I'm in between ok and liked it. The employee working was very helpful and friendly but the downside is this facility is only open 1 day a week would be nice if it were open at least twice a week or twice a week every other week. Just a thought.UPDATE: 11/23/22 I stand corrected they are open on Monday & Wednesday's but went in to have a pull behind enclosed trailer titled that I purchased and was told they don't do them there so I would have to go to Madison to have it titled. WHAT?! Probably explains why they are only ope. 2 days a week smdh...BUT the counter employee was still friendly

I went in on a Monday to renew my license. Only 2 people in front of me, line went quickly. When it was my turn I was treated very well and could not have asked for a better associate. Had my license by the end of the week. Great service, congrats!!!!

Who ever worked 2-20-23That lady was rude, ignorant, and lazy !!!Did not want to do anythingHad every piece of information needed and she still refused !!Says come back next day !!Look for another job if you ain t happy lady !!Worst experience everI rather deal with Chicago people than this rude person !!!Ungrateful human being

I have been there 2 times I will never go back. The counter person sent us home 4 times to get something the last time to get a letter proving residence. There was 3 people on line when we got back. We waited again. When got back to the counter she told us it 10 to and she was closing we would take to long. We needed to leave. I have never been back. I have gone to Mauston or Baraboo gone through the line fast and easy. Supplied normal information. Received license. On my way. And I am not the only person. I have since heard from those in the Adams Friendship community that I am not the only person this place has been rude or downright mean to. Use at own risk..

The hardest part of moving to Wisconsin is switching your vehicle's registration. I was on hold with the main DMV for 2 hours got nowhere drove to my local DMV only to be handed a piece of paper saying call this number which is the number I was on hold with. Very Frustrated and I blame the management in Madison!Updated! THe Employee at the time was given orders from Madison. So she deserves a positive review.

I've been to this DMV several times and the staff there is very friendly and efficient. The space is very clean and open as well. I'm giving it 4 starts because its hours are very limited, at the time of this review they are only open Mon & Wed.

Hours are only 2 days a week. Lines are short and somewhat quick. It's the DMV so expect rudeness from emoloyees

This had to be the best DMV I've been to in a long time. In and out and 15 minutes. Service was great and no line.

Was there to get my sons temps. Employee was very helpful and polite. Was a great experience for my son even though the picture didn't show that.

Building was very clean & everything seemed to meet health requirements. Staff person that renewed the license was efficient but not very friendly.

Good service! The ladies at the desk were nice. Was 10 mins late for a road test and still was able to take it. Thank you again.

Went in for DL and worker at desk told me she had to have the original proof of residence and not printed copy picture. I had old state license, VA I d, Federal ID, Conceal license, US Passport. Not helpful
