Owner of a Class A motorhome. They repaired the vehicle like it was something that is an everyday project. I also have confidence in the repairs and suggests.If your in the area, you might want to get a oil change and a checkup

I'm so thrilled with my experience there! If I had known it would be this reasonable and simple I would've had my brakes done months ago but now I know and I won't hesitate on car fixes anymore! Volk's wanted $500 to do the back brakes and rotors and that seemed high so someone told us about this place and they got our car in two days later and our total was only $175!!!! The car feels so nice to drive now! If I could give this place more than 5 stars I definitely would. Thank you so much for making what I thought was going to be awful into a very pleasant experience:) Oh also they gave me a ride home after I dropped the car off and didn't want a penny for it. Talk about a business treating their customers like friends!

First visit, tires didn't come in. 80 miles round trip. Zach said he tried to call me Friday morning, when the tires were supposed to be in the Wednesday before that. The best thing about the visit was the quality tires. They should be. $$$$+

We drove up for a weekend of trail riding only to find our 6 seater had a flat tire. We stopped in to get it repaired. Even though they were short staffed and extremely busy, they did the job in a fast and efficient time. I would always come here for any work and will recommend them to anybody who needs tire work.

I had a great experience at Southside Tire in Antigo. I heard good things about them so made the trip from Wausau to go there specifically. They treated me respectfully and were very efficient. While in the waiting room, I witnessed many interactions between staff and customers. It was evident that they were local customers and there was genuine, mutual respect. I would definitely return again and recommend to others.

Was very helpful in looking for tires for my Caddy with two different tire sizes. Very competitive prices for the area. Much more friendly then when I had work done on a different vehicle over 6 years ago. Will go through again for tires. Very happy with the customer service. =]

Scheduled an appointment for 4 tires I had ordered and had to wait to come in and alignment. Day of appointment dropped off my vehicle which they made me drive into the garage the tires I ordered were never ordered so they had to put on whatever they had that fit which I was extremely disappointed with. The employee that did the work kept calling me to ask what needed to be done with the vehicle which in my opinion is just unprofessional I made an appointment which was for exactly what I wanted done and didn't receive any of what I wanted. I would never take any of my vehicles here for any services again.

This is the second time I've gone to this specific shop only to be told oh we can't help you we ordered the wrong thing or we scheduled you wrong. Why can't you guys get you stuff together. Do you need someone who is tech savvy working your front counter cause at this point it is just ridiculous.

My worst experience ever!! Scheduled an appointment for 3 pm.I arrived 2:45,at 3:10 I was told they were running at least an hour behind.I told the service writer I was going elsewhere,then he couldn't find my keys.took them 15 min to figure out my keys were in another customers vehicle that had gone home.so about 3:50 pm I was finally able to leave.never going to Southside tire again!!

They did an amazing job, I originally was going in for new tires but when I was in they noticed my wheel bearing was off and made another appointment. My car is good as new again and they are very friendly and well priced.

Brought my truck in for new tires. I cannot be happier with price and service! I drove 90 minutes one way and it was worth it! Tires are even better than I'd expected, and so my experience. I will be back for tires again. Thanks again fellas.

Nice place but prices are too high now. They lost their lead Mechanic now only one there. Labor cost is 70 to 80 an hour and they only give their mechanic a mere $15 to 20 an hour.....Herb was much better owner.

I have waited a few months to post this review in the hopes that would be less angry, but I am not. I have a 2008 Kia Spectra that has been brought in for many alignments. In one year alone, I want to say that we had 3 or 4 done but the car continually got worse. After driving it to Wausau, I stopped in by Tires Plus because my arm hurt from the car pulling so hard to the right. They informed me that my car has no camber adjustment bolt and that one would need to be installed to get a full alignment. I set up an appt with Southside since I live in Antigo and have been taking cars there for years. When i picked up my car i was only charged for an alignment and I asked if the camber bolts were installed. The two guys behind the counter said yes. I looked this car over to find camber bolts, my husband looked as well. All that was there was old rusty bolts. My husband called there and asked again if the bolts were installed and the person on the phone was pretty rude and said they were installed. Brought it to Lances to verify that no camber bolt was installed and indeed there was not. My husband called Southside again and this time they were willing to "make it right." The mechanic and the alignment guy came out to talk to us. They had no clue that camber bolts needed to be installed. The counter guys never told them. So everything got taken care of at no charge by that point. But why let a person keep getting several hundred dollars worth of alignments without telling them that camber can't be adjusted? Why did the two guys behind the counter lie right to my face about the install and why did they lie when my husband called? Why wouldn't they just have the bolt installed? None of it makes any logical sense. I hate to give one star but this has left its mark and I doubt I will return to Southside anytime soon. I say thank you to the mechanic and the alignment guy for helping us out, the car drives how it's supposed to now. If Southside needs to check records to verify this review the car is under account name Steven Klebba

Seems to be the best place in town for tires. I have used them for tires and/or alignments on my car, truck, and camper. Always satisfied. Nice people.

Very friendly staff. Got four tires. In and out quickly. Quite a reasonable price. Having some other work done here next week.

I was there for new tires and was in and out in less than an hour. I was also told I didn't need an alignment, so they didn't try to pull anything on me. I respect honesty in a business.

If I could give negative stars I would. I had them install a dual exhaust on my truck and have had to go back 5 times now to have them redo welds that they just can't seem to do. I just got my truck back from visit number 6 and another weld broke. I will never go back.
