Kara worked hard to find me my present beautiful truck, Miss Ruby!! Tadd drove to the dealer that had her and brought her to her happy place in Adams for me to buy!! Since the purchase of Miss Ruby she has taken me on trips around the state, to visit my favorite places in South Dakota (even in the middle of a blizzard) and helped move my daughter to Missouri! The upfront work to get this truck was amazing and the follow-up with the maintenance is great - love that the service department works with me to pick-up the vehicle and return it to me at work!

A few years ago, I didn t have the best credit, but I needed a vehicle very badly. Kara worked extremely hard and was able to get me into the vehicle I had picked out, and it was well within my budget! This place goes above and beyond to make sure their customers are taken care of!

Bought my truck at an incredible deal with no issues. XANDER the finance manager carried himself very well and gave me much respect and was very transparent with everything. I honestly won't ever buy a truck from anyone else! Has great follow up and fit me with the vehicle best for me.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. We were purchasing this car sight unseen as we live 3 1/2 hours away. Tony did a great job going through the car in detail for me as if he was buying the car for himself. No surprises when I arrived. I am a huge fan of the experience we had there.Side note - going through the financing department was also an excellent experience. I purchase all my cars from states outside my own. And I always show up with a cashiers check to dramatically shorten the financing process. I have been to some dealers where they still sit you down and try to sell you on more services, and just drag the process out. That was not the case here. I was done in less than 10 minutes and we were on our way.

This dealership in Adams is great. I have purchased a couple of vehicles from them, and they do all of my maintenance and services. The sales staff are amazing. I've never had a conversation with the techs, but my trucks have always been properly taken care of without delays.

I like to switch out my vehicles often, so I ve purchased many cars and trucks over the years. After an exhaustive search, I finally found my Tahoe at AF Motors. From the moment of first contact with Kara, to finally driving over 5 hrs to pick up the truck, everything went perfectly. This was by far the best experience I ve ever had with a dealership and would highly recommend them for any purchase! You won t find more genuine and honest people. Call them today!

I have purchased many vehicles from A - F Motors over the past 40+ years and have always been treated in a friendly and professional manner by everyone! Tadd, Kara & Todd always go above and beyond to make sure I get the vehicle I want, no matter how hard it might be to find. I appreciate always feeling welcome at A - F Motors. Also, a big shout out to Shane and the Service Department technicians for fair and prompt service, and to Zander for arranging the best financing rate available.

I had to write another review. I ve been using their service for a car detailing. At first, I thought they re not so bad. But, as the second and third time going there I noticed that they ve been disregarded and neglected the same dirty spots that are in my car. I only did interior car detailing with them and they couldn t get rid the dirty spots in my car. As the fourth times coming in, I ve documented the same dirty spots and talked to them about to get it cleaned. They claimed that they did clean it up. The service manager however even swore with his mother s name (I don t know why) that he saw that the detailer did clean the dirty spots and will provide the video as the evidence he claimed. This time, when we found out that the dirty spots are still intact, his excuse was not every dirty spot can be cleaned . Before, his excuse was that he did not see the dirty spots. I had to took pictures before the service so I can back up my claims against his words. Then, at the very same day, after the service, we did notice not only the dirty spots are still intact, they even missed the dog saliva that smeared on my interior rear window. I had to documented that and took pictures as our evidence showing that they DID NOT do a perfect car detailing that they should do. I paid total over $300 for their services for the last three appointments not knowing that they did not do a great job but they also LIED to their own customers for the service they did. I will talk to the owner about this.Pictures below.The spots are still there. Intact. Untouched. And so the dog saliva that are smeared on the interior rear window.We have pictures taken before and after the car detailing.

We re very disappointed knowing that they ve been dishonest with us when it comes to the services. We had over 3 times car detailing with them and that many times they didn t do it right and keep disregard the dirty spots that they should ve take care of it. On the fourth times, we took the same car that we always bring to them for the same car detailing service but this time we took some pictures before the service as evidence so if they missed the spots we can show it to them. And, they MISSED THE SPOTS AGAIN! The dirty spots are intact plus the dog saliva on our interior rear mirror also intact. We had to take a picture of that part as soon after the service where they claimed that they did the full interior detailing. And we took a video showing that we had to clean that up by ourselves since the detailer did not touch that spot at all. We will talk about this issue with the owner and won t use their service anymore. We won t be responsible for the unfinished service.

My wife trusted their service for a car detailing. They failed to clean the dirty spots that they should've done it during the service. Unfortunately, they are not only provide a good service but they are also dishonest when my wife caught them that they did not clean the dirty spot and I also see it my self that they did not even clean the dirty spot on the interior rear window that are still smeared all over after the car detailing service. This is very unacceptable.

Very friendly people who helped us through every step of the way when purchasing a new vehicle. They made sure all of our questions and concerns were addressed prior to the purchase and explained all steps of financing very clearly. After the purchase they made sure that we understood and could use all the "bells and whistles" on the vehicle. Over all a very pleasant experience because of the care and wonderful attitude of the people working there. Thank you very much

Overall excellent experience. They listened to the "requirements" that my wife and I wanted in a vehicle, presented us with multiple options, helped us obtain as many rebates as possible, and had a competitive interest rate through GM Financial on financing. The customer service was amazing as they took the time to make sure we knew of and how to use all of the features of the vehicle we were purchasing. I would highly recommend them to everyone.

I selected a vehicle to "price watch" and was contacted by Kara thru email about the vehicle. We had many conversations regarding the vehicle I was interested in. I asked what I thought were tough questions and Kara was open and honest about everything.I never felt any pressure to hurry up and buy. Went to the dealership for my test drive and was told I could take the car home for the night to see if I really liked it.Zander found me excellent financing and I was very happy with the process.I am now the proud owner of a 2017 Chevy Traverse and couldn't be any happier.Thank you AF motors! This is our third vehicle purchase from you. I believe in the shop local philosophy.

I couldn't be happier! AF Motors has second to none employees. I dealt with Todd from sales, who is honest, friendly and helpful. I certainly didn't feel pressured in to a purchase.I've purchased a lot of vehicles in my life, and have never experienced this level of professionalism.I purchased a used 2018 Chevrolet Silverado and be happier.I highly recommend AF Motors.

This review is overdue.... AF Motos has been helping our family for many years. Each of our 5 children purchased their 1st car from AF Motors. Here are just a few examples... while my oldest was moving across the country with her military spouse... AF Motors made the process smooth and worry free because they knew they were being taken care of. Each child has their own story why AF Motors has been incredible .. from finding better interest rates ... to taking care of everything over the telephone (for convenience due to location).Lastly Kara always made our children feel comfortable with their 1st car purchase. She took the time to explain everything and not oversell.The bottom line is .... we highly recommend!

I generally don't trust dealerships. I started looking at the inventory of lightly used trucks at A-F months ago, put in an inquiry and was unintentionally contacted by Megan. She did everything she could do to find the right deal for me at the time but I gave up because I'd be upside down on my trade. She even worked to find a lease that would work. I eventually told her I was going to hold off for a while but would buy from her when I decided to purchase.She dropped a text to me a few months later (what great follow up!) asking if I was still interested in a truck. I was and told her what I was looking for and my price range. She had one she wanted me to look at.I showed up on a snowy Saturday morning asking for Megan. I thought she was in sales. Nope. She turned me over to Todd who sold me a truck that morning...the one she picked out for me. Both were great people but Megan's follow up was impecable and somewhat relentless. A-F needs to make sure she ends up selling vehicles for you. She's excellent.Everyone at A-F Motors has been fantastic. There have been minor issues with the truck and they have been more than happy to resolve those and create a happy and loyal customer. I will be one and will recommend them to everyone I know.The level of quality customer service A-F Motors provides is rare. It is very clear that they value return business and value their customers. Don't hesitate to put your trust in them. I certainly won't.

I've only used the service department, once. They tried to help me, but were unable to. They escorted me to my vehicle on a lift and showed me why also. I live about two hours away from the town this dealership is located in.
