Only like 2 people who actually do thier job...rest sit around on thier phones and always getting wrong parts...gave 4 star only because I know who to deal with and what times. Kiss weekends goodbye there

Customer service was fair. However the place smell like cigarette smoke. Seemed the more you go towards the shop area the worse it smelled. Please use your Air fresheners that you sell in the building.

Awesome staff and amazing service!! Blaze was so helpful...he went out of his way to teach me how to change my blades and was incredibly nice. I walked in feeling like an idiot and left feeling like I ran into an old friend.

On Wednesday 04/05/23 I had the misfortune to make a purchase of an engine air filter and a rear windshield wiper.I requested help putting the wiper on. The angry looking clerk refused despite the sign stating that wiper blades will be installed at no charge.The clerk was acting like he must hate his job and all customers who dared to ask for any extra help .I should have asked for a refund and gone somewhere else.Never again.

Corey and Matt are true professionals! Great customer service and quick battery install. I thought I'd for sure be late for work with a dead battery but those guys worked so quick. The whole process took 15 minutes. Top notch guys and true automotive professionals!

I needed a connector wire for my golf cart, but they didn t have one in stock. Matthew went above and beyond to assemble one for me so I didn t have to do without! He took all the individual components, took out his tools, and did his magic!I m so appreciative of the service Matthew provided to me.

I've never had any issues there, they have always treated me with respect and knowledge when it came to auto parts or questions, and their prices beat most other shops or websites. The female manager there is great and knows alot about cars also.

Sometimes it's great and sometimes they just can't get the right part for you even after ordering it multiple times. But since Carquest left their one of the better ones to go to. Aside from Antigo Auto which I highly recommend also

I must say, these guys are so helpful. Every situation I present to them, they go out of there way to help figure out the issue I present them with. Business practice such as this is very rare these days! Hats off to these Antigo O'Reilly employees!!

I have been here twice, and both times the staff were rude. Last night my headlight burnt out, so I asked to have it changed, as I have had it changed at other O Reillys before. The guy wasn t going to do it. He did come out to my car and then said his hands are too big.(I have had it changed in the past by men with MUCH bigger hands) I explained that I live really far away and was worried about driving in the dark. He told me to just leave my brights on. I asked if the other man working could try and he told me his hands are too big too.

Mathew at the store did not honor my limited lifetime warranty for my MKD507 Brake Best brake pads. I had original receipt and own vehicle. One pad was worn a little more than the rest. He said the caliper or slides needed fixed and did not meet limited lifetime warranty. The other three had normal wear and also did not meet limited lifetime warranty. I brought up Oreilly website and showed him the warranty information and started reading it to him. He said we are done here. I asked for a manager and he said he was the manage. I asked for a last name and he said he was the only Mat that worked there and went in back and would not come back out.

I told Blaze, The O'Reilly employee at Hwy 64 Antigo Store that I drove 40 miles round trip to his store for parts to do U-joints and a brake job on my truck. Blaze took extra care going over the parts list (even crawled under my truck) and I got EVERYTHING in 1 trip. Thanks to Blaze and O'Reilly !

They open up at 7:30 in the morning when a guy really needs to get to a parts place this is pretty handy didn't even need to have my receipt to return a part they had it
