While traveling to PA I got a tire failure warning. Watched as the pressure rapidly fell to zero. Had run flat tires so goggled tire repair and they were the closest. Tire was ruined and an unusual size but they found one. Had to be delivered from Clarksburg but they still got us back on the road in a little over two hours. Good job and nice people.

Went for an inspection sticker wait time was just a few minutes and staff very friendly. They also had coffee and snacks available free of charge while you are waiting for your service to be completed

My family and I are so thankful and appreciate you guys. If it wasn't for you I would have wasted money that wasnt necessary and you guys have went above and beyond more than any mechanic usually would that we have been to before . If it wasn't for you guys informing us of one of our issues either we wouldn't have known and could have costed me my families life. Great customer service. Had to make an emergency stop as I was traveling and they found the problem and fixed it right away and everyone had a good laugh while we was there. If I m ever over that way again I would definitely stop again!

This place is awesome! Great customer service and care. Having been a customer relations manager for 8 years in a dealership I appreciate the details in customer retention and these guys have nailed it! I have been to this shop 3 times and will be a forever customer because of the honesty, compassion, and attention I can always count on with this group. Thank you again for everything! I could not believe it was $67.35 for an oil change! I had a bad experience and expensive bad experience with the oil spot about a year and a half ago and I said I would never go back Under New Management I thought I would give it a try. I almost fell out when they told me it was $67.35! I will be going back to my other place I was having my oil changed in Weston, or Walmart in BuckhannonService: Oil change

We were on a camping vacation when our truck's AC went out. This shop went above and beyond in working on our vehicle despite our showing up on a busy Tuesday afternoon! Everyone from the very nice woman in the office to the techs were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Since we are from NC, we'd love to have a repair shop if this caliber at home. Took in our '03 Sport Trac. The lady at the desk was very hospitable, and reassured us that their head mechanic would do a great job. It took over 5 hours to replace valve cover gaskets, plugs and wires. All of which were provided by us when we brought the vehicle in. Engine started missing and the gas mileage got 4-6 mpg's worse than it did before we took it in. Turns out that the middle plug wire on the driver-side was sitting loosely on the plug.... AND THE SAME PLUG WASN'T SCREWED ALL THE WAY IN AND IT WAS CROSS-THREADED.TAKE YOUR BUSINESS TO BURTON'S.

Some of the best customer service you will probably get anywhere. They're quick, clean, and efficient I would've loved to give them 5 stars but I've never had them do any real work to my car just a patch job and minor fixes.

They were awesome!! Even though they were unable to fix our truck they worked really hard at trying...it was a strange and complicated issue. The did not charge us for the labour time they put into the effort! We truely appreciated the honesty! Busy and efficient place that seemed to be able to help many others!!

I just needed an inspection sticker. It was the end of the month, they were way too busy, yet they fit me in, and were supremely nice to me. This is THE place to go for auto needs.

At first I thought it was a good place it was quick and easy because I work just right from it. Well I got an oil change and my tires rotated. The next day I noticed that my car had a wobble so I call them and bring it in they fix it by balancing the front tires and charge me another 21 dollars. I have never had my tires rotated with someone balancing them out. So for them charging me for two separate tires to balance which takes seconds to do charge me 10 dollars a tire.

Giving this place a one star only because it wouldn't allow no stars. One year ago, I got my oil changed here and came home with a grinding sound. Turns out, they forgot to put oil in it. Because of the way the manager handled the situation, we chose to continue to go there and had no problems for a couple more visits. However, I recently had them replace my brakes. While traveling down I-79, my vehicle began to wobble. Turns out, my back tires were coming off as they were never properly tightened. Road side assistance stated that one tire had already lost a lug nut and the remaining could be twisted off with the fingers. The other side had all lug nuts but were so loose, he twisted those off with his fingers as well. My husband called the manager the next morning and he showed zero concern. He stated that the receipt reads that the customer is responsible for checking their tires after 15 miles, if they have aluminum wheels, to ensure they are tightened. I have never heard of a practice like this in my life, nor was I ever informed at check out to do so. Since this happened another person has contacted me and told me that her tires were not secured either and nearly came off when driving as well. I would highly consider going elsewhere!!

Called about getting an oil change was told it would be $60-75 for a full synthetic oil change I got there and waited an hour pulled in and tried to charge me $103 called Walmart and for the same thing Walmart only charged me $55

Very honest and helpful people. I was 200 miles away from home when I had transmission problems. They were able to fix the problems, without gouging me.I would highly recommend this place.
