I was really surprised with the willingness to help me however they could. Very down to earth staff. They really found me a great deal on auto, renters and a guaranteed payout to whoever I chose as a beneficiary if something were to happen to me with a great rate. Not to mention I can talk face to face instead of talking to A. I.. or a machine. So far so good! See what happens on time to get a new premium on renewal date! Thank you very much for helping us!

Kaycee at Brittany Pinkney State Farm was such a tremendous help went above and beyond to help me with my home owner and auto insurances. Everyone at this office is very kind and helpful as well. In the middle of a frustrating time Brittany and her staff, specifically Beth, by her persistent yet diligent and thorough efforts, relived me of the stress and uncertainty I felt. Many thanks! Beth is exceptionally talented, Brittany is a great State Farm Agent that hires great people to represent herself. The satisfaction is that not only have I had the opportunity to meet wonderful people but that they were also able to save my dad about $1,200.00 per year without the compromise of his coverage. And they even sent me a card when they found out about my injury!!

Brittany got me started with switching my auto insurance policy due to my auto insurance kept going up and up and I couldn t keep paying for the huge increases. I walked in her cozy feel office after work and the staff was so personable and willing to help me. That day, I was able to get my auto insurance started and completed and get my homeowners insurance started. The best part is Brittnay was able to save me major dollar s $$$$ on both my auto and homeowners insurance without having to sacrifice lower coverage!! Very satisfied and pleased with Brittany as my State Farm Agent handling my insurance needs!!

Brittany, and her team, Kacey, are wonderful. I called after purchasing my vehicle to obtain a quote. After speaking with them for a little while, I realized, I could bundle both vehicles and my home for A Lot less per year than year with more coverage than I currently was paying!Thank You! The experience was great from the moment walking through the doors, the greeting, the atmosphere, the professionalism, and most importantly to me I felt as if I was just a policy number I felt like I was an actual valued customer. Today, as any other day, I was crunched for time. I m always in a hurry since being a tiny business owner. Lauren Coakley was able to provide insurance information (car + life) and get our policy started. Within 30 minutes we were good to go.
