I took my vehicle here upon recommendation. The service far exceeded my expectations. The communication from the garage to customer was the best I have ever experienced. They were very friendly, transparent, and honest. I will be a return customer and highly recommend this garage!

Absolutely awful. Destroyed my husbands rims on his car that weren t even supposed to be touched, left scratches all of the car, and didn t fix the headlight that they said was going to be fixed. Now they won t own up to there mistakes. Don t trust them with your vehicle.

Hitts did a good job fixing the truck but they scratched the paint on the bed but would not own up to doing it but it is fresh scratches and I'm not happy about it

I hit a deer. I dropped my car off a mess and when I picked it up it was fixed and sparkling clean inside and out. They did a beautiful job and I was extremely pleased with the cost since I was paying out of pocket. The staff was very helpful, kept me update as to when my car would be ready to pick up. I was in a vehicle wreck and needed it to be estimated as soon as possible since it was sitting at the wrong place for a week due to my insurance. They did the estimate and took care of me within 24-48 hours. I appreciate the quick turn around on this and would use their services if I ever needed it again. Everyone was professional, extremely helpful and kind when I got there in person to clean the vehicle out.

Lost the oil in my 750 BMW. I called a different tow company, they never showed.i called Hitts they came quickly to our hotel. They arranged parts and came in on Saturday to do the repairs even though they were closed.Awesome.

We had car trouble on a drive down to Florida. Got off at the Weston exit and we were lucky enough to find this place! The staff was so kind and did a thorough check on our Honda to make sure we would be safe to keep driving. It was a great peace of mind on a long trip. I d recommend them to anyone who was in the area and needed car help. We totally understood why they were on their 75th year of being a successful business.Service: Transmission

They are all nice here. Fast and great service. Went here to get my car inspected and was out of there in less then 15 minutes. Fixed my lights while I was there. Great people highly recommend them.

We hit a cone that was in the middle of the road. So this company picked us up and let us bring our cat in the tow truck. We have been stranded in West Virginia for 17 hours and they offered to buy us food and let us stay in their lot until we got picked up
