My car went in with cosmetic damage from 2 accidents within a week. I got it back 100% put together, new parts, and CLEAN! I mean the whole outside AND inside. Ontop of outstanding service, Trubuilt also gives back to a charity of your choice once work is completed. I won't take my vehicles anywhere else.

Due to a computer chip shortage, our car was in the shop for over four months. That was not Trubilt s fault and is going on everywhere. This was our third repair by Trubilt. James Kolve, Ken Ness and the rest of the crew at Trubuilt in Altoona are top-notch. They handle oftentimes stressful situations with grace and they put customer satisfaction at the forefront of what they do, and they do so exceptionally. I would recommend them for ANY collision repair 10 out of 10 times. It s rare to find such quality service these days and I m beyond grateful they are here to help when we need them most. I got into an accident, Driver from opposite road hit a deer and it came flying toward my way and took out the passenger side front bumper. I was refer to this location from their other location, due to scheduling. It has been about 7 months since the repairs has been done and man these guys did an awesome job, it is like it never happen. They are trustworthy, and honest. They will forever be my go to. Thank you to the entire staff who was extremely friendly, and helpful. James called and emailed, keeping me updated the entire time even when changes needed to be done. This shop will forever be my go to.

I've used Trubilt for things as small as a broken mirror replacement and now for a much bigger accident and I've always been pleased with their service. The employees are always friendly and explain what needs to happen in a way I can understand, and when I get my car back it's like nothing happened. I highly recommend Trubilt for anyone who needs it!

There were runs in the paint along with a missing part. Quality control is an issue when vehicles aren't throughly inspected prior to release. Over 3 months to complete repairs for a deer hit. I question if they're giving discounts to customer that give 5 star reviews as I read they will discounts the deductible for a 5 star reviews.Service: Body & Trim

I received great customer service starting with Ken from the minute I walked in to Altoona and Luke with his updates throughout my pick up day. Trubilt went out of their way to take care of a couple of other minor issues we threw at them at the same time and also repair the bumper which we hadn t noticed when it was brought to them for an estimate. This is our third time using Trubilt for repairs and have never been disappointed. Great service Trubilt!!!

I have worked with Trubilt on two occasions. Both times they went over and above to make sure I got back on the road in a timely manner. Very professional with quality workmanship. I highly recommend them. Jerry and Ken were easy to work with.

I got into a car accident, and brought my car here for repairs. They were all super friendly, and kept me updated throughout the process of getting my car fixed. They gave me a nice new rental to drive too :) would definitely bring my car here for repairs again. Got it back detailed, and looking better than ever.

We have had a few accidents over the years, and TruBilt has been there for us all the way! They are great to work with, are efficient in their estimates, work well with our insurance company, keep us informed of the good / not-so-good and provide excellent customer service. I had a great experience getting my truck detailed at Trubilt Collision. I love ice fishing and spilt a bucket of minnows in my back seat last winter. After many attempts to get the foul smell out I opted to take my truck to Trubilt and couldn't be happier with the results. Luke was very knowledgeable and provided his team with a solution to solve my problem. My truck hasn't been this clean or smelt this good since I pulled it off the lot 7 years ago. I went to Trubilt in Altoona after recommended by Lincoln/Ford who wouldn't look at my vehicle. James Kolve, Estimator, helped me. He couldn't have been more accomodating. The bodyframe on my '06 Ford Freestyle was cracked and also issues with the rear control arm on drivers side of vehicle. It was all rusted out and giving away. James took several pictures and carefully explained to me what was going on. After seeiing the pictures and the explanation given to me I knew it couldn't be fixed with any kind of warranty on the work. I was at a loss as the vehicle would have to be scrapped. I asked James who he could recommend that could help me with a new vehicle that was reputable and honest. He recommended Chilson Subaru. I went to the one in Eau Claire and couldn't have gotten better help. Had a new vehicle the same day!! James also offered to give any helpful explanations to my daughter who was quite concerned with what was happening. Personal service doesn't get any better than this and would recommend them to anyone who needs an estimate.

I own two classic autos and have had extensive restoration work done on both by Happy Days Auto in Altoona. I have always been very satisfied with the results. The quality of workmanship is excellent and the work is always done in a very timely manner. The people at Happy Days Auto are very friendly and very professional. They know their work very well. I never even consider anyone else whenever I need work done on any of my four vehicles.

They are the greatest bunch of guys! We had a granddaughter need to go to the ER when we were supposed to go in and have it just looked at and estimated. When we brought it back to actually have the work done, one of the guys asked how our granddaughter was! That's awesome.As for the work, I haven't picked it up yet thanks to my job. I expected it to take a while, but they had it done in about 4 days! So, the work was fast! Knowing the quality character of the folks working and running the place, I expect the work to be perfect too. I will update this if I can after I pick up our vehicle.

Had my car repaired at trubilt collision of Altoona. They took care me and kept me informed from start to finish. Trubilt pretty much did all the leg work with the insurance company so I did not have to deal with anything. 5 stars all the way!! Highly recommend having your car repaired at trubilt of Altoona.

My GF was in a minor car accident and these guys came highly recommended for the repair. It was a front bumper cover and fender that needed repair. Well...when we got the vehicle back, it was up to snuff. The paint color was off and the was still very minor damage to the bumper. I call and James, there qc guy, apologized and told me to bring it in immediately for the proper repair. Long story short, after James was done with it, it looked like new. You can always tell how good a business is by how they take care of the customer after the "sale" when there could be issues. Well James and Trubilt in Altoona went above and beyond to make it right. He even delivered it to us when it was done. Wow. Thanks again.Service: Body & Trim
