Towed my car after I got into an accident. He was very kind and understanding. He even helped me clean my car out while my ribs were still healing from the accident. I would give 10 stars if I could. I would recomend to anyone that needs a tow.

Excellent service. Fast and knowledgeable. Our tow expert was Justin. HE was top notch. Cant thank him enough for his help and guidance. Will never use another tow service but ELDRIDGE'S. So very thankful and appreciative that we were able to have Justin and his expertise.

I broke down about 30 miles from my house over the weekend about 2 weeks ago. Eldridge's Top Notch Towing was very quick to respond. I was in a classic bronco2 and they went the extra mile to be careful with my vehicle. They have excellent clean equipment , seemed very experienced, fast , friendly, and caring for me and my vehicle. I have called Eldridge s on several occasions; tire changes, towing and repairs. I have never been disappointed and that s why I keep coming back. Justin has went above and beyond to assure the safety of our vehicles and is always upfront and honest with what we are dealing with. This business has proved it s integrity and skill time and time again. Thank you for your outstanding service. I know that my 2 teenage drivers are in safe vehicles when we leave your garage. After I lost the wheel on my boat trailer Justin went out of his way to bring extra tools and took extra care loading it so no more damage was done. He even took the time to unload it right into the shop so there was no more hassle on my part. Prices were more than reasonable. If I could give 10 Stars I would give 11! The guys at this company rock! Car broke down out in the boondocks. Expected to be there for hours. Couldn't believe how quickly they arrived to tow my car in. Justin was friendly, efficient, and professional. My situation could have led to a very bad day. Fortunately I chose the right company for the job and was back on the road in no time . Loved how professional Justin was on the phone as well as the initial picking up of my Chevy plow with a trailer being towed. I hit a deer on my way home from a weekend out of town. Eldridge towing was fast, professional and made me feel safe and comfortable. When he stopped for me to use the restroom at a gas station, he checked to make sure the car was secure. We had a nice conversation during 1.5 hour tow and I appreciate that as it could have been a long awkward ride with a stranger. I wouldn't hesitate to call again for service in that area.Service: Car towing

After caring neighbors tried to help us we got further in the ditch and AAA put us off for five hours. By then it started sleeting and snowing, the roads were getting dangerous. We called every towing service in the area. Jason was the first to answer. He was there in the time he said he would, and took the extra precautions he felt necessary to get us out, without damaging our car. I had the worst day. And to top it off my car battery died. I was on the phone with my insurance that has towing. And after waiting 45 minutes on the phone with them they found eldridge's top notch towing. The driver showed up faster than the expected time. He jump-started my car. He went above and beyond. He Met me at Riley's Auto parts. He helped the gentleman take out my battery and replace it. I would definitely recommend eldridge's top notch towing. They were like an angel saving me. My day was made so much better and I couldn't be more greatful to that driver.

We had a mini transmission fluid emergency with our corvette at the tail end of fourth of July weekend up in Elcho. Eldridge's was able to get us towed and fixed in no time! He probably saved us days worth of headaches given where we live and the inconvenience of having to drive back up if it wasn't fixed right away. Thank you so much for your hard work and quick turn around!

I don t often do reviews but this time I have to. I took a wrong turn and ended up lost and then out of gas on a very rural road at 1-1:30am. There were only 3 options for area I was and only this company actually answered my call. Justin was my absolute hero that night and was able to find me, get me gas and jump start me as my battery died too. It was a scary ordeal and he was kind and professional and helped me get on track with directions so I made it safely to where I was headed. Huge thank you!! We are SO thankful that this company is still providing around the clock service. Our truck broke down late on a Saturday night, 2.5 hrs from home! They answered our call with a real person and came to get us & our truck as soon as they could - which happed to be right away! Mr. Eldridge is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The starter went out in my truck in the McDonald's parking lot in Antigo on a trip from Milwaukee to Rhinelander. I called Eldridge Top Notch Towing, and I'm sure glad I did. Their response time was very fast, and on arrival proceeded to do a starter check to make sure it wasn't something simple like a loose cable-wire or weak battery. He loaded up my truck and then stopped at a local car parts store and picked up a new starter on the way to his shop. He installed the starter with great professionalism, and needless to say from time of pickup to on the road in under two hours. And at a great price. I would highly recommend to anyone to call Eldridge towing before calling any other towing company. The service is in the name Top Notch, can't thank them enough.

I slid off a county park road on a Sunday morning. I called Edridge's Towing and the owner came out in 45 minutes. It was a cold day and sitting in the car would not have been safe. Two other companies were called by my AAA service and apparently said they would not come out to that park as it was too far. So grateful for the timely service!

HIRE THIS COMPANY & FABULOUS GUY- Jason Eldridge Towing- Antigo Wi.He does "Whatever IT TAKES" to fix the car problem and makes his Customers happy.He actually laid under my car on gravel to manually fix & put rubber plug on hoke in my tire. He personally drive to Antigo & back to buy a tire patch!He fixed ture do I was not stranded and could literally get back home & drive to dealership next day.Jason Eldridge truly CARES about his new Customers!!HIRE him- you'll be very Happy!Tim MillerFlorida- on vacation in Wi.Service: Tire change

We hit a deer and this was one of the few tows still open. The response was quick and he asked if my family was okay, if we needed to give everyone a ride home, and was very fast and professional as well as friendly. Justin was available right away to get my broken down truck. Then was able to get it fixed from ordering parts out of Chicago (31 yr old truck, so parts are not readily available locally) and get me back on the road. I recommend this buisness for your needs.

I had to get my wheel bearings fixed. He took my vehicle while I was working and had it back within a few hours. I was very impressed with the timing of the fix and the price on labor was very competitive. I will be going to him for any further mechanics I need on my vehicles

Best guy to call period!!!! Very down to earth and takes safely seriously. Great prices and I know leaving the shop my vehicle is not going to have to come back the next day! Will not go to anyone else for vehicle work!
