Had a truck with issues Sam took it right in and was very communicative with our driver fix the problem in a timely matter was a fair price and DID NOT TRY TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE SITUATION !!!would recommend him and his shop highly

I called these guys out for what I thought was a busted radiator hose, but it ended up being a busted water pump. They could have easily milked me for a lot more money, but they didn't. They were more than a hours drive away from me and my need of repair. They only charged a minimal fee for the diagnosis even though the mechanic got filthy and had driven so far. The young man was very professional and very respectful in the way he treated me. I was very impressed with what they did for me at such a low price and the fast response. I actually programmed their phone number in my phone, just in case I need them again.

Large hose busted losing all coolant and called this shop for help...they were amazing they got the hose needed and came out and replaced hose and coolant and offered advice if further issues arose...would highly recommend these hero's and if I'm in the area again and need help I know who to call

Google, at least before my edit suggestion, tried to put me in the middle of the on ramp to 79 when I looked for SW repair. Thankfully, Sam was understanding and helpful in lining me out. Solid service, straightforward pricing, honest, and had my Western Star road ready in no time at all. If you need any repairs on your CMV, and are in the area I doubt you could find anyone else in WV who is even half as personable and customer focused as this man and his crew seem to be. Appreciate the help fellas! Glad I stopped in

We called Sam Watson's for a Road service for our Freightliner Cascadia 2022 truck @ I-79 S Rest Area. The mechanic showed up in less than 30 minutes, diagnosed the cause of excessive coolant leakage and fixed everything under 2 hours. We can recommend using their Road call service.

Pulled into hotel at 6:30 on a Saturday night and found a hose had come off . serious or not .. no idea called Sam Watson Repair Service told to bring it over fixed no problem after they had closed. Very impressed with this place. Guy answered on the first call, started on my truck as soon as I got there, and did a good job for a good price. Very friendly guys too. Shops like these are the ones I spread the word about. If I m in the area with any troubles, I will definitely be back.

I blew a boost tube on my truck called Sam up and he was there with in half an hour. Super service and a very nice guy! So if your rig lets you down call Sam because he won t!!

Broke down, needed a new SERP belt. Called them up and was on the repair within a couple of hours with all the parts that may have been needed. I would definately recommend these guys.
