Purchased a John Deere tractor. I received a better deal than other JD dealers. Easy to work with and gave me a quote shortly after asking for one. I felt like a valued customer and felt my business was appreciated.

Went there to look at a new boat and wasn't approached during the 15 minutes I was there. 1 other customer at the parts counter and 3 other people on the floor on their phones. I will take my business else where

Very disappointed with the service department. Brought pontoon in early spring for a starting problem. Took home and was not fixed. They changed 3 spark plugs and fuel filter. Was gouged almost $400. They said it was bad fuel. Never greased or adjusted anything which, was supposed to be done (twice). Tried to start motor before launching and exact same starting problem was still there. Brought back. Two months and a bird nest with eggs on pontoon, I finally got back. Electrical part and carb cleaning cost another $400. Then I was shamed into believing the actual cost was much higher. They did me a favor. Excuse me! No,pontoon for over 2 months and two trips there. Pontoon rental per day would of cost me $3000. That would be for over a month, I should of not, missed due to inept mechanic. Stay clear of this dealer and the one down the highway.

Bought a Lund Impact 1775 from them. Windshield was off and they were never able to fix it properly. I was told I would have to deal with it or talk to Lund ( isn't that their job??). Also transducer was installed to low in water and I'm getting a huge rooster tail that spraying back into the boat. I've had them attempt to fix it on 3 different occasions now. I even showed the mechanic the instructions and he told me he's been doing that was for 5 years!! So he's been installing them wrong for the last five years?! Anyways, that never got fixed yet. I guess spending $35K isn't enough to be important to power sports... Glad I didn't spend more than I did. Needless to say I wouldn't recommend them or buy any future boats there.UPDATE: After bringing the boat back (for the fourth time) for the same problems, they finally got the windshield correct. Unfortunately the transducer was still below the bottom of the hull so I had to fix that myself. They salesman Dave had to explain to the mechanic how to set up transducers. Imagine the damage that he could do to a big mercury if he can't even get the transducer correct.... My recommendation is stay away from any major purchase at Power Sports. BTW, to the mechanic at power sports, I have attached a picture of the correct installation of the transducers. Sorry for the negative review but I really don't have much nice to say about this place.PS you should probably fix your auto response if your not really going to return my phone call. Not much you could do to make it right anymore. Your customer service is just as terrible as your mechanical service.

I have never felt the need to post a review before, but after today's phone call from power sports of abrams I felt I had to. The positives are that they had the machine that I wanted at a fair price. Friendly sales person, willing to share his knowledge. So, the phone call I received today was informing me that they no longer wanted my business because of the yamaha review that I gave them. On my day of pickup I drove one hour away with money that was agreed upon, per financial manager. Well that was wrong apparently, because I was from another state. I only brought enough for what was agreed upon, and had to scramble to get enough money for taxes. Reasoning was because financial manager was new and didn't understand tax rules. I find this troubling, and have never experienced this with any other dealership. When your dealership claims highly trained people who strive for great customer service, follow thru on what you preach. I've should of gotten a call, saying sorry for the mistake. Happy with the machine, but the chance of me being a repeat customer is gone. My business is no longer wanted, per phone call!!

Found a used boat on boattrader.com listed by this dealer. Checked their own website and it was listed for the same price. I called and asked for details how many were interested etc... called a few hours later and they raised the price by $1,000. Said the boats they were selling prices got mixed up.

Totally Awesome people. SALESMAN Dan was Great. I bought a 2020 Mercury 9.9 kicker motor and got a great deal. Service Mechanic Jeff was unbelievable knowledge wise and very helpful. I will be ordering my new boat there and it will be a new Lund. I was very impressed by the team at Power Sports and I highly recommend them.

I bought an ATV back in December. It sat in my garage until may when the tails opened. On my 3rd ride with an ATV club in July, the fan blades broke off ending my ride due to it would over heat if I kept driving. Took it in and was told it will be covered under warranty. After they took it apart to order a new fan, they called to say warranty will only cover the fan under a good faith warranty because it's over 6 months old. Called Polaris to complain and plea my case. They stuck to there guns and only covered the fan and said the dealer should work with you in labor. Well they wouldn't budge on price for labor so I offered to pick it up and do it myself. They said they have it all apart already so there will be a labor bill. So I decide to bite the bullet and let them put it in. 1.4 hours labor Polaris said it should take. My bill was just under $200 to put the fan in that I could have done myself. So after trying to get a little discount and had a coupon from the mail for $25 off anything over $150 which they would not accept. I pay the bill and get home to look at the work they did. The fan is installed, but they never tightened half the bolts. Sent them a video showing them that they are all loose and they never responded. So now I paid them to finish my own work because they don't have a very good mechanic I guess. They won my business by being cheaper than the other dealers. So if you want to save money on buying, I guess they are ok. But don't expect very good service after the sale. I could have bought an aftermarket fan for $170 and put it in myself and not have fan blade problems anymore. After googling about the fan, they are known to break because the blades are so thin. Aftermarket is way better fan. Probably not ever going to bring repairs to them any more. Also, after I paid for the repairs, I was handed my keys and told its parked in the back. Had to go get it myself. For all they know, I could have loaded up any ATV I wanted if the key was in it.Update: a year later after always having issues of the ATV running hot, I finally decided to take the radiator out and make sure it's clean and put in this special coolant that helps it run cooler. Well after removing the radiator, I found the problem on why it was running hot. When the fan blade broke, it bent all the radiator fins over in a complete circle on the radiator not allowing air to get through it. I guess the mechanic didn't think to look at that when he had the fan out. So I fixed the radiator and never had an issue since. Great atv, poor mechanic.

Dealt with Scott today to help me purchase my Lund Adventure 1775, and he was awesome! He was a true and honest sales person who was able to help me with everything. I also was helped by a few other people at Power Sports and they were great. Their prices are 100 times better than competitors as well! Go to Power Sports if you want a great shopping experience.

Great people to deal with. The price advertised, is the price you actually pay (plus TTL of course). There isn t another $1200 added for prep fees or destination charges. I drove 3 hours to their store because it still saved me at least $1500 over any of the dealers in southeast WI. I bought my UTV over the phone and it was as simple as could be. Mark L was nice to work with.

I purchased a used boat from them over the winter. We ran it in the shop and everything was fine until the first time on the water this year. A bearing seized up in the lower unit and it needed $8,000 in repairs. Ourselves and our insurance guy has been contacting them to get any service records they have for the boat and they have been very wishy washy about it. One day they have records for winterizing it and the next day they say they have never done any work to the boat at all and have no records...It's hard to say if there was previous damage they knew about or if it was just my luck the lower end went out after 2 hours of using it (on a motor with only 115 hours), but it sure seems like they knew about something and are trying to cover it up or not give us all the details. I would be very hesitant to do any business with this company.

Purchased a new Grizzly from Scott on Saturday. He made it very easy! We gave him a heads up that we were coming and he had the quad ready and waiting for us when we got there. Best prices we found, very friendly, all around great power sports shop. Worth the drive!

The worst buying Experience I have ever had. I would never recommend this place to do business with! They are liars and thieves! After spending $50k on a new Lund Boat and overcharging their customers for added install items...and then not responding back when I called them out on it? Joel in sales and Matt the Business Manager are thieves. Lots of hidden fees and costs. I should have known from the start when the communication from the beginning stunk to the day of delivery was also terrible.

Had a great experience buying my Lund from them last summer. Took it back in for the one year check up and casually mentioned a few things I was having problems with. They took care of all of them for me. No questions asked. They went over and above on keeping my boat in great shape. Would highly recommend them for sales and service.

We recently purchased our 2019 Lund at Power Sports and we were not disappointed with their friendly, humorous and knowledgeable staff. Mitch and Dave went above and beyond to make sure our boat was exactly what we needed. JR in service did a terrific job with the set up and walking us through the operations. Worth the drive from Larsen!

Boat sat on lot for a month. Still not fixed. Parts prices and labor are outrageous...took boat in for tach and fish finders not working. They told me that I had bad batteries. Only problem was all 3 batteries were brand new. Then I was told the voltage regulators were bad. Done, never going back there. I'll stick with Ken's Sports.

My dad just purchased a brand new 2018 Lund Impact boat 3 months ago, it was the last one that they had. Even though it was brand new there was a couple of scratches on the boat from the way the handled it but they said bring it back at the end of summer and we will fix the scratches, so my dad signed the papers and bought it. We just got the boat back, they fixed the scratches on the trailer nicely but as far as the boat goes, they did a terrible job, all they did was just dab in paint where the deep scratches are. It looks terrible. We could have a done a better job ourself. For a brand new boat spending over $35k it should have never been like that and they wouldn't even compensate us at all except for offering us a deal on a 2019 boat. I would never go back here and get a boat from them.

I stopped in to see if they had any use fishing boat .Walked in was greeted by Mitch. He said they had 2. He asked me to meet him outside and be happy to show me. At that time I told him my husband is looking and I was driving by so I stopped. He showed me the two they had and only one was what we are looking for.I asked him the price of the one. And asked for information and his card. He wrote the price down. 22999. Is no chuck of change.I called my husband and told him.I called back that afternoon and asked him to call.In the mean time. I looked on power sport website and say the boat. And looked on craigslist.Mitch wrote down the price 1000. More.So I called in the morning. 2xsHis excuse was the manager just lowered the price. And there was no negotiation on price. No attempt to even to go talk to the manager. He was so wrong on the price just dropped because craigslist was listed August 31And I was there Sept.15. For the lesser price. He was just trying to make more commission.I do my research I couldn't believe he was trying to charge me 1000. More. Then I called the manager and of course had to leave a message and of course No return phone either. No customer service at all.No need to stop there.

Not really sure what to think about this place. I give it two stars because they have nice stuff. Went in to look at a Lund fish and ski boat and the guy literally walked away when I was asking about option prices and never came back. Not because of other customers but BSing with other staff. Next year I went in to look at a John Deere garden tractor and again the guy acted like I was bothering him with questions. I don t know if I just don t look like a real customer but I did purchase both at other places with no issues. Too.bad because I don t think I necessarily got a better deal and Abrams location is good for me. To me these are big purchases and cost a lot of money so I like to feel like I m being treated like a customer.

Dealt with Mitchell on the phone, absolutely great to talk with; he took the time to listen and answered all my questions. Took delivery on a new machine from Tyler; again, top notch service. Took his time and made me feel great about the whole transaction. Worth the trip.

Had a great experience working with Mark today. He helped me shop for a pontoon boat. He was very engaged, but I didn't feel pressured at all. I could tell he really wanted to get me what's best for my needs.

Very disappointed in the customer service we received from Power Sports in Abrams. When we initially purchased our Polaris Ranger in June, the tool kit and manual were missing. We were assured that it would be in "soon." We did not receive it until 2 months later. The gas tank was also bone dry, the oil desperately needed to be changed, and all the fluids were low.We brought our side-by-side in for an all-points inspection before the warranty expired at the end of August, and we were told that it would be 2 weeks, which seemed like a long time, but it was near the end of season, so okay. After 2 1/2 weeks we get a phone call, telling us our warranty is expired. That it expired in April, which I found amazing, seeing as we didn't purchase the UTV until June. Finally picked up our side-by-side today (2 weeks after they quoted us, and we only knew it was ready because *I* called them) and it was covered in mud and filth, much dirtier than we dropped it off. They couldn't be bothered to bring it up to the front for us, and my husband had to navigate it through all the other equipment on their back lot. And the gas tank was empty (which it wasn't when we dropped it off).Again, very disappointed in the customer service we've received, both on the sales and service end.Would not recommend going through them for your ATV/UTV/boating needs

I bought my 2019 Sportsmans SP 570 from Tyler here. Tyler was excellent to work with and the prices here were the best I found. This place was easy to get to, all the people there were very helpful and I'm happy to say I would recommend all of my friends to shop and make their purchases here.

I purchased a pre owned Lund boat from them and it has been an excellent boat. They were patient and helpful while I got the financing together until I could take possession. I highly recommend this business.

Drove 3 hours to pick up a Used Raptor 700. Put the deposit on it that I was told I needed without even seeing the machine. Trusted that everything was what I was told (Needs nothing ready to ride). Dealer insisted on starting the raptor in the back and then pulling it up front. Parking lot was a solid sheet of ice so I rode it on to the trailer and took it home to find out the battery was junk and had to jump start it to get it off the trailer. Must have been a known problem to them as the battery terminal boots were pulled off and set aside showing that someone obviously jump started it to get it up front. Was also listed/sold online as a special edition GYTR Raptor 700. Should have done the research myself but instead trusted the dealer just to find out it really was no special edition although I feel like the price reflected it being one. Makes me wish I would have held out for a dealer I trusted. My salesman Tyler was alright in the 5 minutes I talked to him and the couple phone calls before I left.

Not a great buying experience... First when I dealt with the Salesman Tyler, I was given information with a VIN to give to my bank for financing. Once I got the check from my bank I went in and purchased the ATV I was looking at and signed all the paperwork! After riding the ATV on some private property I was informed that the VIN on my ATV didnt match the VIN on my paperwork! Then, after doing some digging the bank paperwork had a completely different VIN on it!!! Yeah, they fixed that(hopefully... Manager seemed VERY ANNOYED that I showed up to get paperwork fixed they messed up on) Long story short they've caused me to lose hours at work fixing their mess up that I barely got a weak apology for. Then, ok their pricing is pretty decent on accessories too so I go there to buy a couple brushguards and get told I NEED to work with a salesman to buy what I already have a list of part numbers for... yeah, not gonna happen... long story short, their pricing is great, but go somewhere else if you want GOOD customer service and less hassle...
