I d give them over 5 stars if I could. I recently had a botched alignment through a completely different business. I called Accurate to schedule and they got me in bright and early the very next day! I received spectacular and HONEST service from Accurate. They explained every detail and answered any and all questions I had. I will 100% be returning for future automotive services!!

First time having work done at Accurate and I'm beyond happy! My Honda Accord had a crooked steering wheel and couldn't be brought into alignment by Van's Honda of Green Bay. Brought it to Accurate and my alignment is now in spec and my steering wheel is no longer crooked. They were very courteous and the waiting area is nice and clean. I'll be having my alignment done here from here on out.

Dont go here if your vehicle issue doesnt throw a direct code, the team refuses to look into anything further if it doesnt. -- If youre a female expect to be talked down to like you know nothing about the vehicle dispite driving it for years and working in the car industry for a long time as well. -- Reading further into the reviews at the responses the owner posts, they take no ownership for their customer service or shotty work, if you care about your car, again, I HIGHLY recomend you find somewhere else (MARKS TIRES IN OSHKOSH DOES AMAZING WORK FOR MUCH LESS THAN THIS FARSE)I took my Nissan to these guys to have them check out a missfire issue that was attempted to be fixed but did not solve the issue. They "fixed" the vehicle, before I even reached the stop sign across the road from them I could tell the coilpacks/engine was still miss firing. I took it back to them, explained the issue was still presisting, they claim to have driven it and found no issues. I picked my car back up and AGAIN, the same issue was presisting before I left the parking lot. After catching the issues on video and telling them they needed to fix this, understandably frustrated, they told me they it would be an Extra charge to just throw parts at the issue to see if it fixed it, i told them no because this has been with them 3x now and they missed the issue where they proceeded to tell me they "CANNOT CHECK ANYTHING OUT IF ITS NOT THROWING A CHECK ENGINE LIGHT" and refused to look further because it was fine. I said fine - do what you can, I picked my car back up after they "fixed" it and ITS STILL NOT CORRECT - its now in a engine lean -- DONT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE

ME: Pete 579 o/o, '53 dry vanPlan ahead! It could be weeks to get an appointment here, but IT'S WORTH IT! These folks are GREAT! They straightened out my truck and trailer in April '23, which took most of the day, as every axle was off. A few months goes by and rough roads slid my left steer castor out enough to be noticeable. Once again, they straightened me out and got me back on the road in a few hours.

They can t help you with much if your appointment is at 3:00pm on a Friday. Can t take your car for a test drive because it s late in the afternoon . Stated that right ON the work receipt. Not a great experience, didn t get more miles for my money . Would not recommend in the slightest.

I brought my car here many times for routine services work oil changes, brake fluid flush, tire rotation, etc. and occasionally random/odd things as well, and have always had good experiences. Thumbs up. Would recommend.

Solid repairs at a fair cost - less than half of what another shop quoted me. Also, actual cost was within $50 of estimate, so that is appreciable. The only area with room for improvement is how the phones are answered, or how some employees interact in-person. Every call I have made has been awkward, I have had to say Hi this is * calling, to which the response is typically a gruff Yeah, you got a vehicle with us here or something? No, I was actually hoping you could book me for a manicure at 3:30PM. Of course I am calling your shop related to my vehicle, after all, your shop is a vehicle shop. Starting with a simple This is *, how can I help you?, would suffice. Also, in the service center there was a younger, and and older gentleman working. I found it cute how the older gentleman could not give me the time of day for attention, but an older woman walked in and he was shmoozling her. Adorable.

I will only take my Ford Edge to Accurate Alignment and Full Services. Had three Ford dealerships in the area do my routine oil changes and they did poor jobs. We've take several of our other vehicles here & trust them to do great work. Today, taking my SUV in for a tire repair as "someone's " roofing nail is embedded in one tire. Got me in immediately. Best repair shop in the Fox Valley

Took my bass boat trailer there for a bent axel. Any other shop in the area only would replace the whole thing. Accurate alignment bent it back and charged less than I was estimated. The estimate itself I was happy with. They made me aware of some other issues with my trailer that I may want to fix at some point, but were honest with me about those repairs not being very urgent, just some things I should keep an eye on. Overall, good people, good prices, good repairs.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair

I was traveling near Appleton and broke a spring on my trailer, I called and talked to Kim, he said they were booked for 2 weeks out but if I could drop the trailer off they would try to fit it in. 4 hours later they have it in and fixed 2 hours after that .. The extra effort to help me get back on the road was done in an amazingly friendly way. This is a shining example of how business should be done!Service: Steering & suspension repair

Always excellent service here! They do great work with our vehicles! They call to tell us what they did, if anything new was found before fixing more than we had planned on, and have always had very good work done here! We appreciate their honesty when we ask if it needs to be done immediately or if it even is worth fixing (sold one for parts)! We also really appreciate that they do their best to get our vehicle in when we call as soon as they can! The overnight drop is safe and easy for early morning appts, too.

Very disappointed with service. Brought my vehicle in due to an oil leak, which turned out to be an issue with the rear main seal. Work was supposed to only take 2 days to complete, which turned in to a week. They did give a small discount on my $2,600.00 bill for the time delay. While repairs were being done, they claimed there was a "very small" crack on the exhaust manifold. Mind you my vehicle had absolutely no exhaust noise when I brought it to them. Now less than a week later my car sounds like a grizzly bear and you can smell exhaust fumes immediately once started, inside the cabin of the vehicle. Today I called to express my frustration about this and only response I received was, "well that's unfortunate" and that "something must have been disturbed when they removed the exhaust". When searching online I found that there was possibly a recall for this issue on my vehicle and when I asked them if they could check on this form me I was told no, and that I could call a Ford dealership (my vehicle is a Chevy) and I would need to find this information myself. I just spent almost $2,700 on repairs and I am beyond disappointed that your technician couldn't even take the time to plug my VIN number into a website online and let me know if the recall applied to my vehicle

I took my boat trailer in for alignment. They did an excellent job. They also replaced the wheel bearings. I can hardly tell the boat trailer is being pulled now.Service: Steering & suspension repairService: Steering & suspension repair

2012 Volvo VNL the truck I just bought was pulling hard to the right and very sloppy steering. and in four hours these guys made my truck drive like a brand new truck it drives by itself I barely have to touch the steering wheel any more! I paid a little more than I expected but The expertise and knowledge I received was worth every penny and I would never go anywhere else to have my alignment done!

Accurate Alignment is TOP NOTCH! This is the best place to bring your equipment for suspension and alignment work in Northeastern Wisconsin. I have been bringing my semi trucks to the heavy truck department for over 10 years. I will always make the 30 minute drive to bring my equipment here. The staff is exceptionally knowledgeable, friendly and they have a genuine care and concern for my equipment as if it belonged to them. Their shop is immaculate as well as the office.I will not hesitate to to recommend them to anyone!Thank you Kim, John and Larry for everything!J-n-S Express LLC

First off you won t find me on their service list, I chose to use someone else. Called to get an alignment done, after inspecting the steering they told me I needed a new lower ball joint on the drivers side. Saying this must have been a bad part you replaced it with I am very experienced with vehicles, and had replaced those lower control arms/ball joints completely about 100 miles prior and thus were MORE than ok. I got the sense they were fishing for more work to charge me for on the car, Big red flag to me. Will not name this technician out of civility. Kou Was the one person who seemed to know his stuff and was very informative and not pushy. He informed me that I did in fact need to replace my passenger tie rod before He could align the vehicle properly. I would recommend him if you do choose this place. Probably their best employeeThe alignment was 125$ which I ve never in my life heard such a high price on an alignment for a small passenger vehicle.The stars I took off were for:1.trying to repair/diagnose unneeded work on vehicle.2.price of alignment is much higher than average.3.another star for trying to pull a fast one about the lower control arms. Had I been an inexperienced vehicle owner I am unsure if they would have been honest with what needed repaired.

Today I went in for alignment appointment to get another second opinion after coming from a shady dealership that wouldn't tell me why they couldn't get my car alignment. People that I know including some car mechanics recommended me to get alignments here. There was some confusion on the appointment when I first walk into the door because they couldn't find me and my service requested in their schedule book. But They were kind and caring enough to squeeze me in to inspect the suspensions before the alignment. Couldn't get the alignment because there are few of suspension components to take care first. Thank you for your caring and I'll be back for a alignment after I get some of the suspension components taken care.

Wow this place is amazing! I bought new tires and wheels from tire rack for my brand new truck and they were not balanced correctly. Brought my truck to the dealer they made it worse! Accurate fixed everything, they have employees who are smart and qualified on the equipment. Im taking everything I own here from now on when it comes to tires and wheels. They are one of those places you can trust to do it right the first time. Very very happy with them.Update:I took my newest truck here to yet again fix the poorly balanced tires and incorrect rotation by the Toyota dealership. Now that my warranty and free service is expired I will be taking my truck to Accurate for all my services. They do an amazing job and you can trust they do it right!

Took my tandem axle boat trailer here for an alignment issue. John, Kim and the rest of the team were professional, responsive, knowledgeable and easy to work with. Will definitely take other vehicles here for any future alignment and suspension needs.

Have an issues with the front bearings, it was tough work but they got the job done. Staffs was friendly and the co-owner took the time to drive me home and back, after my car was fixed. Highly recommend, prices are fair and job was professional done.

Ive been here a few times and have had consistently good service. The shop is clean, as is the shop counter. The waiting room is comfortable and well stocked. All of the employees are friendly. The shop folks are able to explain things in layman's terms and are willing to work with the customer to arrange service appointments at dates and times that work for the customer.

We are extremely happy with our experience at Accurate! We took our vehicle to a couple of other places for repairs and Accurate is by far the best at diagnosing and fixing our older vehicle. Had service done about a month ago on an old 97 F250. It needed an alignment, check the A/C, and rear wheel bearings and seals. I tried to schedule an appointment off their website, that didn't work. Then I called to see if they had gotten my request for service email, and they had. I then scheduled service via phone and it was about 3 or 4 business days out. They looked at it that day, charged the A/C and told me they couldn't get to the rest of the repairs that day and it would have to be a week later. Not due to ordering parts, just because they were busy. They did end up fixing the truck and did a great job, the scheduling portion of the experience was not great.
