I bought this Vehicle on 1/26/2024. I spent a considerable amount of time with salesman Tyler. He was very patient, and more then willing to do what it took to get me into something that I was happy with. As soon as I test drove this vehicle I knew I wanted it. I spent 2 years looking. The finance department was great, I was able to get a decent interest rate. Big Thanks to Lindsey the service manager for going above and beyond for me. I am extremely greatful for everything Crysler World has done to keep me as continuous customer. There's nothing that matters more to me then when I feel taken care of, and that my business matters!

Was a pretty nice experience. Just bought our car today. Salesperson (Tim) was great, seemed fairly knowledgeable, and not pushy or full of pressure. The manager (forgot his name) was a nice young gentleman. They were all very nice, helpful and friendly. The process was a bit long and our salesperson left before it was all over, so some paperwork had to be redone. Prices were pretty good. Enjoyed the experience . And as long as we don t have a lemon, we will go back in the future.

Awesome all around service from everyone involved.So, I waited to leave a review until I made it to my first oil change as the scope of work performed was pretty significant. The motor blew on my ecodiesel Ram, Chrysler World handled the replacement for me.Everyone I dealt with was great; from the service personnel at the desk, to the loaner car person at the window, the techs doing the work, and Don ensuring it all got done. Thanks again for the awesome work, the loaner car throughout the process, and for getting me back on the road!

Tyler was great to deal with. I Never stepped foot into the dealership. He Answered several questions and sent pictures/videos of the car. I knew exactly what i was getting. He was a great salesman to work with! 5 stars to Tyler.2 stars for the finance department. Made me feel as if i was punished for not financing with them. Policies for cashier checks suck and make it super stressful !

Amazing service and amazing staff! I would recommend 10/10 times. Joe Hammer and Mike Kempa are the most amazing sales staff and Lindsey in service is amazing, Mary Ann in the body shop pays attention to detail and doesn t let anything slide. By far the best place around hands down!!!! I was set on a Silverado they had and after test driving a ram decided to go with the ram. Not once did they try and persuade me out of the Chevy and into the ram and they let the decisions be mine and not in my ear about it. I love this place and they will have all my family and friends business!

If I could give a 10 star, I would! Excellent, fast, and efficient vehicle buying experience! I completed the credit application over the phone the day before we went to the dealership. I highly recommend you do this prior to arriving, it made everything go much faster! Our salesman Mike Kempka was awesome! He offered to have some minor scratches and scuffs buffed for free. Along with a complete detail. He provided great customer service and prompt communication! Patti in the finance office is fast and efficient. She explains everything in detail and doesn't pressure you into buying add on packages. Very reliable and honest dealership! We love our Dodge Durango!

What a great place too go when you are looking for a new or used vehicle. All the people there were very nice & fun to work with. Working with Julie Gordon (our sale consultant) was like buying a car from a long time friend. They even gave us some Chrysler World sweatshirts & T-shirts. What a FANTASTIC experience! DO NOT GO HERE for warranty work they will not help you. Went in for warranty work something wrong with the motor. Motor was humming over 40mph. Only was humming while pressing the gas over 40. I was in and out in less than half an hour you can t tell me they did a full inspection in that time. They said it was a wheel bearing that needed to be replaced. A wheel bearing would not cause humming over 40mph mind you the humming only happens when pressing the gas. My engine should not be humming and a wheel bearing is not the cause of MY ENGINE HUMMING.Absolutely unacceptable and poor service.

Big thanks to Dave in finance for 110% effort with the banks fighting to get me a 7% lower rate!. Lee my salesman was second to none spent so much extra time to build repore. Never worried about the sale I've never felt so comfortable at a dealership in my life!UPON review of my vehicle day one auto stop service light came on and my hood latch wouldn't work before 1st oil change and multiple trip to the dealership for broken dash different warnings popping up auto stop issues and my favorite a previous major accident on the truck no carfax given bumper was way out of alignment alignment on truck was off 1.42 on toe on both sides . There resolve for selling me this truck was re ceramic coating it and re washing it and fixing the issues well I purchased ceramic coating and a 7000$ warranty so honestly wasn't GIVEN anything findout what DMV says after second inspection after there fixing of the issues. Wouldn't purchase a vehicle here as a buisness owner this place does poor buisness. DON in service is very verygood guy did what he could to helpout

I recently purchased a 2010 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon at Chrysler World in Abrams. Prior to going to the dealership I searched on line for the Jeep I was was looking for. Then I completed the online request for more information on the Chrysler World website. Tyler from the Sales staff contacted me and I made an appointment to look at the 2010 Jeep as well as other Jeep s on the lot. Upon arrival Tyler provided excellent customer service and answered all my questions about the Jeep. He then allowed me to take the vehicle for a test ride. I loved the condition of the Jeep, the comfort and ride. The vehicle service history was provided to me and Tyler and I reviewed the history and all my questions were answered in detail. I left a deposit on the Jeep and came in the next day to complete the purchase. My whole experience was fantastic. The Dealership staff was polite and professional. The Dealership facilities were clean and very welcoming to me, a first time customer. I live 75 miles from Abrams and the short drive was worth it. I highly recommend Chrysler World to anybody looking for a new or used vehicle.

EDIT - I went back & worked with Jo Hammer & Cory, the manager, & they were both absolutely amazing!! They helped me out tremendously & got me in a vehicle that I am very happy with!!Absolute worst service! I would have rather paid triple the amount elsewhere & got better service with an actual working vehicle! I can literally write a book about how awful this place is. I was nothing but a commission check to them! I literally still do not have my vehicle. I had to threaten them with a lawsuit for them to actually listen to me! The car they sold me had so many things wrong with it. Prior to buying, I was promised that these things would be taken care of .. NOPE! Once I signed for the car, they were done & did not care to hear anything I had to say. I ve taken it to several mechanics & got paperwork from them stating the things wrong with they car. I bought the car on the 5th of May & only had it for a total of two weeks! Less than a week after driving it off the lot, I called them because the car was shifting weird. They took it back to look at it & supposedly found nothing wrong. I got it back & it was even worse, so I had to basically beg them to look again. Finically then took it back & they STILL have my car & yet, nothing got done. I called them today to see where they were on it, & they literally did not do anything. I m sooooo disgusted with that hell hole! I just wish I d never gone there! Never again!

By far the best experience I have ever had buying a car at a dealership. They were one of the only dealerships that would work with me from out of state. I wanted a very particular Gladiator that they happened to have. They were extremely honest and had everything ready for me after my long 12 hour journey to pick up my Jeep. They also were extremely reasonable as far as my trade in. I specifically worked with Tim Anderson and I couldn't have better things to say about the guy. He was prompt in answering me, very knowledgeable and extremely honest. I would make the terribly long drive just to buy another Jeep from them in the future. Also, my new Jeep Gladiator is absolutely perfect and it really makes driving fun again! There is not one thing I would change other than making it big enough to fit all my dogs.

My husband and I both enjoyed our first experience there, with Joe, so much that we went back and bought his truck. We went back again this year to trade in my jeep and man did the market change. We did not end up trading it in, but Joe tried really hard to accommodate us and we appreciate that.

Didn't budge on the price and lost the floor mats that were traded in with the car. Car smells like cigarettes and the detail job was.....sloppy. Nice sales lady, julie tho. Decent finance dept. Typical dealership stuff tho.... Fees on top of the price in the window. Try to sell you all the add-ones. But I'm fine with that effort. Probably won't buy a car there again.

We took my boyfriends truck to get maintenance done on his Ram. We had a few issues going on, so we figured we d do it all at once. Initially it was just for an oil change and to check out the camera as it was not working. After 3 hours of waiting for the oil change, finally was done but the camera had to wait for my warranty claim to see if it was covered, no big deal even though we did wait 3 hours just for an oil change. Got home and he took a look as he normally changes his own oil and wanted to make sure it was done properly. The oil was pitch black. The oil most certainly was not changed at all, he brought the issues up but was made to feel as he was wrong, even though he had taken a video of the oil draining from his truck with a time stamp since he had to change the oil after it was supposed to be done there. Well, that one initial time there caused SO many issues with our truck, and we ve never had any issues prior to this. We had to take it back on 2 separate occasions for sensors that have popped up after taking the truck there. Now we CONTINUE to have issues that don t seem to get solved. The issues we initially went there for were never fixed. Now we will have to take our vehicle to Gandrud instead to get our issues solved. Very sad and disappointed we were made to feel we didn t matter. I really hope no one else experiences this.

So, truth is, I don't like car dealerships. I'm always suspicious that I'm being taken advantage of. Not here! This place was great! I saw the car online, negotiated over the phone, then drove 80 miles to pick it up. I know something will change, right? Nope! It was perfect, exactly the deal I made with Tyler over the phone. The car was beautiful and exceeded my expectations. The only change was the financing got cheaper! Overall a great experience, would buy here again.

I worked with Joe hammer on buying a truck I found it over the internet I actually live 2.5 hours away from the dealership he was very professional and honest even sent me videos of the underside of the vehicle and of the truck running. Took care of my financing at my own bank so when I went there to test drive the truck I was in and out in probably less then a hour and on my way home with my used truck very happy would definitely recommend cause I actually hate buying vehicles and they made it easy there.

If I could put 0 I would. Let's start by making a 6 hour round trip to test drive a car. Test drove the vehicle found a few things wrong with it. Sales person stated its somthing we wouldnt use alot so not an issue it was broke and wouldn't fix nor drop the price for the burn hole or broken rear window visor. Parked the car and came back out to see the rear axle was leaking fluid everywhere. 7 days later still no fix no calls nothing. After ME reaching out to them 3 times I'm being told I have a n attitude and in a hurry and that they can't figure out the issue with the car. now Upon requesting my deposit back having an issue with receiving 1000 back. Out of a week of time 6 hours of a drive vacation days from work and fighting for 1000 back. Tim is a joke this place is a joke !!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!! SALES MAN JUST PUSHING PEOPLE OUT THAT DOOR INTO THE COMPETITORS LOTS!!!

I bought my Jeep and was super excited by the initial support and reassurance I received that they would take care of me and my vehicle. I found out this was not accurate when I actually need their assistance. My Jeep had started to wobble BADLY and I brought it to Chrysler World while it was still under warrant. I was told by the mechanic I just needed to deal with it and that's how it is. Except that's not how it should have been. The wobble progressed to the point where it was almost impossible to drive my Jeep on the highway. I took my it to another mechanic who stated everything that could be seen looked fine but they could not see the stabilizer and that was likely the issue. The other mechanic changed the stabilizer and I have not had an issue since completely fix and this could have been taken care of by Chrysler World while it was under warranty but they choose to tell me to just deal with it. I initially gave them a positive rating but after this experience I will not buy another vehicle from them or take my vehicle for them to fix ever again. I had been driving over an hour to have them change the oil. Apparently they are not interested in taking care of things while they are still under warranty.

Had a deer collision 2 weeks ago, nothing too major. Hood and a trans cooler plus some trim. First trip, the inner wheel well plastic was falling off and had no fastners, the trans cooler was still leaking amd smoking like crazy. No test drive could have been done because it was so much smoke you could not miss it. We also noticed a bunch of scratches that were not there beforeSecond pick up, we notice a hood bezel are still broken, they got buffing compound on the plastic trim discoloring it. Drive it home amd it's still smoking and leaking somewhere.0 out of 10, would not ever go back. On the up side, the office was friendly and apologetic, so I guess that's the least they can do.

This is the third vehicle I've bought from Chrysler World. Once again Julie Gordon treated me excellent as did Ron and the rest of the people there. They moved me along just like I wanted. I will be back!!

I purchased 6 vehicles from this dealership. It wasn t until number six that I became intractably dissatisfied. It started with a manufactures buy back Compass. Turns out the power steering kept going out. After bringing it back multiple times it was determined that major electrical repairs were necessary. Fortunately Chrysler World worked with us and got us into a 2022 Compass. After about 7 months the dash dimmer switch became defective. Under warranty it was fixed. Next, the month after warranty expired the problem came back. This time we learned that Jeep didn t know how to fix the problem. We were essentially told to live with it until a fix was determined. The problem was reportedly discovered in 9/22 and as of 3/22 still no fix. I was told that this wasn t Chrysler Worlds problem. It was a problem with the manufacturer. So I m left with a one year old Compass with defective dash board lights. Great!!! Do not buy a Compass from 2022!

Bought my jeep there almost a year ago. Had taken it in a few times. Was lied to about the brakes when I purchased it. I said they sounded like they were grinding and they called me and said they had the mechanic look at them and they were fine. So I bought it. Brought it back right after and the brakes were "severely pitted and warped" per the mechanic. Needed new brakes all around. Was happy they fixed it the first couple times. Although,if they had actually did the check they are supposed to do when getting a trade in,they wud have 100% known that. The last 2 times I wasn't satisfied with the service or lack thereof I should say. They kept sending me surveys and finally I did them. Well,today I called for my oil change and the woman told me that I hadn't given positive feedback on the surveys so she had to call me back. I was like,ok? Kinda confused about what a survey had to do with my routine oil changes on the jeep they sold me. The service manager called me shortly afterwards,with a very obvious attitude. He informed me that since I didn't give a good review on the surveys they send me,I was no longer welcome to bring my vehicle there. I have unused coupons for oil changes that I received when I purchased my jeep so I'll b out that money I'm assuming since I'll have to have it done elsewhere. Long story short,if you give honest feedback about not being completely satisfied,you are banned from their shop. Who knew?

We very much appreciate the service and the great knowledge shared about our vehicle. The financing went super smooth. On our pick-up day, everything was ready and we were on our way in no time. I would say we were treated like family from beginning to end. We will not hesitate to return for service and for buying our next vehicle.
