So lets start this out by explaining the photo. this is work that elite audio charged me $330 to do. First problem, they wired my amplifier into the stock subwoofer in the very back of my vehicle instead of directly to the head unit, which I assume was done to save themselves time. Although its a functional alternative, when I m paying upwards of $100 an hour for labor on my vehicles sound system, I would really hope they didnt take shortcuts to get the job done easier at such a premium cost. Even bigger issue with the installation is notice how the wire is literally severed from the connection? This is the first time I ve ever touched the install and i find a wire that is hanging loose and fully disconnected from the system? I cant even understand how its possible ? i had to take electrical tape off the end to see the open copper, so it leads me to assume they cut the wire and simply taped it back together? No splice, no solder just literal electrical tape holding my audio signal together sandwiched between a stock subwoofer and a aftermarket subwoofer that are both emitting significant vibrations. In what world is that a smart or functional solution from a professional installer? Not to mention that failure point caused the entire system I had them install to fail as well as the stock subwoofer. Incredibly disappointed. I will be finding another business or doing it myself for future sound systems.

I had a unique situation with a mazda 3, and wanted a android auto retrofit kit installed, they were hesitant, as it was a amazon purchase, but making it clear that i don't hold them responsible if it didn't work, they agreed to do the install and got it done in under a hour. they did a great job, and i can't thank them enough for giving it a shot.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I talked to the owner, about a certain brand of subs, and he was a very credible source in knowing what brands are good and what brands are cheap. If you have any audio questions they are most knowledgeable when it comes to audio. I got Dual 12" jbl subs from them. For installation, subs, amp, and wiring it was a very reasonable price. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Best audio outfit in the tri county area, if I lived four counties away I would still drive over to have this guy work on my stuff! They are the best around and I drive all over the country and have yet to find a better crew! They know their stuff and your!!!! Lol Check them out you will not be disappointed!!!!!

I went here because of the high reviews to get an upgrade on my cars stereo. From the outside this place doesn t look like much but Rob knows his stuff. He spent a lot of time talking through options. He gave me an accurate timeline, was on time and under the price he quoted me. The stereo sounds great and I m very satisfied.

If you re looking to do any upgrades for your car speakers I d definitely recommend coming here. They did a clean job upgrading my front door speakers, subwoofer in the spare tire, and adding an amp for it all. I wasn t sure exactly what speakers I wanted but I was shown multiple products and got a good rundown on the differences between them, helping me decide what was best for me and the budget I had. Staff is extremely nice and knowledgeable, and great communication via email, phone, and of course in person. Pricing on everything is fair and getting in for an appointment (at the time of writing) wasn t too bad at all. They also have a nice waiting room if you decide to stay while they work on your vehicle. I did need to come back for a slight tune on the amp they installed, but it took less than a minute and I was good to go.I m set for now, but I ll definitely come back if I decide I need more

Could not be happier with the service! They fixed a circuit board for my dump truck in one day that I was unable to find a replacement part for. Definitely recommend.

Was in a few times gathering information on product and install for a gift. Very friendly and when I finally made the purchase they were able to schedule the install very quickly. I am very pleased with how everything went down and expect to have no issues with the stereo upgrade.

I bought a kenwood echelon car stereo today from elite and they installed it in 20 minutes, they really did a great job and they even charged me less for labor then they quoted me, this is the best audio store in this area.

Amazing. Staff was friendly, informed, and worked hard to give me the best deal possible. If you have any sort of audio issues or need help, this is the place to go. I came in asking about hooking up my record player to a speaker, and he was able to set me up with what I need in under 10 minutes and for around 35 dollars. When he found out I was a student at the university, he was swapped out one of the new parts I was buying for a used one to help get me a better deal.

Elite Audio did awesome work, I haven t had a radio in my car for over a year, my son Dakota Bedell told me about them ! I made an appointment picked out the radio and some time later went in for the install, the guys there are very good at what they do and very quick at there work so I had no problem paying the price for my new system they put in !! I highly recommend Elite Audio. I will be going back for more work later I guarantee that. Thanks guys you were great.

Updating this as I just had some Polk Audio speakers repaired, fast service and everything is working great! I have been bringing electronics to have repaired at Elite for years. They charge a good price and the product is always fixed right. Walt and his staff are very knowledgeable and I highly recommend them if you have something in need of repair.

They tested my vehicle for any sound system issues draining the battery.Pleasant to talk with and schedule with.Good communication during service to let us know when it was done and what they did.While there wasn't a resolution for my specific issue /vehicle, they provided education on where to go and how to possibly get a fix -even tho they couldn't fix it there.They hooked my woofer backup in my SportTrack. All this ^ for a very reasonable price and about an hour and a half appointment.BTW the woofer sound is AMAZING thank you so much for just helping me plug it back in! Much more enjoyable road trips!

They did an excellent job getting my 1979 Onkyo turntable working at 100% again. Two day turn-around and a fair price. Friends recommended taking my turntable to them and I am completely satisfied.

Just when you think customer service doesn t exist anymore Walt at Elite Audio goes above and beyond. They worked with me on replacing a factory defect amplifier and were very fair to me. Definitely recommend this business to everyone. Thanks Guys!

Great people working there, fair charges, & fast services! Was able to schedule me and fixed my stereo issues all within the same week I called. Provided me free wifi while I waited there and my waiting time was less than an hour! Super happy, excellent business..thank you!

I had to order a specific part from Helix. Elite Audio was helpful in ordering it and even sending it to me an hour away because I don t travel though often. Made my life so much easier and I really appreciate it.

Was on the hunt for dodge ram dash lights for the temp control cluster, they didn't carry the style I needed but had ones that could be soldered to the board so got them and installed them. Perfect fix to be able to change temp or fan speed at night without guessing in the dark

Went it to get some good sound and Walt and Rob were extremely helpful, honest and even installed my speakers in a time pinch. They know electronics and if you are looking for quality and good price go to them.

Great service. Very knowledgeable staff. Has new and used TV and stereo equipment for sale and does car stereo instalation. Also repairs pretty much anything electronic. Prices are very reasonable.
