Greg was great to work with!! He helped change headlight bulb and also brought to my attention an issue I have with my hood latch and educated me what I needed to do for latch to close properly!! Thank you so much!!

I like this location. They usually have what I'm looking for and the people are helpful if you need them. What more can you ask for from an auto parts store.

Went in two days in a row. The young woman who assisted me was knowledgeable, very friendly and pretty funny too. I felt confident in her. A great experience. I'll go back whenever I need anything for my S10.

I had another outstanding experience at O'Reilly's this morning. I once again received nothing short of absolutely outstanding customer service.I purchased and had a new battery installed in about 10 minutes. This included cleaning the battery terminals and spraying them with a protective coating. To say the least no short cuts were taken - OUTSTANDING!

Normally do my business with the saulkville branch, I went into the grafton branch to do a return on a faulty aftermarket temp gauge that I purchased. There was a shorty blonde curly hair named Brian. Was called the manager that was rudest person I've ever dealt with in costumer service ,had zero concern on why I was returning the part then walked away while I was explaining the scenario he walked away with a rude comment under his breath. I then confronted him about his attitude and he said nothing came out and stared at me with his chest pumped out. I've never felt so uncomfortable shopping anywhere. Literally thought I was gonna have to throw down with this guy and really think this issue should be addressed. I WILL NEVER go back to this branch ever again.!!!!! Terrible experience.

Friends of two of the employees cat called me on my way walking home from a seven hour shift at a nearby store. The employees did nothing about it and they were still on the job. Not professional at all. If you want to be respected in a shop, this is not the place for you.

I was having difficulty finding wiper blades that fit my chryler van. The employee picked out a couple of types, the first one wouldn't latch on but the second pair did. He made sure they were installed correctly. So cudos to O'Reilly for great service.

Needed a random part -spark plug boot for my Lawnboy lawnmower. the guys at O'reilly's super helpful to come up with a solution that wasnt necessarily OEM but worked just the same! Thank you Grafton store!

Great customer service. Don was quickly able to diagnose the problem with me car (battery) and install the new one. All in about 15 minutes.

They usually have all that I need, if they don't have it, they will order it. If you sign up for their frequent buyer's program, they'll email you coupons that really makes it worthwhile to shop there.

Person at counter seemed to not know or didn't want to help. I asked about a discount for techs didn't know or want to help figure out how to do it or want to try to set it up. Didn't seem concerned about customer care.

They are the Menards of Auto parts, not the best quality, but they have it in stock, and if they don't they can get it quick

Whatever you do don t spend cash here. They don t even carry enough cash to refund something under 200 dollars. I ve been trying to return the item for two days now

They'll even come out to your car to help add fluids, or check other issues. They might not be able to "fix" the problem, but they'll let you know what you should do. Thank you for your help, Grafton!
