I took my car there because the exhaust went out. They were really nice on the phone initially and promised to get me in right away. They took a look at the car and told me they can't find the part but they'd look. About a week later, I got a call from them telling me that they found the part, and they said that it'd be here in 7-10 days. I gave the go ahead for them to start the work as soon as the part arrived. About a month passed and I called again and they again said that they couldn't find the part. I googled the part they mentioned, and found it in stock on multiple websites including Auto Zone and Advance Auto Parts. I took my car elsewhere and they quoted me a better price and quicker service. If you expect to get your car worked on, take it anywhere but here.

Took my car here to get threads repaired in the engine block. Come to find out what they did was drilled the threads out and filled the hole with jb weld. Called after finding this out and at first was told they don t do this service. Then after explaining more, the person on the phone all of a sudden knew exactly what car this was without me telling them. Then was told my car was in worse shape then they thought . So you lie to me and take my money? Real classy. They pretty much ruined the block because now the hole is too big for the correct helicoil to be put in. Really shady and outright wrong if you ask me. Thanks guys.

I was referred here by a co-worker. He had stated that they were up front and honest when he came here to get his tires balanced. It wasn t needed and they explained that to him. I have been here for a brake job, oil changes, tire rotations, and a window motor. They have been phenomenal and I come here all the time for any issues I have. You cannot beat the service and prices. I def recommend this place to anyone that needs service on their vehicles.

Absolutely amazing group of guys that are fixing the vehicle we bought from them a few months ago, they have worked with us the entire process great communication and an amazing price!! I would recommend them 10 out of 10 times!

I would not recommend this place to anyone. Brought a car in to get some alignment issues fixed Due to irregular wearing on the insides of the tires. After $832 worth of repairs we did not even make it home and had to go back due to more squealing and poor steering issues. We received the car a few days later and within Three weeks the New tires we just replaced had worn down To the point of wires sticking out on the outside of the tires this time. Before all of the work was performed, we asked them to go through the entire car to let us know if there were any other issues before sticking that amount of money into the car and we were assured that this would take care of it. We brought it back to them again to make things right and they said it would be another $1500 to get it where it needs to be. They claimed there was a bearing that was bad and that more tie rod work had to be done on the other side. Not sure how this happens when they went through it a few weeks before and said things were good. We then got it towed to another mechanic who immediately called me and said that the bearing was so bad, he could move it around by hand with ease, and it was super sloppy. He also informed me that there was a bolt missing from the bearing. All I could do is ask myself how this gets missed. Since then, I have called back multiple times and left my number and asked to speak with the owner who has not once returned a call or got back to me at all. This place is a complete joke, please save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.

These guys are absolutely as Awesome as it gets and I HIGHLY recommend checking them out when looking for your next Vehicle. Not only do they have a really great selection, But Justin and Alex are both absolutely AMAZING to deal with. Justin went completely ABOVE AND BEYOND to find me/us the absolute BEST Financing option around with the absolute Best Terms. I came to look for a new vehicle. I was looking to view what they had available. Zack came out and greeted me. He helped me narrow down my search and offered a test drive, which I took the following day. Justin assisted me in the financing process to make it as painless as possible and legitimately took care of me on it. Alex helped me determine any work I should look to do in the future, which was very little. I honestly couldn't ask for more and they'll be the first place I look in the future as long as I live in the area!

I have had the best luck and the most greatest experience buying two cars from anyone rides Wisco Jimmie the boxer has the best crew up here under new manager Justin has the crew rocking at the shop and car lot . I well always go there but cars trucks and most of all get my car fixed if needed

We've had one of our cars serviced here a couple of times now. Prices were fair, they've been able to fit us in and get the work done in a timely manner and communicate the issues well. We have no reservations of returning here for our automotive repair needs

Justin was great. He went out of his way to find us a great vehicle and gave us a fantastic deal. We were so pleased that we came back and bought another vehicle from him the following week. We will never buy from anyone else as long as he s selling cars.

Great service. They stand behind what they do. The used cars are super nice and super clean. Looked under the cars they are all super nice. Stop in see Justin he is super friendly and goes above and beyond.

OMG!!! My Fianc�e and I have been looking for a third row vehicle for the longest. Thanks to anyone rides Justin and Zach who was very patient and so helpful getting us what we needed. Minus the Insurance lady taking All day lol. We surprisingly drove off their lot same day approve 2017 Santa Fe Hyundai third row SUV. Highly recommended

I really appreciate anyone rides and will always trust them. I used to drive a car that had major issues it felt like I was there once a week. They always took care of me, made sure I knew what was going on, and had a safe car to drive. Eventually I had to move on, but I continue to go here for oil changes or whatever may come up.

Anyone Rides Wisco is truly the BEST place I have ever taken my vehicle for care. After a recent car accident, I knew I would not want my car anywhere else. All of the employees are kind, trustworthy, and help me rest assured that I'm being taken care of. As a young woman, I unfortunately cannot say that of all local garages I have visited before. It is evident that they care about their customers and will work to find a solution as quickly and efficiently as possible. I will absolutely continue supporting this incredible local business. This was an all around fantastic purchasing experience! The salesman (I believe his name was David) was incredibly kind, answered all of our questions, and allowed us to test drive different cars without any fuss. He also worked with us on the price and was just a really nice guy to talk to overall.I can't really think of any complaints besides not having a huge inventory, but the existing vehicles there are all reasonably priced for what they are in the current market.As far as used car places go, this is one of the best in the area, and I'll be taking my own car there for future repairs!

I d say hands down the best service I ve ever had. They are above and beyond the friendliest people I ve ever seen. They diagnosed a problem I had abs showers me what was wrong. I took it to a tire company in Appleton/menasha area and they tried to sell me something for $1200 when the problem was only $160. I d highly recommend this company. I ve been just going here for oil changes cause they were $35 cheaper. I recommend my dad to go there and he dies now for oil changes and he saved on tiresIt doesn t happen very often these days when you find a good place to go for repairs.

Nick, Alex, luke are super cool chill people, one of the most reasonably priced shops, i bring all my cars here from an oil change to engine replacement they had me covered! Would highly recommend this shop to anybody and their grandma!!

I went in to Anyone rides wisco expecting the same answers i ve been receiving, either a huge down payment or no they cannot help me, So when Jason called me to let me know he jumped the hoops for me and got me approved i wanted to cry tears of joy. The service was amazing here and i would recommend anybody to go there and check them out they will get you what you need.Thank you again Jason you are very good at your job and i appreciate everything you ve done for me.

I have my vehicle serviced here, oil changes, purchased tires, and other inspection and repairs. Their excellent customer service and expert care with automotive needs are second to none.Nick, Alex and all of the Anyone Rides Wisco team are fantastic to work with! Excellent service ! I can t find the words to express how Amazing Nick, Alex and the staff are ! An honest auto shop who does a great job in all my vehicle s maintenance. Not only are the staff honest but they do amazing job with reasonable prices. Other auto shop don t have the same values as Anyone Rides Wisco. I went to get an oil change and also get four snow tires put on my van. I was not only impressed with the great prices but also with the excellent service. Nick, the owner is super friendly and it was enjoyable talking to him while I waited to have my vehicle done being worked on. Brought the mini-van here for new tires after scheduling the work less than a week out. They beat the best price I could find online by a good bit. All 4 tires installed. One hour, on time. Boom. Good price, good service. I'll be back!Service: TiresService: Tires
