I live on the east coast but I still go to Northside when I drive home to visit family each year because I trust the quality of their work. The shop communicates well with you, and the staff is friendly and honest in their assessments and costs. I highly recommend!

Very busy shop for good reason! HONESTY! Great mechanics who know what they're doing! Period.Very friendly crew! John, the owner, is a great guy and pleasant to deal with. I hate when my car breaks down, but I'm so glad I found this place for when it does!

John is a fair, honest man who does a great job in a timely matter. My mother and other family members have been going to Northside for years and will continue because John is a guy you want to do business with because he is fair. Northside Service is a fantastic repair shop with honest and friendly employees. The pricing is very reasonable and definitely cheaper than a dealership. Both John and Bryon have been very helpful on assisting me to understand what they were repairing on my car. They even offered to show me the issue so I had a better understanding of the materials that were needed. I feel confident going to this shop without needing to bring a guy along because they are trustworthy. This is a big reason why I continue to have any repair done at this shop. Overall I am very happy with my multiple repairs I have had completed here in the past few years.

My husband and I are always pleased with services at Northside. Very friendly and welcoming staff. I feel like I m not just another car and transaction, Northside cares about the customer and makes sure we understand every detail put into the service. I don t understand car lingo and feel very at ease once I leave knowing my car was very well taken care of. Love this place, they also provide loaner cars. Fair pricing and honest work. They do thorough job. Very busy place tho...call ahead. Glad to finally find good shop!

Honest crew and affordable service I had a part ordered on a Friday and was fixed up by Wednesday. I was given a loaner to help me get to work as well. I will be taking my vehicles here for any service needed from now on.

This is one of the best auto service shops you will be able to find. The pricing is EXTREMLEY reasonable, they try to service as quickly as possible, and they seem to be very involved with the local community (sponsorships, know customers on a name basis, etc.). I have been coming to this shop for years and they haven't let me down yet. I'm sure if you ask around you would hear the same thing.

You want this team of pros working on your day driver AND your hobby vehicle. I say this for a lot of reasons.Before I list those reasons I want to qualify the vehicles worked on and the completed by these guys. I live in the real world and drive real world vehicles for more than just 30,000 miles before trading them in.2004 Nissan Titan (165,000 miles): Struts, shocks, brakes, electrical harness, wheel bearings, torsion bar, timing belt, tires, wheel alignment, emission evap canister service, oil changes.2006 Nissan Murano (130,000 miles): Air condition compression replacement, tires, wheel alignment, brakes, oil changes.1997 Chevy Lumina (225,000 miles): Tires, wheel alignment, complete steering rack replacement, vacum leak service, brakes, oil changes. Good 'ole Lucy the Lumina...still to this day the most durable and cheapest vehicle on the planet to drive. She ain't pretty but she gets it done.2008 Saturn Aura (65,000 miles): Tires, rim replacement, oil changes.2007 BMW 550i (122,000 miles): Tire and rim work, front suspension and steering service.REASON 1: Free ACCURATE estimates. After 9 years I can say with 100% certainty they give an accurate diagnosis along with an estimate that is spot on. I have never been 'surprised' when I picked up the car only to find 'extras' on the bill.REASON 2: Staff Longevity...by this I mean the same mechanics have been there for the 9 years I have been doing business with them. So these folks get to know you and your car. Which for me is a plus.REASON 3: Reality Based Recommendations. These guys will take the time to discuss their recommendation. They will discuss the pros and cons of an expensive repair.REASON 4: These guys live and work in our community. They take their reputation seriously and they know they will run across their customers in the grocery store or at the local gas station. They do top notch work so they don't have to go shopping at 1:00 AM or get gas at 4:00 AM to avoid running into some upset customer.REASON 5: They actually care about you as a member of the human race. When they found out that my family's work schedule did not lend itself to being able to drop off or pick up my vehicle for repair they made arrangements for me to have loaner.It is for these reasons that I recommend this team of mechanics to all of my family and friends. If you want it done right, done at the price quote, done on time then these are your guys.

Love these folks at Northside Service, they dont try to upsell you on parts or invent stuff that needs fixing as I have had happen at other mechanics. I highly recommend Northside Service for your auto repair needs.

Friendly and helpful. I had a window that would not go up. They looked at it. It was the switch . I had no money they put window up for me at no cost. Great guys
