Want to say American Auto done a fantastic job on my vehicle. The attention to detail is nothing less than phenomenal. The staff is so professional, and Amber is a rockstar, from her knowledge of her job to her sense of humor she is a ray of sunshine. Keep up the great work all of you. And am so proud that this company is apart of our community! Again thank you!!!

American Auto Body in Adams did such an amazing job on our car. Without a doubt their work is truly perfection. Amber is very friendly & answered any questions that we had. She also worked with our insurance & Enterprise for our loaner vehicle. I give them a 5 out of 5. (The before pic is from hitting a deer in Feb.

Super helpful and reliable place to bring your car in for repairs. The crew here is very friendly and respectful for both you and your vehicle. Definitely will come back in the future. They fixed my vehicle so well I can't tell I hit something, it practically looks brand new.

American Auto Body went above & beyond fixing my 2007 Toyota after hitting a . They did an awesome job, truck looks brand new again. Pleasant & polite people to work with. Would recommend American Auto Body for your automobile needs

I took my truck to American after being backed into. They worked very well with the insurance company of the person that hit me. All arrangements for a rental vehicle to drive during repairs were taken care of by American with the insurance company. The young lady at the front desk was very helpful and handled all the paperwork and scheduling.I was very satisfied with the repairs. I believe that the side panel of the pickup box was repaired not replaced, which is fine because the part of the truck that was damaged looks as good as new. I wish the rest of the truck looked as good. This is a 12 year old vehicle that has wear and dings from years of use and now it is whole again.Thank You, AmericanService: Body & Trim

Fantastic service and our vehicle looks like it came off the showroom floor. They helped us set up our rental and contacted insurance and rental co for us. Amber and the staff were very helpful and made a tough situation easy for us to adjust to. Highly recommend them

The worst experience ever, I was sent here after safelite damaged my car. I will never go back. Over a month to repaint my roof no calls or communication. After waiting 8 hours for return call call called back and Justin was just plain rude. Customer service goes a long way returned phone calls and heads up could have made an experience better. They took so long and no info I went out and bought another car. Don t use them stay far far away

We were hit by an uninsured motorist and it damaged the left back side and fender of our car. We asked if they provide a loaner car and were told they would. When we dropped it off, Amber said someone had just dropped off a car, so we gave our credit card info and took it. I should have read the paper she gave me to sign, because unbeknown to us..they had rented us car from Enterprise. Apparently they then tried to get our insurance to pay the then bill of 700.00 that is when we found out it was not a loaner. Amber got Enterprise to drop the amount to 4750.00 and thought we would be happy. We paid it to keep our credit good, but we really feed American Auto Body cost us a lot of money. No answer as to why they rented us a car instead of giving us a loaner. Be careful when you deal with these people.

I had the unfortunate experience of rolling my truck over in Adams, WI. While that was not fun the process was made much easier by American Auto Body. The driver was friendly and showed up pretty quickly to help me out. He also stayed with me while I waited for my wife and this was on a Sunday morning. Thanks to the guys at American for helping me out!

Dec 5, 2016It is really with a heavy heart that I respond to this review. Sadly, it is a shinning example of how a situation can be seen so drastically different by the parties involved. When the Blum's obtained the rental car not only did Mrs. Blum sign the rental agreement provided by Enterprise, which I went over and explained what she was signing in depth, but was also provided me with her insurance information which I relayed to Enterprise over the telephone with both Mr. and Mrs. Blum present. All this being after Mr. Blum told me he was fairly certain they had rental coverage on their insurance policy. I did, however, manage to call in a favor with my partners at Enterprise and have Mr. and Mrs Blum's bill reduced nearly $300 after their insurance denied the rental coverage. Which, I might add, at that point it would be the insurance company and/ or Enterprise responsibility to contact the customer and let them know that are going to be responsible for rental charges. At no point did anyone from either party, the insurance company or Enterprise, contact me or the Blum's telling us that the rental was not being covered. If they had I would have gotten the Blum's out of the rental and into a courtesy car as soon as one was available. After speaking with Mrs. Blum I then offered to submit a copy of charges to their insurance company for reimbursement through collections against the uninsured motorist that hit them. This was done as a courtesy and not something I would ordinarily do for a customer. Then on Friday 12/2/16 Mr. Blum came into our office wanting to discuss the charges from Enterprise. He first stated that he was under the impression that they were receiving a courtesy car from our shop free of charge. If that was the case then why did Mrs. Blum supply their insurance information that I relayed to Enterprise, sign the Enterprise contract and supply their credit card information??? When presented with a copy of the signed Enterprise contract he then stated that he was under the impression they had rental coverage. Hmmmm.... two very different situations. I certainly do not have access to details of a customer's insurance policy and would only make arrangement based on the information provided to me by the customer. So I do not see how the responsibility of the rental charges would fall on our shop.... Enterprise or the insurance company possibly for not contacting the customer when the insurance denied the claim, the Blum's for not being fully aware of their policy maybe, but negligence on the part of myself or my shop, I don't think so.

Out of town property owner brake line blew Thursday afternoon.Found this place online,and they agreed to fix Friday morning.They replaced broke line,and topped off brake fluid." $100 cash price" says Amber"cash saves you sales tax rate of $5.50" So I ended up paying $105.50(not that much cash)Justin says "all ready to go" outside,the brakes go to floor immediately.I went to breakfast,came back about an hour later,and told Justin of this.He wouldn't even take off his sunglasses indoors to tell me "well,we didn't want to take a chance on breaking anything,and you being stuck here all day:we didn't even try to bleed system" for non knowers,the first line of EHow about brake service tells you MUST bleed out system anytime system opened.Complete rip job!!Called owner Rick to complain of such shady processes at his business.He did call back once;he has" some ideas"only one FACT answer here!I tried to call back after getting home(I'm a shift leader at local hospital)not available.Sent message to website:no response.Called back Monday;left message of called back:here it's Wednesday,I'm at a garage back home with estimate of $59.95 to bleed out system;never heard back again since Friday afternoon 5 days ago.Shady!!Oh,I didn't mention 1)system bled 2013 after previous broken line,and 2)I had completed a 6 month course local community college on automotive brakes/front end alignment amongst other hands on experience working on cars:think I don't know underneath a car,or maybe they hoping as such...Id not even give them one star,but one finger instead!
