Less than a week after getting 4 new tires put on my family headed out of state for vacation and realized something was wrong. Already being out of state we called the nearest Walmart to see if we could stop in for them to check lug nuts and such. Well, Antigo balanced all 4 of my tires wrong. Thankfully Escanaba made the time and balanced them the right way. They added their own notes on file and gave us a copy. Called Antigo on Monday and talked to the head auto manager. They don t care. No apology at all but that the person would get re coached on how to balance properly, great glad it s a learning experience for you but this is MY vehicle. I will NEVER use Antigo again, I want mechanics that know what they are doing.

Website says no appointment needed for oil change, first come first serve. This is not the case in Antigo, they had appointments and couldn't get me in. Keep that in mind if you have to drive any distance.

Told the department manager for someone specific to do my oil change, and he said yes and after my oil change I found out that the guy I wanted to do my oil change was not the one that did it. We bought tires. They didn't put new valvestems on, when Gary specifically told them YES when they asked.

Stayed a little past his shift just to help me put on a new tire on a rim. Great team

Took a hour and a half to tell me that there's one lug nut missing on my truck and they can't change the tires.

Do not go here if you need anything done they don't care that you have bad tires I had tires to put on I don't have a lot of money so I took what I could find used but they are one size smaller than what the guy thinks should be on it now I have to hope I make it somewhere to have them mounted F Walmart

No good they try to get out of doing what ever they and they try to sell you the most expensive tire and as soon as I said I wanted the cheaper tire they said they whould not put them on the truck I will never go back
