BIG MISTAKE to let them install anything! They wrecked my positive battery clamp and just slid it onto the post and never said anything. Also did not tighten up the support bar that had to be moved for battery installation. Called to let them know what occurred and got the snottiest girl on the phone. I will NEVER do business here again and will tell everyone I know.

I don't think anyone actually works at this store I think the employees just hang out with their girlfriends by the back door, the front entrance is always locked during store hours.

When living in NYC someone backed into my parked car and it bothered me for months. Bought this dent remover kit today and it did such a good job that I had to share! It's not perfect but good enough for me. Saved me over $600 if I would have had it professionally fixed, so for $21 dollars it's worth a try if you have a dent bothering you!

Meh. Not the most affordable, gotta sign up for online pricing, order it to the store you're standing in, then wait 30 minutes in order to get that price. Otherwise, you pay in store pricing, which in my case was 20%more.

Went to get led lights today. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and let them get me a pair they said were right. After the guy seemed scared to sell me led lights lol. Went home, and realized they were there wrong ones. Went back to get the right ones and the skinny weird guy from there first time started questioning why I wanted led lights. With an attitude and almost to the point of not wanting to sell them. Telling me they're illegal. What a joke of employees. You sell them, so sell them to me. Don't worry about what I'm using them for

so my bike battery ended up being 25 bucks instead of $120 since it sat at the store for so long. the employee let me know that at checkout. talk about a steal!!!

Tried to return a pair of LED lights that were not working to our satisfaction. They refused to give a refund or exchange because the package was opened. Stated that it was part of their return policy. HOWEVER, if you look at your receipt, nowhere on it does it state the return policy and nor do they tell you prior to purchasing that they will not take them back and refund your money or allow exchange once opened. Many other Auto stores in the area that will likely uphold higher standards of good customer service. Will not be returning and will be sure to warn others of our experiences in the future.

The guys at Advance Auto Parts were very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I was having issues with wiper blades fitting my car, and they knew exactly which ones would work. They even put them on for me!

Had the right brake parts, first time!That means a lot when your repair is going badly!!! (I went to Advance because a competitor's brakes were missing parts and would not work. Nothing right in stock, but they could get it in 5 days! The car was already taken apart. I called another competitor three times -- they never answered their phone. Nice.)Friendly, prompt, and good quality parts. Your really outshine the competition. Thanks for bailing me out on a holiday!

I went in looking to buy Shell full synthetic truck oil, and upon asking for some, the cashier replied that they did not carry Shell oil. He then walked me right to the most expensive oil, walking right past the oil that I had came to buy, which was half the price. On top of this he was extremely rude and condescending to me when I had asked for the the products I wanted to buy. I couldn t wait to get out of there.

This is by far the best Auto Part store in the valley in my opinion!I used to shop at the O'Reilly Auto down the street as well until they went out of business, but for the most part everyone at this store is very knowledgeable and helpful! Their line of parts is much better than the "duracrap" across the street and their prices are usually better too!

They were awesome. I was just picking up windshield wipers and they provided personal customer service like I was buying something expensive. They even installed them for me.

After work my "check engine" light came on when I started my 2002 KIA Sedona Ex. My husband said "Bring it to the guys at Advance Auto they'll put in on the computer scanner and tell you what is wrong". They did & now we know what needs to be done ... oh and they print the information off for you FOR FREE

Called auto zone first about bleeder valves and didn't have much luck even though they carry them, but when I called advanced the clerk looked up the caliper and pulled the new part to compare generic breeders they had in stock to the one that would have been ordered. They saved me time and money, what more could you ask for

After replacing both front brake calipers on my vehicle about a year later one seized. Got a warranty replacement. A little bit later the one on the other size seized also got a warranty replacement. Almost a year later the same deal, both eventually seized. Not sure if its a remanufacturing issue or not but I will not shop there anymore after a couple hours of my time waisted and money waisted for buying the original set of calipers. Got my last two calipers from a competitors store. Vehicle: 2007 Subaru legacy

Very helpful, person behind counter actually went outside and installed my new wipers. All of my vehicle needs will now be purchased at this store.
