Avoid this place at all costs!! They waited just shy of 3 months on a wheel to start the repairs. I eventually had to contact the manufacturer to get the contact information for Straubs to order it. If it wasn t for that I would probably still be waiting! Once the repairs were complete, I was able to pick up my truck with check engine lights on that they knew about from the accident. Since I ve picked my truck up a month ago, it s been at the dealer twice for repairs that they missed and also back to the collision center twice to fix their horrendous orange peel paint job.

Worst experience ever. 1st took the car in for a warranty paint job where I still had to pay half, took almost 5 months to get it worked out and in then another month in the shop. Car comes out paint still missing in places peeling off ect. I go in show Dustin(who will never return your calls) and he says it wasn't sent in with original claim the specific spots for some reason and he will get it squared away. So I'm charged 1500$ and told they will resubmit. Monthes of calling and asking and getting ghosted by Dustin I find out they've been stringing me along and Honda was never going to approve their mistake. I had to call Honda warranty at the dealership and get that info myself and was told that it was denied MONTHES ago. After everything, I'm being told I'm basically SOL and out 1500$. If I could give 0 stars I would terrible service.

Was T-boned and they replaced my whole back door, paint job etc, and appears well done! The job they did was great. However, they broke my key fob while they had them and when I brought it to their attention I was told it was like that before they got it, which isn t true, and they would not replace it. It s a shame their good body-work and my $3000 business was out-shined by their refusal to replace a $50 piece they broke. I would recommend them for their work, but maybe not professionalismServices: Painting, Body & Trim, Auto detailing

My vehicle drove itself into a tree. It may or may not be because I forgot to put it in park and walked away. It also might have been gnomes. Don t really know, but I hear they ve been unionizing and more effectively organizing their automotive mischief. Anyway, Straub Collision was phenomenal. My insurance company was a waking nightmare, and Straub helped me every step of the way, always friendly, always ready to do whatever needed to be done. Super grateful to the whole team.

I was involved in a car accident not long ago to no fault of my own. Even though they were jam packed they still made time for me and got my car in there within two days. The appraisal they did was phenomenal and I m so glad I went there. They even went as far as getting the few things I left in the car and holding onto them for me. They did that before I even asked them to. Chuck was so informative and made this process beyond easy. This is my first accident & hope it s the last. However if ever need be I surely will be going back to them! Great Job Ladies & Gentleman The lady that answers the phone is a sweetheart!

Did an OK job on a factory recall for a paint issue on my Acura MDX but scratched my NAV screen about an inch long probably while replacing the windshield, which was part of the recall fix. I brought it to their attention and they said they would get back to me. Gentlemen who looked at the scratch agreed it was a fresh clean scratch. Called them several months later and was told they were waiting on parts. I believe its been about 6 months now and still no call on repairing the damage they did to my NAV screen.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Wonderful experience. Everyone was polite and willing to do anything to help you. Had two claims done for my vehicle: drivers side from bumper to bumper. It looks brand-new. They are very busy but it worth the wait to have them do the work. I Will recommend them to other people. Thank you Straub Collision Center for a great experience. Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My daughter, a college student over two hours from home, had a deer jump on her vehicle. We set up an appointment for an estimate of repairs with this company. Let me say, WOW! They were ready to take full advantage. She was quoted $6000.00. The replacement parts are excessively marked up. For example, they were quoting her $272.32 for the Toyota emblem on the front of her car. After contacting an acquaintance, I was shocked to find out the wholesale price is $186.64. Needless to say, we will not have her vehicle repaired at this facility.

It is never a pleasant experience when your automobile has been damaged Chuck and his wonderful staff were perfect in guiding me through the insurance process !! My vehicle was repaired beyond my expectations .. I hope I never wreck my vehicle .. but if I do .. Went to pick up my moms car two times and both times it was not fixed correctly. I'm no car expert but the quarter panel was sticking out very obviously and the service manager when asked said he inspects all the cars but this some how slipped by. We still have not got the car back the the shop offered nothing for our inconvenience.

Great personnel , but they're quite busy and as of now the earliest appointment to repair a bumper is 2 weeks out . On a side note messages had to be left via voicemail during business hours due to what I assume is that they've only got one person on staff for the management of secretarial duties .

My car so far i have had no problems, but after dropping my rental car off that i had and had dropped off that i babied. 4 hours later i recieve a phone saying it looks like there was paint missing? Not really sure what is meant. I know when i dropped it off it was in mint shape, i even had it cleaned and detailed it! A bag of my personal items were left in the trunk of a few antiques given to me from family. I guess we will see if its still there monday.But the ladies there are super super nice!!

We have came here twice now and both times was for damage to the rest of our car and both times they done amazing fixing and painting it getting it back together so you can't tell anything has happened to it.. the customer service lady was very helpful on letting me know what was going on with itService: PaintingService: Painting

My car was involved in a hit and run, and Straub Collision Center took the time to do an in depth appraisal on my vehicle. All of my issues have been fixed, and I am loving being back in my car!!

Useless, 2 months of " oh he's on vacation" "oh I haven't forwarded him the info" and still have not been contacted once by email or phone. Would not waste your time

Service manager is vary rude, and his boss will sit there and do nothing about it. Decided to take my business elsewhere after him arguing with me as I was trying to drop off my car.
