Very unprofessional at timing.Scheduled a diagnostic check at 1pm they did not get my vehicle back until 1:45.A few days laterScheduled to have all 4 tires changed. For 8:00am. Handed keys directly to Trevor he said it would be about 2 hours. Two hours go by and I call and I m told they haven t even started. Call again at 12 and Sheldon tells me he doesn t see my vehicle in the shop or have paperwork on it and he s call back when he found out more. 2pm my car is finally done. Still charged full price.Should really get their scheduling under control as well as people who know what they re doing.I love the sales team not a fan of service department after these 2 occurrences

I always try to give a business the benefit of the doubt but after multiple visits and continued issues, even one star is too much. I had my car in for a leak which they said was repaired. I noticed over time I still had a leak and another mechanic pointed out it was leaking from the same issue. I made an appointment for it to be repaired again. I show up for my appointment at 8 am, and as I sit in the waiting room I happen to look up and see my car just being pulled in at 8:45 am. Nobody in the service department notified me of a delay until I brought it to their attention - I left work for this appointment that is now 45 minutes late to start. Next thing I hear is one of the parts is damaged so they have to order a new one. Should be done that afternoon. No calls from the service department. I follow up almost 5 hours later and told the tech is finishing up so I hitch a ride back to wait. Next there is an problem and the tech is still working on it, so they are going give me a loaner so I can get home. I call to check up the following day and the tech is still having issues - it comes in for a leak and now you're telling me my transmission is shifting hard which had no issues previously. Follow up after the weekend and the tech is still struggling. Several hours later it is finally repaired. Imagine my dismay when after taking it in for an oil change a week later, I am told that it is still leaking from the exact issue I brought it in for twice! $1200 later and it's still not fixed and I am having to take it to another shop to be fixed! I am disappointed, dissatisfied and thoroughly disgusted on so many levels!

Made a appointment to have a simple airline re-connected for rear air bags/shocks. After two and a half hours of waiting and $320.00 dollars later... only to find out fitting still leaks! Excessive time and waste of money! Will not go back!!!

Traded our 2017 Toyota Carla in for a 2020 Jeep compass today and couldn't be happier.!!!Knowledgeable and friendly customer service too.!!!Thank you Brickners teem.!!!

Rude customer service in the service department. After telling me my car needs a 275$ battery and after I stated it s under warranty they said it wasn t failing enough to have it replaced and they told me to bring it in when the start and stop doesn t work again , so I made another appointment when the start and stop started not working again and when I got to the appointment the check in guy which I believe was the manager, went to the car with me and then told me my car has nothing wrong with it even though THEY told me I needed to purchase another battery on my first appointment. So then I had another concern and he told me I was taking up his time !! I did say I made an appointment and he replied saying with them and pointed to garage not with me . Well , I didn t walk in I made an appointment and he took it upon himself to diagnose and decide I didn t need service. Is it because I m a woman or does Brickners treat all their customers like this , I was disappointed and disgusted.

I worked with Jeff, Scott, and Ron this past week and they were truly amazing!!!!! It was a long process (no fault to them) they never gave up and kept helping me with everything we crossed! Will recommend them to everyone and come back again when I want a new car!

Horrible customer care and Liers!! I called and scheduled a appointment on 6/20/22 to bring in my car for them to look at a coolant hose on the back of my engine that was leaking. They call me the same day and tell me that they moved the clip on the coolant hose and everything would be okay and I could pick it up. The next day 6/21/22 my car is still leaking! I go to look at my recipe to see what they did to my car. They only changed the oil! Which I did not askfor at all, but most important they lied about what they did to my car and charged me for it. When I called them to get things straightened out they were very rude and said that I stated I wanted my oil changed. How unprofessional to say I am lying about what I wanted fixed. Then they weren t going to refund me. Please no not go here. I will never go here again. When people ask I will tell them to take there money else where because they do not care about customer stratification.

The young man that checked my in needs much needed training. He was more interested in chatting with the office girl. He told another gentlemen that he had only been there a couple months .he did not assist me and helping me with my coupon that I had left it home or by offering to tell me that there was one online he was very in tune with customer service . I've always drove an hour to get my oil change and have always used brickner's since the day we purchase are vehicle. Although my service was excellent besides his attitude .

My head rest wouldn't fold down so the stow and go seat would fold in the floor. Walked in and asked if someone could look at it. They got it folded it wasn't fixed but it worked for the trip we were going on.

In from out of town and had a check engine light come on and loss of power. Called the dealership and i was in and they were working on my vehicle in 45 minutes. Issue was resolved very quick, they worked with warranty to get the parts and labor covered. Outstanding customer service an professional technicians means that I will be back when I am in town again.

I was shopping in Antigo and my tire picked up a sheet metal screw, which was NOT on my shopping list. It was so low on air I knew I would not make the drive home. I drove to Brickner's and they took it right inside while my wife and I sat at their table in the guest lounge. I had coffee and my wife had some water, in a few minutes it was repaired . They even offered me the offending screw as a souvenir, it was nice to know what caused the problem but I left the screw there in the trash can.Smiles all around , what a relief to be home before the ice-cream started to melt ! Great Job !

Applied for credit and never got a call back. Just kept getting excuses. " Waiting to hear back for a place. I'll call you by 3:00." No call back EVER. Call again and get the same exact response. Come on Matt find other excuses. So if you just want the run around and not a vehicle this is the place to go. No follow through.

Great place to do business. Sales staff doesn't jump you like hungry piranhas, like some dealers in the Rhinelander area.I dealt with Jerry IV, and everything we discussed was followed through to the letter. Very happy shopping here!

My hubby bought a pick up truck from this dealer. Truck had a couple of minor problems which we were told were fixed. We were assure that the vehicle had been inspected it and in a good shape. Lies, lies and more lies. We had nothing but troubles with the truck and we only had it a year. Our mechanic told us that it's a continuous problem that the vehicle had for a while and we should had been told. Any attempts to reach a general manager didn't produce any results. Would caution anyone from dealing with them, unprofessional and dishonest!

Picked up a 2017 truck last week worked with Matt was a great experience. My wife's and my work hours are a bit difficult to work with but they worked around them and Matt even stayed late to make sure we were taken care of and got everything we needed. Thanks guys!

I file bankruptcy last year and since November when my bankruptcy was discharged I've gotten multiple letters from the finance manager talking about how he wants to earn my business after my bankruptcy. I filled out the application online I then had to contact him after the finance company contacted me and told me he would be calling me. when I did speak with him you could tell he wasn't pleased to speak with me cuz the tone in his voice would change. if you have a low credit score or have filed for bankruptcy I would not recommend them they made me feel like a lower-class citizen. And I still haven't gotten a call back from the finance manager.

We bought a truck from these people only 2 months ago, have only made 2 payments and the truck is acting up....all they can say is, keep us posted there is nothing they can do about it. Bunch of BS. We paid thousands of $$$ for a "reliable" vehicle and this is what we get. Not happy at all with Brickners of Antigo! Would not recommend buying from them. Still having nothing but troubles with the truck we bought from Brickner in Antigo. Today one of the "brand new" tires blew out, not fixable, we will have to buy a new one. Salesman told us they spent over $1,000.00 on those new tires! Another reason they could not come down any lower on the cost of the truck. Well those tires are crap! And guess what? no warranty on them! I called and all I got was Sorry. After today's tire ordeal and the other repairs that need to be done AGAIN on it, we will have stuck thousands into this vehicle. More than we stuck into the truck we traded in, that we had for 12 years and it was 14 years old! We want our old "piece of junk truck" back, as that is what the salesman called our trade in! Well buddy we traded a good truck for a piece of junk! Update: just spent over 700.00 bucks on repairs again for this truck. We have put Less than 10,000 miles on this truck and we have stuck thousands of dollars on repairs plus a new tire. We are so disgusted with this dealership! They do not care and will not take calls. Do NOT buy from them!!!

I honestly don't even think they should get one star! I bought a 2014 from them about 7 months ago 2 weeks after having it I needed to get an oil change and buy wiper blades! Also they would not fill up the car after buying it witch most places will do considering it only cost me 12 dollars to fill it up, 12 dollars to have a happy customer doesn't seem like a lot to ask for! I now have had problems with my radio they did a update on it and that's all I took it in again and nothing so I now drive a 2014 jeep compass with a half working radio that they will NOT fix! Have nothing good to say for Brickners! MY sister was going to buy a car through them and now has chose not to because of their poor business!

Matt Zarda was very informative and headstrong in helping me get out of my death trap of a car I had before I went to them. He did everything he was supposed to and more.Not only did brickners of Antigo point out that my old vehicle was super dangerous to be driving he sold me a vehicle that I thought I hated but when I left the lot I LOVED it.

Great place to get your vehicle serviced and they are very thorough and will find things that may be a problem and will let you know about them before they do anything and most importantly before they become a bigger problem, as in my case it would have. Great staff and very respectful of their customers.

No communication, incomplete work and poor quality of service. Just takes shortcuts on fixing things. If you like your vehicle and want it fixed right, don't trust this place.

I drive a Toyota Tundra and over the course of the last year it has had its share of dings and dents. I was skeptical of Brickners Collision Center but decided to try them out and keep my money local. Hands down the best decision I've made with this vehicle. Justin and the staff there always go above and beyond with any and every aspect of my visits. I simply cannot say enuf about the prompt service and amazing care they take to resolve any issue. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to everyone.

Just bought a 2020 Ram 1500. This is not the first vehicle my wife and I have bought from Brickner's. We keep going back because the service and selection are great and if they don't have the vehicle you are looking for they can get it for you.

You all better head on down to Brickner of Antigo! They have a young man by the name of Allan Maki who just joined the team after serving his country in the United States Navy. Like I said you better hurry this young man is something special and you want to get there before there is nothing left he is selling everything at least lay on the horn as you drive by( but be careful you will end up with a car with a better horn and you will love it)!!!

They were so accommodating when I lost my Jeep WHEEL(after Pomp's in Rhinelander rotated the tires!), I had no complaints. They got me a loaner & kept me in the loop abt insurance claim & repairs.
