Pronto Auto Locks is awesome! I requested a quote & almost instantly was in touch with their employee Josh. He was able to meet with me in a quick manner & handled business within 30 minutes! Not to mention within that timeframe he unlocked my car which had my keys inside, cut me a new key (which was broken the morning of requesting a quote), and programmed it to my car. On top of all the amazing work, the price was unbeatable & saved me a few hundred dollars compared to if I went to the dealership. I highly recommend Pronto Auto Locks to anyone who needs quick and efficient help with their keys or locks.

First off Josh is great , I contacted him Friday for a quote for the key fob for my outlander sport and his price was way better then the dealership etc, he was able to get my keys within a couple days of talking and Tuesday he was at my house cutting and programming and my car wasn t easy and it was hot out but he didn t stop till he got it. I m very happy and highly recommend josh for any key needs you may have!!!

Fantastic experience. Quick, clear communication. Lost my spare key fob, so I had no key at all, they were able to make me a new set and program them within a couple hours. Definitely beat having my car towed to a dealer.

I can't say enough good things about Josh and the service he provides. Thanks to poor weather, the replacement fobs he ordered were delayed for four days. Josh kept me informed at all times and, when he learned that my battery had died due to inactivity during the cold weather, he purchased jumper cables and made sure the car was running before he left. He even insisted I wait in my nice warm building while he took care of everything. Thank you Josh; you are one in a million!

Great Service!Josh ordered my new key FOB for me and came to my job to program and cut my new key! It's Exactly what I wanted. The key cutting machine cut the key wrong the first time, Josh went and got a new key blade and recut it right there for me. It was all said and done within a couple hours at most!I would Absolutely recommend Pronto Auto Locks for any of you locksmith needs!

I lost my car key and decided to contact Josh on a Saturday. He replied immediately after inquiring on his website and came out as soon as possible. Although there were some complications, Josh had the drive in him to make it right. He came back out Sunday and resolved the issue he ran into. Definitely at a reasonable price too for the work he did especially when you compare it to what it would cost to buy a new fob from a dealer!

I called Josh because we were having some issues with my daughter's car key. I called him in the evening and he came right over the next morning and he fixed us right up with her keys. Amazing service and so kind! Definitely recommend pronto auto!

Found Pronto in a Google search. I called in the afternoon and he was out to my house later the same day. It ended up being unnecessary, but he was willing to stop by after hours to make sure we could get the car running today. He was also considerably cheaper than the other locksmith I could reach. We needed a new key fob cut and programmed for a 2013 Chevy. There were no hidden fees or costs, and the mobile service was a godsend. He was done in 30 minutes. Real personable guy. He will definitely be who we call in the future. Thanks, Josh.

Pronto Auto Locks was a lifesaver! My husband lost the only set of keys to his truck, and got in touch with Joshua Sunday evening. Joshua was able to order 2 new keys and fobs, come to our house and program them all by Tuesday evening. 100% recommend!

We lost our key fob (push button start) while visiting family in Wheeling. We contacted Josh late at night and heard back right away. He came out on the 4th of July to get us back on the road. Josh was an absolutely lifesaver for our family of 6 ready to be home!
