Great knowledgeable service.They will bend over backwards to keep you going!One time I came in with a tire that was loosing air. They were beyond booked, and couldn't repair the tire that night, but they filled it with enough air so I could safely get home.Highly recommend!

Always performs work excellent and calls if anything else pops up that needs attention. Stopped in yesterday with a tire from the wife's Nissan. His helper immediately put an inside patch on it and she was back on the road. Great service. Good guy

Accepted my vehicle while technically closed, finished fixing it within 2 days without a scheduled appointment, and let me pick up the car on the weekend, again, while technically closed. This place will bend over backwards for you to get your car back ASAP without you asking them to do a thing. Highly recommended.

My daughter and I were traveling across country when the power steering went out on our truck. We called several places that were all booked and when we got Ralph's he said "bring it in and I'll take a look at it" so we took it right over.Ralph said that he could get the power steering motor replaced by noon the next day and could have us on the road by noon or one. We left our truck for Ralph to fix.Ralph stayed in constant contact letting us know what he found, what we could expect as far a cost, and maintained the initial estimate of when we could get back on the road.When we arrived to get the truck Ralph let me know all he had done - unhitched the trailer (no easy feat since it was fully loaded), looked the truck over to make sure we would be safe for the remainder of our trip, let us know of another component that needed replaced, but was not a safety issue and could wait, power washed the radiator to clear it of the bugs that gather when driving cross country - he did this so that we would have better air flow in the air conditioning in additional to replacing the two bad components. Oh yea - he hooked the trailer back up and parked the truck so that we would be able to pull right out!As I was paying I told Ralph that he was a godsend, everyone else that we had talked to (probably 10 shops in both Lacrosse, WI and the Chain of Lakes area) were all booked and couldn't fit us in - Ralph said that technically he was booked until the following Thursday, but most of the work was for local residents that were not in a hurry and it was more important to help us out because we were traveling across country and needed our truck fixed urgently.Ralph has restored my faith in humanity! He went out of his way to help, completed the repairs in a timely manner and at a fair price.I wish that I could give him 10 stars - 5 for the company and 5 for Ralph!Thank you Ralph for all you did to help us!

Ralph and his team went above and beyond to help me out in a big bind. I had woken up to a flat tire due to a nail and was supposed to be driving to Minneapolis that day to catch a flight for vacation. Ralph was able to make time and squeeze me in to get a new tire put on right away when everywhere else turned me away. Very much appreciated and excellent service!

Those are good honest auto place to go to and if I ever have to go in for something I can't handle I would definitely take it there and the price was really good
