I took my driving test here, so what I say applies to that specific situation. I failed (which is what it is) and I clearly need some more practice, but the real problem is that my results were read out very loud in earshot of everyone currently in the vicinity, which was extremely embarrassing. Also, when I was trying to ask a question about my performance on the test, I was cut off and not allowed to finish asking it, which was extremely unnerving, considering I am not taking formal lessons to drive, so I was trying to get as many notes as I could. I will add I am not from this town, but I don't think the behavior I encountered was appropriate. I just want to let everyone know that if you need to take a test and you need a date closer than your current location, this may not be the place. If you are from this area good luck, but if you aren't, maybe try a different location.

Ross D. is the most unfriendly man you will ever meet. In fact, my experience here was so bad that I gladly took care of business at the Green Bay DMV.Ross will set you up for failure. He does NOT like his job. I tried everything I know to work with this gentleman because I deal with a wide array of rude people as a Truck Driver.Ross did not provide the information I needed to get my CDL license with Hazmat switched over from another state. The piece of mail he accepted as proof of residence was NOT accepted at the Green Bay DMV.Worst part of my experience was retaking Hazmat test on the computer. There are certain boundaries of courtesy one should never cross and both employees decided to chat LOUDLY as I was testing.Time was short and I understand it was the end of their day. I was trying my best to make it easy for both employees, yet they chose to treat me like dirt.I will avoid this DMV like the plague and happily drive down to Green Bay to take care of business.***EDIT***Decided to give Mr. Ross D. a second chance.Went in to update vehicle title from Missouri. Missouri titles allow the owner to attach a beneficiary to the title also known as ToD Time of Death. Beneficiaries have no right to ownership. Ross D. said beneficiary required to sign off on Missouri title and my vehicle could not be registered in Wisconsin until this task was completed.Ross D. stated that's how it was and refused to help me any further.I did some research of my own and then contacted the Green Bay DMV office. I was routed to their research department. They confirmed Wisconsin does NOT require beneficiaries to sign off on current title since they have NO rights to ownership. Research department also confirmed Ross D. should have contacted the research department to confirm, but refuse to do so.I'm done with the Algoma DMV.

This location is part of the businesses on the street. It is not it owns location with a parking lot. This made it a little confusing to find.
