We ve bought many cars over the years, and H and M Motors in Weston hands down was the best experience we ever had. Heath (also the GM) handled our purchase from start to finish. You guys have earned a lifetime customer, and we will recommend you guys to everyone! Thanks again!

Recently used H&M Motors for an alignment for our son s car (he is currently overseas in the Coast Guard). The car was severely pulling to the left. Our mechanic took it there for an alignment after putting in a new axle. Car is still pulling to the left. Alignment cost $85.60. Spoke with a person from dealership. They said to look at paperwork and that it was aligned and should not be pulling to the left. They did not offer to look at it again or refund the cost. Not very good customer service.

Great staff. Reliable and & trustworthy dealership. Heath was super friendly and helpful with my son buying his first car. We are out of state buyers, and he made this transaction super easy and coordinated with a local title company where we live to get our tags and title transferred easily.

Great people and service. I bought a truck from them and have had it and a previous vehicle serviced there many times. They do good work. The only reason they don't get 5 stars is they have a habit of not calling me back when they say they will. This should not deter you from using them just make sure to call them if they don't call you after a week or so. They always research the questions you ask them they just don't tell you the answer until you call them again and as a 2nd time.

My family has bought 4+ vehicles (both new and used) from H & M Motors and I HIGHLY recommend these folks. Such a great staff in all departments. Family friendly business... they have a comfortable waiting room with a nice play area for kids and complimentary coffee/WiFi available. We get our vehicles serviced there, too. They are efficient and always take the best care of our cars. Best dealership around!!

My family and I broke down near H and M. Dustin helped us get back on the road the next morning (because parts had to be ordered) and it was a very reasonable price we had to pay. Happy with this company, recommend them to anyone!

I used to spend weeks shopping for new vehicles. I have no problem shopping from Pennsylvania to North Carolina looking to make my best deal. My search came to an end four years ago just 12 miles from my home @ H & M Motors in Weston, West Virginia. Since then, I have purchased two more vehicles from H & M Motors. This dealership is small in size, but big on honesty, integrity, and fantastic deals.

Service was impeccable, salesmen stayed late on a holiday weekend to get me into my truck. They had exactly what I was looking for and were really knowledgeable and explained everything to me. I highly recommend them, they made me feel like family.

I had went in for ABS issues and I had a coupon for an oil change, tire rotation and an alignment. They did what they could for the ABS issue and an oil change but DIDN'T do the tire rotation or alignment. I have also been waiting for almost a week for them to send me an estimate for some addition work.

Nice clean well stocked waiting area. Only issue I had was which building to go to. After I went into the newer building there was immediate help on where to go. Polite, helpful employees.

Being one of the only Dodge/ Chrysler/ Jeep dealerships in the vicinity, H And M Motors provides quality work in a reasonable time frame. I have taken my vehicle to them on several occasions. The first visit, I spoke to another dealership prior, which is closer to my home. They could not even schedule me for a diagnostic for nearly a month. Within a week, H And M had discovered the issue and fixed it.
