The team at Abbotsford O'Reilly really came though for me today. Auto Parts open Sunday! Traveling with the wife, granddaughter, and three dogs when my 1999 F250 decides to spit out a spark plug and break the ignition module. O'Reilly had the parts and the staff had the expertise and tools to guide me through the parts selection and rethread. Back on the road in an hour. Thanks O'Reilly.

As I was driving back to St. Paul on Wednesday night, I stopped off at the O'Reilly's in Abbotsford to pick up some new wiper blades. The experience could not have gone better. The salesperson, Karen, was fabulous in helping me pick out the right set of blades for my car AND she even installed them for me...... all with a fabulous smile and positive / helpful attitude. Give this girl a raise!!!In this world today of so many negative service-oriented experiences, it is refreshing to know there are still people like Karen to help out. If you get a chance, stop into O'Reilly's and let Karen take care of you.Thank you Karen for making my impromptu stop a positive experience.

These guys are great. I've told all my friends to go to O'Reilly because of their customer service goes above and beyond. I had called 3 auto parts places before calling O'Reilly that wouldn't help me and O'Reilly not only helped me but changed my battery as well. Awesome customer service.

John from O Reillys was very helpful and friendly. He went above and beyond to help me with my vehicle issue even after store hours were over. Highly recommend this store to anyone who needs vehicle help.

Our battery burned out when we were visiting for rockfest out of state. Our roadside assistance reccomended we went to oreilley for a replacement and a battery test, the clerk was very straightforward and honest and didn't try to sell us more than what we needed. This is what you should look for in service.

Words won't do justice to the pickle Colton & John got me out of. On the way to Rhinelander on Highway 29 my car indicated there was a charge problem to the alternator and I should immediately seek help, when I pulled over I discovered the serpentine belt had snapped... I called 3 mechanics in Thorpe who were closed, then found O'Reilly open till 5pm, stressed with a fading dashboard, losing power (and speed) I trudged towards their location, Colton on the phone indicated he'd come and get me if I didn't make it and they'd stay past close if needed. Fortunately I made it safely to their parking lot, purchased the 1 belt for my car they had in stock and from there John & Colton spent over an hour ensuring they got my new belt on and I could safely return to the road to get to my sister's. These two gentlemen are salt of the earth and representative of altruistic behavior at it's finest. I can't say enough what this meant for me, they went way above the call of duty and I plan to ensure their manager here's of it first hand, these guys deserve a fancy dinner to commend the 11/10 customer service job they did - I'm forever grateful for these two amazing humans. - Chris

Thank you so so much Luke,Layton&Daniel(NEW,his 1st day&he explained the Rewards perfectly,thank you!) for all your help&GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! We had a huge issues finding a tie rod due to Napa Auto Parts negligence&apparent 'computer problems'&Withee Tires lack of getting parts in an orderly fashion. These 2 guys were nice on the phone,both time&in person in the store. Super great job...customers are what makes jobs&good employees who like their job are a blessing. I will definitely use O'Reilly again&again,NATIONWIDE,if possibly! Plus my kids love that catchy jingle&my pregnant daughter appreciated use of the restroom from all the driving,especiallyduringthe cov8d stuff. A wonderful experience BOTH trips. Much appreciated guys!

Went to get parts and got the wrong one my car has 2 different size calipers but when got back to store found out it was't my fault the computer had it listed wrong plus i saved money on the right one the staff went beyond helping to find me the right one
