Give props when and where is due ! Communication, work and the all associates was great. Towed in a BMW X7 after I was ran off the road, took more than we needed it to. However it was worth the wait down to the last second, got it back brand spanking new again all thanks to this wonderful company. Thank you Ali and your team we appreciate the hard work you guys put in to make it possible.

I had to have my windshield, hood, and front grill replaced. The body work/paint job was excellent and my SUV looks brand new. Nekayah was great to work with and got my vehicle back to me in a very timely manner! I ll do all my body work there from now on! Great experience!

Normally don t rate places, but this is exceptional. Had a bumper repair and from start to finish, they were above and beyond. Ali was superb with communication and professionalism. The car looks brand new inside and out. Highly recommend!!!

The staff at Caliber Collision in Grafton Wisconsin, were informative, polite and responsive throughout the entire repair process. The workmanship was superb, and the communication was excellent. The repair was completed ahead of schedule, and Dwight at Caliber kept me informed throughout the process. I would recommend this shop to my family and friends.

Staff is rude and unprofessional. My husband hit a deer with our truck, and our insurance company uses Caliber as the preferred provider. Nothing but problems, and our truck is still not fixed! Parts have been on back order for 16 months..sure. They were paid and don't care about fixing it. After market parts that don't fit were put on as a temporary fix. No communication or follow-up from manager. Would never recommend this location to anyone!

Staff vas okay just didn't like how they handle my vehicle I am sorry this happened but they did very poor work just in the future would not choose this shoopJust wish that I never come too this place because of them I lost money from beginning Just poor Communication They had my car for 3 weeks it's and they didn't fix Didn't call me one time to inform me what's going on with the car they forgot to put the parts back on did he clean it just all around really really bad experience

Replace stolen Catalytic converter. Staff was so Polite and Professional. Kept me informed about what was going on and was very apologetic about the time it took to get part from manufacturer. This shop was amazing to work with! Don t Recommend - Clueless inspector/estimator, Rude receptionist, and dishonestGeico identified this shop as a preferred partner. I ended up declining to use the shop. I had passenger side damage to my car. When taking photos, caliber estimator did not even open either door. Another shop did and identified additional damage to the car body. Instead of replacing the skins to the doors, Geico approved replacing two doors due to this additional damage. In addition, the receptionist is extremely rude. Also, after I declined their bid to have uninsured work done, there was an eight week wait. This was despite the fact that it is a Geico partner, and they are obligated to reserve spots for Geico customers. They made up lies that contradicted earlier statements. All this information made me not trust them and go to another autobody shop with a reputation for truthfulness. For any Geico customer out there, this caliber location claims it does not get access to the Geico portal until 24 hours before the repair appointment. Geico confirmed with me that that is false, and they obviously do not understand how to access and use the information in the portal. This is another reason why caliber did not inspire confidence.

Picture It! A beautiful June day. The sun is shining, birds are singing happily in the trees, and a semi tire tread detaches itself from the tire and flies into the air like a twisting, writhing snake directly into your lane of traffic and takes out the entire front end, radiator, and various other underbody items of your car! 29 years without an accident, and a freak tire tread gets me. Ugh!Enter Caliber Collision. The time frame from mid June to late July to fix my vehicle was quite long, 42 days in fact. I expected a long duration from the start as I have a newer vehicle with a recent redesign so there are no old parts available yet, and we are currently experiencing a supply chain issue on everything due to the pandemic.However, Caliber kept me updated on the status by text as things changed. Waiting for the front bumper assembly took the longest, and when it arrived they still had to paint it. Overall they did a fine job and the car looks like it did prior to the crash. The staff was friendly and helpful at every contact point. They worked with my insurance company and that part went smoothly. All in all, very happy with the work and customer service.

Got my hood replaced on my truck Anthony was very informative about the process and keeping me updated. Really quick turn around time less than a week. Ally was also the sweetest I called a lot lol but she was always so professional and helped me with the concerns that I had. If I ever need repairs done again I will only use the Grafton location.Services: Painting, Body & Trim
