Broke down heading home from my cabin call Marty's to have them tow me was told they could work on my vehicle told them it's not an average Diesel and they said it wouldn't be a problem they diagnose it and then tell me they can't work on it. So not only did I have to pay for them to diagnose it and now I got to pay the Dodge dealer to diagnose it and to have it towed there. To me the company is just out to make the easy dollar. Nobody seems to know what's going on at that repair shop.

Don't leave your car there for long periods of time...might not look the same afterwards, no care whatsoever with the vehicles. Lots of damage to the inside and outside paint was scratched...the conditionthe car came back after repairs being done was disappointing... they're expensive u would expect high end Care for the vehicles that go thru there...

Bryce the owner very good guy .He tries hard but his crew does not. Bryce, the owner will tell you.He can do things the crew Ricky , jeremy will tell you.They cannot do them when he is not around.Stay away, stay away new ownership.Stay away, terrible crew.All they wanna do is Tow vehicles lazy Jeremy and ricky !!!

Our car got a flat tire on US 51 and with much difficulty with road side assistance the nice lady from Marty s got one of their tow trucks to us and brought us to the station. Once there our tire was fixed and we were on our way. Everyone at Marty s was so nice and got job done fast. Freddy the tow drive was great. Thank you so much.

Becky is honest and kind. I had 2 $50 dollar bills stuck together that I didn't notice. She pulled them apart and showed me. Thank you for your honesty.

I'm not one to make appointments for oil changes, ever. Marty's has been awesome at sneaking me in when they can THAT day! 3 years now no complaints. 28$ and hassle-free! (Plus they hand wash and towel dry the car!)

Shouldn't even get one star. Last October I had them put a belt on my car which I prices before hand around $20.00 from O'Riely's. When I picked the car up they charged me 60 for the belt. When I questioned it, the kid that worked on my car told me 20 was for a price of crap belt by micro v. I said the receipt says micro v belt! He said well it's not a micro v belt. You have a good belt and won't have any issues with it. Well now it's June and my belt broke. When I called him about it. He claimed I must have some other issue that caused the belt to break. So I went and got a belt and did it myself. No other repairs needed and it's been a week of driving info with no issues. Moral of the story, do not trust this repair shop. Charged me 3 times retail and lied to me. Kid had a bad attitude as well. I understand mark up on product. But 3 times the amount and tell me I have a premium product, yet you give me cheap parts. Word travels fast in this town. Good luck Marty

Sketchy! Had expensive repairs done to my Jeep and when the vehicle was returned to me I drove it one time before it wouldn't start again. I spoke to the owner and he said he would call me back and I haven't heard from him since. This is not the first time I've had repairs done and additional problems were found as soon as it was returned. Repairs that were done were still problematic and I was told it needed additional repairs and was charged for it. I feel taken advantage of to say the least. Now after thousands of dollars in repairs I have a vehicle that doesn't work.

I find the people at this shell very trust worthy and they are extremely helpful. If any one has a mechanical need for the vehicle I would strongly suggest you go there. Got questions or concerns about your vehicle as well go there. These people are the only ones I have trusted with all my vehicles to work on.

Bryce saved the day and got me out of a tough spot! Towing service top notch and he helped get me home so my husband didn t have to wake up the kids. Marty has a nice hometown shop! Thanks guys!

Paid the guy 20 bucks yesterday to plow my driveway. He half did the end. I gave him a 20 so he could finish it. He got the tow truck and I went and paid the 30 to tow my truck out. After he said he would come back and never showed. I will never ask them to plow again.

I've gone to Marty's.....now Bryce's for 26 years never had a problem they are always quick to help in any situation my family or I have had the service is great and prices are as well.

I could not read the tow bill, everything was scribbled out, rewritten and scribbled out again. There was no time on the bill, charged me for equipment that they had broken, which was not being used as it should have been in the first place and the lady that I delt with was completely rude and disrespectful. I will never be going back

Their driver nearly caused an accident on a busy road by ignoring street signs. Would never use them, if their drivers can't even read basic road signs.

Make sure your Cashiers have a license to sell alcohol this is been going on for 8 to 9 months she's not supposed to be there alone I think you lost my business then sick of it
