I give this store 1 star for hiring people that are so disrespectful to customers.I recently had a very disappointing experience at Advance Auto Parts. My boyfriend purchased a part costing $120, plus a $60 deposit for returning the old part. Unfortunately, the part sold to him was incorrect. When we tried to return it, we were told it couldn't be returned because it was open and dirty. Despite this, the part and the receipt were kept by the store.I was brought in to help as I speak English well, and after discussing with the staff, it was agreed that if the part was cleaned, it could be returned. However, this was not what my boyfriend was initially told, leading to confusion and frustration.The situation escalated when my boyfriend was incorrectly identified as being of a certain ethnicity by the staff member, which was not only incorrect but also irrelevant to the situation. We felt this was a racially biased assumption, adding to our disappointment.To conclude, our experience at Advance Auto Parts was far from satisfactory. We hope that by sharing this, the store will take necessary steps to improve their customer service and ensure fair treatment for all customers, regardless of their race or ethnicity.

If I could put -1 star as a rating I would do it, the worst experience buying auto parts, I bought a caliper for my car and the man with the pink hair hairstyle, and the boy with the tattoo on his neck gave me the wrong piece and then they didn't want to give me back the money being still their fault, terrible attention if I could I would close this store THIEVES

Online order experience was lackluster. Parts came up missing and when I say missing I mean they gave the parts to somebody else, how do you even manage that? I regret giving them my money. Won t happen again.

Ordered a part on Wednesday with them saying it was at the warehouse and should be able to get it Friday or Saturday. Amazon was Sunday and the same price. I like getting items locally when i can. But they failed yo ship it 2 days in a row and my daughter is returning to school with it not fixed. Should have ordered from amazon i guess. The guys on the phone were helpful thus not a 1 star. Just cant count on them.Walker 31854.

Purchased a fuel pump online and it wand it was malfunctioning and and I had to repurchase A new one in instead of exchanging it... Which was kind of a pain because I Don't live in the area my son needed It and while I was on the phone trying to repurchase One of the employees made a comment about about making Payments on this fuel filter saying we are on a fixed income. Just so he knows I am not on a fixed income I just figured why should I pay for it all up front when I can make 4 easy pays and not to pay any interest.

The employees are enthusiasts in the car culture. They have a good amount of wrenching experience and make great suggestions to help you get your car repair job done. Slightly upset about the lifetime parts warranty policy, needed to bring in my parts for inspection before I could have them replaced.

After my recent experience I would prefer to pay more than there sometimes lower price as the staff is very rude and completely unfamiliar with there products or store policies. Take the time needed to learn the proper concept of service by shadowing the Appleton Calumet store. They have it down.

Although the staff was okay, the prices were much too high for a "trickle charger"! It certainly wasn't gold-plated? And I found a better one at half the price. I think I'll listen to what the "Car Doctor" says on the radio

Skinny scruffy man wasn t very pleasant. I felt like I was a bother to him and he wasn t helpful at all. Defiantly didn t go out of his way to help the only customer in the store. Customer service is definitely not his profession, so maybe it s time for a career change buddy!

These guys are always helpful. Prices are fair and large selection of just about everything you'll ever need. Not sure how their delivery works. Bought a set of rebuilt brake calipers for my suburban and they had what I needed in stock with a few different price points available. Was happy to get everything I needed in one stop. Although they do pull the "what year, make, model" thing when I'm getting an O2 sensor for the LSX in my '76 Monza.

Always a pleasure to come in here and get my parts. Tristan always goes out of his way to help me out. Very helpful and kind as well as all the other staff. Great place would recommend.

The offer free battery testing and free installation of buy battery there. So once we got our car started we went there. Was quick to test it and get new one installed

It pays to have speed perk members card. Saved 20%. They have been a great help over the last few years with parts available and knowledge from workers.

The store was closed today with a note on the door saying they didnt have any employees today. Good thing O'Reillys was down the street! They were fully staffed and very busy.

Employees are knowledgeable and the products are great. Online orders for in store pickup save time and lots of money. Highly recommend wisconsin ave. Store.

Just really rude didn't know what he was talking about and took me like 20 min to find out they didn't have the part I was looking for, it seem that they don't care about losing customers.

My husband went in for a new starter. A lady there insisted that it wasn't the starter and was a bad crank shaft sensor. Gave us the wrong one, went back, insisted it was the right one. Got the original off the car to prove it was the wrong one, finally let us return it. Never again.

Bought some Seafoam today and the total rang up to $12.59. Made a comment that the price went way up and the clerk said that this was the "2019" price. Auto Advance Parts is price gouging their customers the product can be purchased for $6.99 anywhere else.
