We had our dog hair coated, muddy footprint laden interior detailed by Shammy Shine. We could not find a single hair when they were done.The staff was super nice. When we set up the appointment, they went over the packages and surveyed our vehicle to help us pick the right level for our car.At pick-up I noticed a dead bird wedged in our grill. They grabbed a pair of gloves and kindly removed it for us.The interior looks and smells new, as does our garage, now that the offensive bird smell is gone.Worth the money.

My parent go there and they are real particular about who does there vehicles. Give star all the way. Great job for the price. Inside and out. Gift cards available for birthdays and Christmas gifts.

Went there to get my car cleaned and the guy told me my vehicle was too dirty and I would have to make an appointment to have it cleaned and they did not have time for that today. He said it would be at least $130. I took my vehicle to Car Buffs in Wausau and paid $5 more then I would have paid for a Shammy Special and my vehicle looks amazing!

I have had two vehicles done there: 2013 Subrau and 2018 Ford F450 dually. Having two Labs, both vehicles were BEYOND dirty. I meet with Adam, we discussed what needed to be done, agreed on price, made an appointment. Adam did what he said they could do, try to make them look "all most" brand new! They did at the agreed price, and on time - they look essentially brand new inside and out.Service: Auto detailing

I have used Shamy Shine for a few years. Always great service and always take great care of my vehicle. I always make sure to tip.Last Thursday a car was coming out of the wash section and the guy dropped the towels and ran to catch it. He walked back grabbed the towels off the ground and started to dry my truck before I could stop him. Sure enough, the whole side of my truck is now covered in scratches.I tried to call this morning and didn t get an answer. I really just want to speak to someone. They can go back and review the footage and clearly see this simple yet devastating error.I will update this review and post if I hear back or get a resolution.

Just bought an old truck that looked like it had never seen the inside of a car wash. Took it to Shammy Shine, not expecting miracles and was very pleasantly surprised. They managed to remove almost all the neglect from the body and did so very quickly. Would recommend.

Took my car there on Saturday March 9th and paid $25 And they didn't even get the dog hair out of my car. Also noticed a crack in my plastic underneath my front bumper that was not there before I went there. Never went there until that day and will never return...this is a new car and I know for a fact my bumper was not damaged before I went there.

I love that my cars clean, but the pony tail guy was mean to me, seriously upset me . He drilled me that I ripped him off 5.00. I've been charged 10. Then 0.00 then 5.00 for pet hair. I assumed it was at their discretion. I understand extra as he drilled me about getting hair on himself and I do understand, but the way he demeaned me was horrible! I'm sad, like going there but a bit scared to now.Services: Auto detailing, Vacuuming, Car waxing

They wouldnt wash my vehicle because they said it had to much rust! This is WI! So i would have to make a appointment for a hand wash. No thanks just took it to Shell n ran it through NO PROBLEMS n vacumed it myself. N saced some money at the same time. Guess they cater only to a certain class of people. If i get a BETTER cehicle with no rust i WILL NOT go back there. Thats just absurd. N then want you to pay extra for hand washing your vehicle.

Staff was very rude and became upset over the fact I didn t want to add a tip on top of what they already charged for the wash. Do not recommend this business. Felt very uncomfortable while there. Gave 2 stars because the car did end up clean.

15$ for a full wash and they hand dry your vehicle!! Be sure to give em' a tip too!They have full interior cleaning options too.

I Gave a tip to one of the young kids there and then they put the tip in a jar and saw one of the older guys take it out and stuff it in his pocket. And the inside of my car still wasn t clean.
