never leave reviews. But I feel like its my duty to make sure no one else gets taken advantage of like I did.

EDIT: Just to say that I've been coming here since 2019 and am still extremely happy with the service I receive every time. They keep my little 19 year old car on the road and happy.I have been going here for a little while now. I am quite pleased with service speed, cost, quality, and staff.I've had my brakes done here as well as a few little things.I also had my head gasket done here and on my way to work the check engine light popped on. Since she had just been completed pulled apart I pulled off and immediately turned her off. I called and they paid to tow her back up here (I was already down in Oshkosh by then) on a flatbed and look at her. It turns out they just forgot to connect a sensor and it was no big deal. They explained it well and took her for a drive on the freeway to make sure no more issues were found. They even talked to my boyfriend who had questions about bad parts they found and replaced. He wanted to make sure I was not being swindled. They showed him the old parts and happily explained why they needed to be replaced.We are very happy with how they handled the situation and will be returning to them for our Auto needs.My boyfriend also took his old golf here. It had been at a specialty European car repair shop and they couldn't find the issue. Auto aces charged him barely anything and found the issues right away. I've been going to Auto Aces - Appleton for several years now. They've always been up front and fair - GREAT customer service. They show and explain when you want/ need them to. And as a woman, I've always been picky about where I go because so many places talk down to women. NOT Kevin, Andrew Brian and the gang. They are more like family! They have a customer for life. This shop always takes the time to explain everything in detail. They don't pressure to make a sale or service. They are upfront with what needs to be done immediately and what can wait. They accommodate a busy schedule and are prompt to call with estimates. Kevin did a great job getting the car in on short notice. The issue was identified quickly and fixed. He also did a safety check and saw that the tires needed to be replaced (which we knew) and had an excellent deal on new tires. Auto Aces is wonderful! Their staff is knowledgeable, competent, professional, and efficient. We have depended on them for 16 (and counting). My Mom's car wouldn't start on a Monday (dead battery), AAA got it started but said there was something wrong with the charging system. I called Auto Aces and they got us in right away on Wednesday, correctly diagnosed the issue, and had the repair completed by noon. Great service at a fair price.
